Clarifying Article 1 Section 6 Clause 1

 

There are numerous people on social media making the conclusion that shutting down the government means FINALLY people in Congress can be arrested because during Session, they cannot be arrested.

Not true.  I researched this and found the following:

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

So in summary, they are protected from arrest EXCEPT in cases of treason, felony (stealing) and breach of the peace.

Given what may be coming out in the “memo”, it may be possible that the crime of treason may be applied (given treason comes down to betraying ones country and most all of us can agree this is indeed what has been done for decades by our “government”), which would indicate they can be charged for that at ANY time – even when in Session.

A Vision

I had a flash of a vision this morning.  I have shared before that I am not usually a visual person ~ I am much more of a sensing/feeling type.  But this morning, I lay in bed and was drawing forth New Earth.  I was using my heart-space energies.  It was intense and very powerful and the feeling of calling it forward – the depth and purity of it was unlike any experience I have had yet when I have engaged in this practice.  As I was creating this experience, I attempted to look into the “future” ~ march/april and beyond.

That is when I suddenly saw…it’s hard to describe with words but I will try…I saw like this large ball – a mass – which began rolling from (I sensed) the future…backwards, taking up everything with it.  I could feel the power of this ball…and it was destructive (although I felt absolutely no fear).  I felt it was doing a MASS clean-up of all that has NEEDED cleansing/purged.   It was literally wiping out timelines to merge into one, which I felt was The Event flash – creating the NEW timeline many of us ~ certainly enough of us ~ have been creating.  Continue calling it worth.  I feel we can add our own energies to it and make it all the more healing, powerful and beautiful for ALL.  It feels to me at this point that The Event gives us a fresh start – one in which ALL are FULLY conscious and free to live as they desire.

It was intense and awe-some for sure and I am grateful to have had it ~ and to share it with all of you.  [wp-svg-icons icon=”heart-2″ wrap=”i”]

How Every Senator Voted On The Government Shutdown

 

of note:  lindsey graham and rand paul voted “no” ~ and mcconnell and mccain did not vote.  as someone noted ~ “Q” has referenced 10 days of darkness.  today is the 20th ~ the 1 year anniversary of DJT Inauguration. State of the Union (which Q also references) is 10 days from today. today stated as Judgment Day.  Remember this day.  Is is possible POTUS has them where he wants them?  I knew all last year the Dem’s would never approve the Wall.  What will this do with the FISA Memo?  Dem distraction?  POTUS also said in a tweet on the 14th that the Dems will create this shutdown which is a military shutdown at at time “we need it most”.

Note: Corey Goode and David Wilcock have spoke about an Earth Alliance.  Increasingly the data Corey gets, Cobra and what I get are aligning.  That has not been the case in the past.  “SINO” is known to be Chinese Miltary and also an investment arm of China.

NOCTILUCENT ROCKET FUMES OVER JAPAN: On Jan. 18th, the Japanese space agency JAXA launched a small Epsilon rocket from the Uchinoura Space Center in Japan. It made a big display. Japanese artist and photographer Kagaya captured dramatic images of the rocket’s exhaust glowing in the starry pre-dawn sky over the Pacific.

“I watched the launch from Okinawa Island and photographed it using my Sony α7RIII camera,” says Kagaya.

Japan’s new Epsilon rocket is designed to launch scientific satellites at a fraction of the cost of its larger predecessors. On this occasion, it propelled an Earth observing satellite to orbit, the ASNARO-2. Power by solar cells and carrying a large X-band antenna, ASNARO-2 is a synthetic aperture radar capable of imaging the surface of our planet with 1-meter resolution.

Shortly after the launch, night-shining noctilucent clouds (NLCs) were observed over a wide swath of western Japan as ice crystals forming in the rocket’s exhaust caught the rays of the rising sun high above Earth’s surface. These clouds occur naturally around Earth’s poles, but they are very rare at lower latitudes. In polar regions, NLCs are seeded at the edge of space by specks of meteor dust, which become frosted by naturally occurring water vapor. Exhaust from the Epsilon rocket mixed water vapor with solid-booster aerosols to create similar clouds over Japan.

The government careened toward shutdown Friday night in a chaotic close to Donald Trump’s first year as president, as Democrats and Republicans preemptively traded blame while still struggling to find some accord before a deadline at the stroke of midnight.

The lawmakers and Trump’s White House mounted last-ditch negotiations to stave off what had come to appear as the inevitable, with the parties in stare-down mode over federal spending and proposals to protect some 700,000 younger immigrants from deportation.

After hours of negotiating, the Senate scheduled a late-night vote on a House-passed plan. It appeared likely to fail.

The election-year standoff marked a test of the president’s much vaunted deal-making skills — and of both parties’ political fortitude. Republicans, who control both Congress and the White House, faced the prospect of being blamed for the display of dysfunction — just the fourth shutdown in a quarter-century. It could also threaten to slow any GOP momentum, one month after passage of the party’s signature tax cut law.

Democrats, too, risked being labeled obstructionist. Republicans branded the confrontation a “Schumer shutdown” and argued that Democrats were harming fellow Americans to protect “illegal immigrants.”
