busy day (well for me – for your typical westerner probably a quiet day – lol) – much to write about – many of you to write back. crashed last night at 10pm and slept until 11am. !!!
so the insight i just received: the eclipse energies are like a roto-rooter for the clogged junk still within.
Editor’s note: Appreciate the confirming of the guidance I received about the energies of the eclipse. The night before, while in dreamstate, I was told the Christos Annointing was coming with the eclipse energies (and strange as I never use this term myself). Symptoms of this activation, which has been the most intense so far, are heart palpitations, nausea in the morning and then again in the evening, tingling on top of the head, strange itching and strong, deep depression (which I am starting to feel is an indication I need to sleep more, as indicated in the article ~ I laid down a couple hours ago on my daughter’s bed and was out in a minute). So the moral is….I need to be sleeping more…

This is a brief update since the August Gateway passage is not yet complete. It has been a busy phase for us, and the Solar eclipse was a very unique shift in consciousness – on both Global and Galactic scales.
A more complete update will be posted next week. Kindwhile, here are some observations on this transdimensional event:
– Receiving the Christed Crown: This was palpable for me. Active needle-like sensations on the crown, with bright auras of light around the head during and after the eclipse.
– Plenty of High-Heart thymus fluttering, heart opening during the eclipse peak as well. Absolutely blissed out and transfixed by the end of the Gateway focus.
– My Higher levels advised mid-eclipse: *Some of these frequencies can only be integrated in sleep state. They are too strong for the grounded consciousness to comprehend, and the cellular structure will need to undergo transformation from the convergence.*
– The light rays beaming the Ascension column brightening and expanding to merge several dimensional expressions. Gateways to the New Earth consciousness experience opening, brightening.
– The deep peace of zero-point stillness as the Cosmic Stargates converged, which continues to deepen. The sensation is a merging with Source-level through the Heart; stronger than any heart activation or connection I have felt before. Again, it feels out of time-space dynamics.
– Visions of the eclipse path lighting up and distributing the activations through the New Earth grids, sacred sites, and HUman heart grid. From point to point along the path, to every crystal placed by a Gridworker around the globe, everything lit up like stars. Ancient encodements activated through the crystal beds and aquifers. The crystalline grid jumped to another level as well; it, and my Higher Team, looked as brilliant-crystalline as Solaris during the eclipse. Yes, I glanced directly at it for a second, a few times, without the glasses. Pure Diamond-Photonic Light.
Cosmic Stargate Convergence: Trinity Gate Activation
This was brilliant to witness during the eclipse. I hope other Gatekeepers were cognizant of this unfoldment. Three stargates converged during this Solar eclipse passage (see last week’s article on Convergence of Stargates.) This trinity reflects the Trinitized beingness; the Divine HUman experience of reunifying with the Christed state of consciousness. As Solaris transforms to change the prismatic effect which expresses our realities, our Solar Heart Centers and energy fields transform to match the vibration of New Earth.
These Cosmic Stargate flows unify to rewrite consciousness into a higher level of awareness. This is our dimensional-shifting, Universal-rewriting light codes, and they look both new and somehow familiar to me in visions.
These heavily encoded light sequences defy time dynamics, which emphasizes the message of sleep-state integration. You won’t be capable of processing the codes and frequencies of these stargates with the mental level. Because this is DNA-related, transmutation of the cellular structure is necessary to level up. Remember DNA is a strong factor in shifting dimensions.
The August Gateway is quite a jump in frequency and experience, similar to the timeline division earlier in the year. Note the calming effect of the higher timelines and these dimensional-shifting light codes. As always, Let the Light do its work.
Magnetics are amplified again; parent your thoughts, words, deeds and creations to align with the highest trajectory, you highest desired outcome. Visualize Global Ascension; we are raising as many as possible with these new frequencies.

How many of these symptoms do you have?
If you are experiencing more than 3 of these symptoms right now, you may have an ‘Eclipse Hangover.’ The Solar Eclipse, beyond being magnificent to watch, did something to our energy systems, even if we were nowhere near the Totality.
Friends of mine in Australia reported waking up in the middle of the night (for them) at the exact moment of Totality during the Great American Solar Eclipse. WHAT?!
Solar Eclipses are powerful portals for energetic ‘Solar Codes’ to download into our consciousness, as well as our physical bodies, assisting us in our awakening and empowerment journey. It’s a GOOD thing, I promise!
Here are the most common reasons for an eclipse hangover:
These particular Solar Codes are designed to awaken within us ALL the Light of Divine Sovereignty. No longer do we need to look to a ruler, a religious figure, president, or any other leader than the Truth within our hearts that we receive through our intuition, and enact with our brains and bodies. WE are the savior we have waited for.
Each one of us is ready to be the Divine Co-Creator of our lives. This means we decide what we want, and we trust we will receive it, exactly as we asked for.
It also means that we will begin to look at what we are asking for, and choose more and more from love than from fear. We will begin to surrender the final decision to our Infinite Self… Source/God/Goddess/Universe, to upgrade our request at every turn. And we will cultivate a sense of Trust we have longed for since before we had words for it.

Editor’s note: I love this piece. It confirms what I believe now and felt the weeks leading up to this event. This eclipse brought energies of Unity Consciousness and with it, massive cellular changes. I have spoken with people who aren’t into ascension at all and they are saying the same thing: they felt amazing, blissful, magical during the eclipse (surprising them) and yet now their bodies are feeling strange, painful, etc. For those of us aware to this experience, just further validation of the frequencies we received on Monday. Right after the eclipse, I began receiving several texts from my more sensitive, empathic friends around the country asking things like, “Is it normal that I feel dizzy, and sick to my stomach after the eclipse?”, “I cried! What is wrong with me?”, another asked, “Why did I just get so tired all of the sudden?”
First, the good news is there is nothing wrong with you! What you just witnessed in the skies, is also happening in each of us. Many of us have been feeling the energy coming for days now, feeling exhausted during the day, nausea or loss of appetite, sudden sensitivity to certain foods, possibly more anxious than usual, or you’ve had a burst of sudden energy and clarity you’ve been desiring for a long time.
I felt a surge of intense energy start in my solar plexus area, move up into my heart, and out of my eyes in the form of tears. Emotionally, I was overtaken with a sense of immense gratitude, joy and unconditional love. It felt like 10,000 angels were doing energy work on me, all at the same time, as waves of chills went up and down my spine and whole body. While everyone around me was screaming and cheering, I was whispering, “Thank you God, Thank you God.” This is what oneness feels like. No separation, no judgment, no burden or weight of the past or of others, no ‘protecting’ my space, no fear. Just complete freedom, love, and peace. A brand new beginning.
As people started packing up their things to leave right after, I stayed in the park appropriately named, Love Circle, which overlooks Nashville, until I was the only one left. I wanted to fully soak in what I just experienced. As an empath, I am often in sync with what is happening in the skies, and subtly aware of it. But today was not subtle at all. Even for those who don’t believe in such things.
About 2 hours later, I was sitting in a restaurant eating lunch, when I became extremely tired out of nowhere. I almost laid down in the booth and took a nap right there! But I knew this kind of tired, and it had nothing to do with lack of sleep. It’s the kind of ‘trance’ like tiredness we get when spirit is urging us to go into theta state so we can be rebalanced, or be downloaded a new ‘frequency operating system’ in order to adjust to the new energies. I’ve learned, all we can do is go with the flow. Driving home was difficult for me, as all I wanted to do was shut my eyes and nap at each stoplight.
Once I hit my bed, I was out in seconds. In one hour, I woke up and felt a bit disoriented, with some lightheadedness.This is perfectly normal, after a frequency shift this impactful. Some readjustment to the ‘new earth’ is necessary, and your body will respond accordingly sometimes with light headaches, upset stomach, elimination of toxins, vertigo, weakness, etc. The best thing to do is rest, drink lots of water, take a detox bath in sea salt and baking soda, use essential oils for balance, or put your bare feet in the grass, or any other grounding techniques that help you feel more connected to the earth.
So much has been written on the symbolism and phenomenal spiritual awakening of this eclipse. But, if I were to sum up what’s happening within each of us now, it’s change.
The good news is, this new energy that will be with us for many months, has got your back all the way! If there are situations you haven’t been able to resolve and move forward, you will find it easier now. If you’ve been blocked creatively or in your business, new ideas and inspiration will feel more accessible. If your relationships have been suffering, you now will be able to heal the core issue that lies within and create the love that you are worthy of.
The more accepting you are of these changes, the more fluid your life will become. As you let Love guide you away from what has hurt you or kept you stuck in your life, what you fear will become smaller and less significant. Who you know you are deep inside is who you can become now.
Oh yes indeedy ~ each and every one, especially the first 4. Began almost 10 years ago. I should be pretty “Crystallized” by now, eh? 🙂

There are people who make the transition in a relatively gentle way, but there are many who experience a crisis when this happens. These are usually the people who have chosen to open up to the higher dimensions. This choice is not made logically by the rational mind, but is rather a soul choice made in response to the available transitional energies of the Earth herself
Below are a list of the symptoms experienced in the process of crisis or breakthrough:
A person who has previously been sociable and active suddenly finds they can’t bear to be in shopping malls or in crowded environments such as restaurants.
This most often manifests in the ability to almost “hear” the inner thoughts and feelings of others. This can be disconcerting if the person imagines that everyone else can also read their thoughts and feelings.
Including the inability to tolerate certain people who had previously been close. This increased sensitivity can lead to panic attacks or anxiety attacks. These can occur at any time, even when the person wakes up at night. Often there is no valid reason for the attack, although the person will often seek to find a reason.
Just wanting to sit and do nothing. This can be irritating to someone who has previously been very energetic and active. This is just the consciousness adjusting to spending more time in the higher dimensions and less time in the 3rd and 4th dimensions. Related to this is the need to rest and sleep for far longer than previously, and a general slowing down.
This is because multi-dimensional consciousness can access all levels of the group mind, including that part which holds the fears and anxieties about the survival of the species. Since the person is often concerned about their own survival, they tend to resonate with this part of the group mind or morphogenetic field.
Leading to the mind becoming overactive and the person fearing they are losing it or suffering from “burn-out”. Also a fear of going mad and being unable to cope with everyday life in the future. Again, psychologists and doctors seem able to offer very little help.
This is often just the consciousness clearing out old layers of energy that need to be released. It is not necessary to “process” or relive the experience, just allow the body to release the energy. Have patience with the process and know that it will pass.
Often waking up to 3 times a night, or just at about 3am. Again this is just the consciousness adapting to new cycles of activity. Higher consciousness is often more active at night since the lower dimensions are quiet at this time.
-Feeling strange electrical energy waves through the body. The Crystal body is incredibly sensitive, and feels solar and lunar waves, cosmic waves, and energies from the galactic centre. Often these energies are assisting in the process of “rewiring” the body to carry higher energies
The Crystal body holds no toxins, but allows everything to pass through it. In fact the eventual trick to being Crystal is just to allow everything to pass through and hold onto nothing. The ultimate state of detachment. But at this stage the body needs to release years of “toxic” waste, whether physical, emotional or mental The release is always through the physical body, which presents symptoms such as intense fatigue, muscle and joint pains especially in the hips and knees, headaches, especially at the base of the skull, and neck and shoulder pains.
This is because the body needs huge amounts of energy to power this process.
That is, to become aware of spirits, devas,E.Ts and angels as a reality and to communicate with these. This can be very frightening if the person is not accustomed to this kind of other dimensional awareness.
Celebrate your transition. You are becoming a Galactic human, the next step in human evolution! You are entering into your birthright. 🙂

So………… deep breath…..
I made myself get out of the house and we took our child to a local street fair. Thousands of people. In the heat. A recipe for discomfort for me but I made myself do it as I knew it would not only be a good experience for my girl, but it may bring me something useful as well.
Walking around, I noticed a yoga class in the grass. A ha ~ I can do that. So while my mate took our girl to the play equipment, I plopped down on the grass and said “ok Self Source, guide me, let me release”. As the instructor spoke (in this beautiful, gentle but also powerful voice, which was just what I needed), she guided us to “release what is weighing on you deeply at this moment. See if you can relax it some.” Immediately I think of my thoughts and emotions I had earlier, brought them up and breathed it out loudly. Tears began to form and fall. I didn’t care. Crying in public no longer an issue, thankfully (thank goodness screaming in public is something I refrain from because I wanted to do a bit of that as well). I stretched, breathed and cried. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. Over and over I said this.
After some time, I was guided to look up. There in the sky was a cloud in the shape of a dove. Wow. So much gratitude filled me. I was seen. I was not alone. (Yes, I know this is true. But sometimes, well sometimes we all need these moments to remind us of this truth.)
I did some more guided moves and again was told “look up”. The cloud dove was still there, in spite of the winds and other clouds changing shape. Wow. The “I’m sorry” part of me was changing back into the “thank you” space.
After we came home, my girl and I delivered a little hand-made card and flowers to a neighbor whose birthday was yesterday. On the way to her house, I noticed two birds – doves – that flew up onto the roof just as we entered the property. ♥
I can now fully admit that letting myself feel love for myself – from myself – from others – from Source of ALL – is hard. Really hard, which explains so much of this life and a few of my memories of previous incarnations.
And I can fully admit I create this experience. I certainly participated in it.
And that was then. And this is now.
I am right on that cusp of letting go and being willing to dive into something new. Self love. The kind that permeates. Without doubt. To REMEMBER again.
Letting love IN. Oooh, I could just take a year long bath in that energy. Unconditional love. This has been missing on this planet ~ among all of us ~ for far too long. And I have a feeling that for myself, I am just touching this energy.
More than anything, I want is to remember it and feel it and Be it once again.
This experience is of no coincidence given what I believe is coming in now and strengthening with the eclipse tomorrow. Every month or so I have this come up again for me – it used to come up once in a long while – sometimes years would pass. The year of 2017 it has been monthly. The urgency to feel it and let it go to let the NEW in NOW is palpable.
I intend this experience for me. And for all of you.
Let’s intend this unconditional love experience for one another.

This eclipse is bringing forward a portal to bring about huge transformation ~ individually and collectively. Big advancements. Acceleration in human consciousness. This was described in January as a late summer natural event.
Four days in advance, intend the event will change us all. Keep this in our heart space. Hold this intention within without ceasing. (be gentle with yourself of course)
This tidal wave of energy is #2 of 3. The frequency is one of unconditional love and allows for each of us to recognize our Oneness/likeness. Hold this energy. This is like a “power washer” – washing away the “dirt” – increasing our Shine. Those not in the path of totality can participate and receive as well. It is not necessary to be in this path to receive the frequencies.
We will be able to speak with more impeccability. What we hold in our body will come out through our voice and heart.
By having this global event, where all around the world will tune in, increases the likelihood of these energies becoming fully anchored by our work and intention/acknowledgement.

Two days before (that would be today), empty out your thoughts. Flush our bodies, mentally, physically and emotionally. (again be gentle – no need to seek perfection or judge)
The lower frequencies still remaining in this realm need this portal to make space for the Higher Energies.
This energy is going to reshape Gaia and Us.
