StarGates aligning all day, the Crystalline Grid “firing up”, quickening occurring, timelines collapsing/converging and we are “preparing” all day thus far today… it’s like being on the runway, getting ready to take off…. Lots of aligning… lots…. occurring…
For me, I have much to share/write with some tools to assist with the massive amounts of LIGHT ENERGY that each must “learn” to maneuver, integrate, navigate, utilize and assist the body with integrating so as to deter/avoid massive shorting out, overload, overwhelm (for many this is necessary, for others not as much).

We are addressing different spectrums of the Starseed and Light Bearers shift awakening, to let you know you are all a part of this together, each affecting the whole matrix 444 and that is all beings on the planet in unison of creation of the human web of light. Some of the old souls, ultra sensitive empaths who have been on the path for a long time, may feel fatigued and burned out from the years and decades of transforming the energies, ascending and evolving. The burn out from the old souls and the Starseed, Light Bearers, ultra sensitives may feel they have been pushing against the energies, as their resonance field is not always responding to status quo structure systems of what is here on the planet. Each Starseed forerunner is diverse in the energetic response to which they are attuned from the Rays of Creation.
The Indigos and Blue Rays Diversity and Similarity
As for the Indigos, when they are trailblazing the new energetic highways and not in alignment with their true systems, they can go into overdrive and hyperactivity. They transform and bounce off the energies differently than the Blue Rays. Blue Rays may react inwardly, needing time to readjust and balance, and can feel fatigued and isolated. 55 Both Indigos and Blue Raysare in frequency of the Blue Ray and have a particular color spectrum in their auras.
1) We need to recharge alone.
This right here is the cusp of the entire introvert vs. extrovert debate (if there is one, anyway) – Introverts need to be alone to recharge. We tend to get completely worn out by socializing. This is basically what it means to be an introvert.
2) We don’t hate being around people, but we probably hate crowds.
I love being with people, but if you drop me into a large crowd I instantly feel like I’m alone and invisible. I try to avoid situations where I feel that way, so I may decline your open invitation to some random event. It doesn’t mean I don’t like to be around you, it just means I like to have more control over my surroundings.
3) We don’t mind silence.
I can sit beside you in silence and not think we are having a bad time. This is especially true on road trips and can be a little confounding to true extroverts. For this reason, I especially like going to the movies where it is already considered rude to chat. Rule #1 for dealing with introverts – Don’t tell me I’m “too quiet.” I hate that. Sorry I’m making you uncomfortable, but you really don’t get to decide how much I have to talk.
4) Just because we are introverted doesn’t mean we are shy.
Introvert and shy are actually two different things. Google it! In my case, I’m a shy introvert (the double whammy!).
5) We can turn on an extroverted personality when necessary, but it is especially draining.
See #1 and #2. I have no problem getting up in front of a group of people and giving a talk. I don’t even get nervous by a question and answer period. But – here is the thing – I will need major recharge time afterwards and I won’t be able to keep up this extroverted illusion all day. I can turn it on to dazzle a crowd, but if you take me out for lunch afterwards, I’ll probably just listen to you talk. I am an excellent listener.

Do you feel it? Getting drenched with waves these last several days brings on dizziness here. Something is moving, approaching, and mixing with our frequency.
Yesterday I saw this (click here). As I was editing this, I was sent a copy of Winston Shrout’s newsletter, which pretty much echoes that report. His website is found here. This chart (click here) has also been showing some anomaly since December the 8th of this year. Check out the second row. If you back date it, you will see it is new.
Something is definitely up.
What I notice personally and hear from many others adds up to this:
Here we go…
Editor’s note: Thanks to the authors, Michelle Walling and Gregg Prescott, for taking on this topic. I am so very ready to have my child educated in such a system and it is something I would very much get behind myself. Anyone else interested? Drop me a line!
Although the subjects discussed in the Urantia book build a good basic foundation for education, higher learning classes would expand into subjects that will allow children will be excited about attending school. Examples of these kinds of subjects are:

Cosmic Science– Identity and placement of Universes in our cosmos and the difference between free willed Universes and non free-willed Universes.
Universal Science– How planets, moons, and stars are sentient beings and how they all work together to form solar systems and galaxies.

Anxiety — that feeling of dread, fear, worry and panic — is certainly nothing new. Hippocrates wrote about it in the fourth century BCE. As did Søren Kierkegaard in the 1860s. And Sigmund Freud addressed the disorder in 1926.
However, jump to the present and we’re seeing a significant uptick — especially with youth.
Pharmaceutical drugs tend to be the classic treatment for treating anxiety (as well as the biggest money maker). Cognitive therapy is a common approach as well. Those with a holistic bent often turn to meditation, yoga, massage and other relaxation techniques. Music therapy has also been used with some success. But now neuroscientists in the U.K. have zeroed in on a single song that results in a dramatic 65 percent reduction in overall anxiety…
A 2013 survey found that 57 percent of American female university students reported episodes of “overwhelming anxiety.” And in the United Kingdom, the charity YouthNet discovered a third of young women — and one in ten young men — suffer from panic attacks.
Marjorie Wallace, CEO of the charity Sane, believes that generation Y (those born in the 1980s and 1990s) is the age of desperation. “Growing up has always been difficult, but this sense of desperation? That’s new,” she says.

Here is the video/song:
Our food supply is being compromised and bastardized by corporations who profit handsomely by feeding the American public ever-more processed, modified, and chemical-laden foods. As if this were some kind of revolving door conspiracy, when food makes us sick, we spend more money on healthcare, and a look at the most prescribed medications of 2016 make it clear there is a direct link between poor food and poor health in America.
The 2016 list of the 50 most prescribed medications in America, as reported by Lowest Med, includes among the top ten, nine medications used to address health problems that can be primarily associated with an unhealthy diet.
When I first started developing my gifts, it was because I was told by Spirit through another intuitive, a medium who happened to be my sister, that I had the gift to heal others and I was a healer. I was told that this was the familial, ancestral gift of shamanism that had been passed down to me.
It’s tough to say what would or could have happened if I had not received this information at the exact time that I did, but one thing is certain, the gift was already present and evident through many signals and clues existent in my life.
If you’re a healer, chances are there are signs, signals, and cues all around you. The key is knowing where to look.
You don’t need to know a medium or see an intuitive reader of any kind to know that you have a healing gift.
All you need to do is look at your own life.
I’ve compiled a list of 29 signs that you are a healer. Some may surprise you.
