Editor’s note: Feelin’ it! Energy has been unusually high then I crash. Took a nap today for what I thought was 10 minutes only to realize I crashed immediately for an hour.

Beautiful Souls,
Today is day 2 of intense geo storms bringing in upgrades for our Ascension. We have had no flares to speak of and no other waves coming in during this time that can affect our energy. This energy is all coming from the geo storms. 
Some of these symptoms are:
- Blurry Eyes
- Nausea
- Sleep Issues
- Breathing issues
- Stomach Issues
- Tingles on the crown chakra
- Headaches
- Extreme Tiredness or Extreme Energy
The more sensitive a soul is the more they are likely to feel these symptoms. Through the ascension process we become one with all energy in the Universe. Through this sensitivity is how we are able to move dimensions into higher consciousness. It is through this higher consciousness we are able to experience more of reality. There are many more planes of awareness above 3D and we are now moving into these planes of awareness.
The geo storms help to activate our DNA to be able to move into higher paradigms of awareness. It is through these and other waves and energy upgrades we are able to experience more of reality and become closer to the Creator.
Take time for yourself on days of high geo storm activity. Drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest and do not let high emotions get the best of you with your interactions with others.
