I don’t know where I found this little gem. Last night ~ somewhere online. lol That’s as good as I can do these days. This one reminds me of something I experienced um, well, sometime in the last 6 months. I was lying in bed and suddenly was struck deeply with intense fear. My initial response was to run from it but this time I said “nope – face it – allow it to be there” and as I did, it subsided and there I found – ME. It was quite beautiful. Much love…
