I’ve been having the vibrations intense at night also and have not had a good nights sleep in days. I have not had the seeing the hand or body as liquid though. Maybe that is yet to come. The night before, still had the chest pain with lots of gas and burping along with the vibrations, and I did not eat much that night either. Today wasn’t too bad despite the huge spike on the schumann. Last Saturday and Sunday I was really woozy and my head was swimming so bad I was walking into walls. I was going to go shopping on Saturday but that was not going to happen. No way I could drive that day.

I did start taking cbd oil last week and it has helped somewhat with feeling calmer and have more energy (at times, when there is not a major spike taking place) and was able to put in my garden. Didn’t think I was going to get it done before that because I was soooo exhausted then. Still not sure whether a garden is going to matter or not with all these changes taking place, but I did it anyway.
