So – got some news today we did not want to hear – regarding $$. All will be ok in time – just another delay I did not want or need. Daughter as well. I then heard from the job coach, who still has not heard from the educational training institute.

I sat there – stewing.

Like really stewing.

Having yet another WTF moment – only it was more of a W T A F.

So I did some deep breathing.

Let myself feel how god damn stuck and trapped I feel in my life.

Then breathed it out and did my best to just surrender it.

Just f’ing surrendered it. all.

It was in those next moments of peace that I remembered where I was 17 years ago – at this exact time.

And what I experienced then. And how that time back then matches what I am experiencing now.

What I remembered and carried – still – in my body.

And this quiet voice within told me to check the Ethiopian calendar and compare the month of July to November.

So I did.

And I found something – and put it altogether below:

We’ve been told that we are using the Ethiopian calendar for time travel; I can’t remember why.
On the Ethiopian calendar, July is the 11th month.
17 years ago in July, I had an experience.
A sky event.
Whereby I was guided to see this was us from the future.
At the time, NOTHING was working out for me.

And I mean nothing. I was blocked at everything I was doing.

That included working with a job coach to help me find work.

6 weeks after having that Sky event moment, I found out I was pregnant with my wonderful daughter.
A life renewal.

I had purpose again.

Now here I am 17 years later, I am in the exact same situation.

Literally the exact same situation. Blocked on things I want to do.

Working with a job advisor again.

Completely and utterly stuck.

None of this is a coincidence.

I also had a dream many years ago where John Kennedy Jr was showing me a calendar saying all would be revealed by the 11th month and the 22nd day.

I had another Sky event a couple of nights ago.

I was again nudged to look up to the sky and saw what an overly bright star was.
It was so bright I even commented, “What is that?”
It just suddenly seemed to appear.
As I observed it, it slowly faded.
There were no clouds in the sky.
It was a reminder of that event I had 17 years ago. I FELT it.
It’s all coming to a close.
It’s also no coincidence that in 2016, the day after Trump was elected, that event sent ripples into the timestream that I felt.
And the experience, the feeling, was very nice.
Liberating.
I suddenly knew that everything is going to be okay.
I knew that because a part of my consciousness was already in that future timeline.
Trust me when I say it feels good. It feels natural.
Free.
Completely free of worries, and I mean completely.
That time is upon us.
And July is actually November.
Could it be that when Elon and VK were showing us the 7-Eleven, they were not necessarily showing a date but were letting us know that July is actually November?

We’ve seen several movies and commercials over the years showing people suddenly elevating. As we know, they show us the truth. The question is, WHO was doing the showing all along? My sense has been for some time now that the alliance, white hats, whatever you want to call them, inserted truths in the timeline for decades. These truths appear in music, commercials, movies, tv shows, games – you name it – the truths were inserted – all with the purpose of awakening our higher minds. Legit question: How many more of these instances do we have to see – do people have to suffer through and f’ing deal with – before MILITARY steps in and does what is right? Anyone have an answer other than “trust the plan” or “stand”?

This was in response to suicidal empathy being the issue. We need to get OUT of our heads and start leading from the Heart again.

The “trauma informed/somatic” practitioner I have been seeing took issue with me for saying my particular issue was a disability. “It’s a condition”, she insisted. Like, who cares, you know? It interferes with my daily life who cares what label I choose to attach to it? She was not seeing the point – was not showing up in a way that was bringing safety and connection. These people suck every bit as much as the medical types.

This is a beautiful description of working with the fascia – which I have come to see is very valuable.

Most people think their fascia is just not well exercised or dehydrated and maybe it is (probably is) but there’s a lot more to it. If the body perceives a threat, or chronic (or acute) urgency, or a pain or something that is being forced upon it, it will guard vs release the body.

Some people aggressively foam roll all day long and it will still feel tight at the end for this same reason. Some people can stretch for 30 minutes and loosen up the entire body, but 20 minutes later, everything tightens itself back up into place. Bear in mind the nervous system also has to let go / disengage.

One of the classic approaches in a sustained fascial release is :

Find a barrier on yourself. A barrier is basically the first place the tissue stops gliding. You don’t want to go to a pain barrier but just a clear place of first resistance. Most people have no idea what they are feeling for. Here is how to actually feel for the fascial barrier.

Place your whole hand on an area of your body you want to work with and use a hand that provides open, broad contact (your palm, fingers/fingertips). Then, do NOT slide over your skin like you are applying lotion. Instead, allow your hand to just softly sink into the skin first, just enough that your skin and the tissue underneath it move with your hand.
From there, slowly take the tissue in one direction. Try it up or down or left/right, or in a very small diagonal.
And all you are doing here is looking for the first place the tissue stops moving easily. This is a barrier. They can feel like thicker catches or sticky, ropey or more rubbery. Can also feel like there’s pulling and doesn’t simply go further. It takes some practice. When you find one, just hold there and don’t move. Stay at the barrier (better if you do in silence) and wait there.
This can be 90 seconds or 3 minutes or longer
Sometimes longer. Just sit with it. You may feel heat, a softening, pulsing sensation(s), the tissue ‘melting’, or you may have spontaneous swallowing or
deeper breathing or an involuntary sigh once the tissue begins actual release.

This is especially effective in areas like :

The diaphragm, where hands are resting under the lower ribs while breathing slowly into the area.

The suboccipitals, with a (gentle) sustained support under the base of your skull.

The plantar fascia, where you hold a tender point in your arch instead of rolling rapidly with a ball, etc

The sacrum, just resting hands under the sacrum (or fists under you) and allowing your pelvis to soften and melt onto them.

The jaw, holding the masseter or temporalis w/out kneading aggressively.

The scalp, moving the tissues slowly and then waiting on restriction.

The psoas, while not digging into the abdomen but applying gentle and sustained contact beside your navel while you perform slow breathing.

The thoracic inlet also, in gentle holds around the base of your neck and upper ribs.

This has a pretty high ROI b/c it informs our breathing patterns, vascular flow, lymphatics, joint mechanics and then our pain sensitivity and autonomic. Don’t forget to work on your regulation and healing your nervous system so it feels safe.

If you practice this, a release can happen (often happens) indirectly in some of the following ways : your stomach begins gurgling, sinuses begin draining, the jaw naturally starts unclenching, your feet warming or sharper vision.

Can also present as a sudden emotional drop off after sustained fascial holds. Some of you may have seen those videos that circulate where someone is really crying.

It all sounds very mystical (and it is) until you remember simply, again, your fascia wraps around nearly everything in your entire body, continuously.

I will get right to it. I have the online cards pulled – haven’t looked yet. I tuned in and felt the need for clarification at this time. Some feel comfy and settled. Others feel as though mounting pressure is pushing us to stay stuck in the matrix, 3D sometimes screaming “SEE ME? PAY YOUR BILLS. GET A JOB. FINISH YOUR DEGREE. BE A 3D SLAVE” while our REAL VOICE feels new has knocked and awaits us just as soon as the timeline catches up and the old timeline finishes playing out. While there is a bit of desperation for me personally (for personal reasons) in tonight’s read, I focused and tuned in and felt for the entire collective – who let’s be honest – doesn’t matter who you are, how old or young you are, where you live, who you voted for, doesn’t even matter how comfy you are, deep deep within we all hold the same truth, the one correlating factor for humanity is: WE WANT A NEW WORLD.

So let’s get to it. Question: What is in store for humanity for a new financial system, and that New World Q spoke of years ago? Brave New World.

Using the Celtic Cross layout, here is card #1:

9 of cups. The first thing I notice is the #9, which is the number of COMPLETION. This shows me we are all at THE END of this cycle. There have been numerous signs of this in recent weeks from many on stage. Trump. Melania. Scavino. This card also represents the WISH card. Great satisfaction. Contentment. A wish granted. Earthly delights.

Card #2 (remember I am doing this as I go)

As the #2 card in the layout, it is crossing the situation for better or for worse. It can signify addictions, feeling trapped, temptations. My immediate response was satan is pissed we are getting out of the trappings of all energies associated with that energy. Whether organic being(s) or AI – the program doesn’t want to lose its POW’s. Tough shit. Moving on.

Card #3:

Card #3 in the Celtic Cross layout is the foundation of the situation. Temperance represents balance. Integration of both the Spiritual and the Physical. Living in this world we know that balance has been grossly unbalanced, where most of our focus has been on the Physical (pay to live, bills, go to work, forced to spending time on healing from all of the poisons they toss at us leaving us for just a moment here or there – or Sunday’s if you’re a Church goer – to incorporate the Spiritual). Being liberated from “their” system allows us to return to that balance – joys as a physical and spiritual Being. Both worlds – a return to Balance.

Card #4:

Card #4 represents the past – things that have passed or are passing away now. The Three of Swords represents grief, endings, separation. Transforming all of that pain into understanding. Think about what that indicates. Feel it as I am now. Being an awakened, heart-centered Soul in this reality is difficult. A challenge. We were literally separated from our Divine Connection with the Universe. And likely with other familial connections over the incarnationi cycle. That leaves us with ancient feelings of grief. Remember for a time many of us were feeling that separation from Creator? A few years ago perhaps? That just returned to me. But we are getting all of that back – that is the biggest piece of NCSWIC. We not only remember we RETURN to who we once were before we landed inside this mind-wipe place. And as the card says – that is now fading away. Gratitude for that. Let’s move on to the next card.

Card #5:

Ace of Pentacles. What is on our minds at this time. I’ve always liked this card. For me, personally, it says a new world is being given – presented – to us – if we choose to receive. In traditional tarot it represents a new phase of life representing prosperity, Abundance, generosity, fertility, attainment of goals in the physical world. This tells me NEW ways of creating – NEW gifts to enjoy in that NEW (physical) WORLD. Things that we either forgot about – or perhaps things we have yet never experienced before. Either way, this is a very promising card and definitely aligns with what the collective is feeling now.

Moving on to card #6:

Card #6 in the layout represents the near future or influences and energies now coming in to play. The 6 of Cups represents home. Nostalgia. Children. Innocence. Longing for that sense of Home. For me it simply says HOME – what we each seek and each want – the imprint OF Home we all carry in our hearts – individually. It is unique for each of us but it carries the same feeling collectively. Again, another very positive sign showing these energies are knocking – even coming into our collective experience. Maybe use this as a chance to imagine what HOME is for you – what it looks and feeeeeeeeeeels like.

Moving on to card #7:

The Seven of Cups falls in the space of the layout as how we see our current situation and how it affects us. This card encourages us to “dare to dream” while also remaining grounded. However, let me add to this: Dreams are only limited by the thinking that says “that isn’t possible here” or the pressure to “don’t get lost with your head in the clouds”. I say GET LOST. Dream big. Dream high. Remember Tarot was created inside the matrix so it often includes bullshit dogma about “wait a minute come back to matrix reality”. What do I say to that? NO THANK YOU. I’m moving into a new world. That said – I still keep a toe or two in this one – but am ready to leap forward in a flash. Moving on to card #8:

The High Priestess. In the layout, card #8 represents how others view us personally – how this may help or hinder us. The High Priestess is one who has a natural interest in the Spiritual Realm. Spiritual Knowledge. Wisdom, where we are both teachers and students. No one above another. It is also a highly feminine card, showing, for me, a return of the Divine Feminine, which as we know, was deeply hijacked and repressed here. She is returning to her rightful place right next to the Divine Masculine. Without balance, there is corruption – which is what we have had for millenia inside this place. She reminds us to Trust Your Inner Voice.

Moving on to the next card, #9:

In the Celtic Cross layout, card #9 represents our hopes and fears. The Hermit guides us, much like the High Priestess, to go within, find our own Truth. Withdraw from the noise of the world stage, making our relationship with ourselves right now our primary calling. I feel this – deeply. As a parent it’s hard some days to carve out that time – but I am thankful that as my girl has soared into her teen years she is at that space now of wanting a lot of alone time now. In fact, I have observed everyone in the house has been spending more time alone than together. And given my discussions with many of you – and others – I am noticing this is indeed a collective energy of Hermit Mode as we prepare to shift out of the old, into the New.

Moving on to the last card, #10:

This last card gives us an overview. The Strength card, card #8 (I love that 8 – and I also love the Lion) talks about opposing forces and our ability to create peace in spite of such a situation. Who doesn’t feel pulled in different directions now? Some have already landed fully in that “I am feeling very grounded and am ready for the shift”. Some feel more of that being pulled in different directions energy. I certainly do ATM. It’s hard having your own vision and others may be around you not sharing that vision – or wanting to believe in it but simply not able to or wanting to. If this is you as well, remember we have the strength to tame that energy, to calm it. For me this is the ultimate card saying Trust The Process. Surrender. Even if there is an energy around you trying to knock you off center.

We got this. It was done before it began (on stage).

I made a video today – spur of the moment – spoken reflection – and it’s still. uploading. I don’t know how to make it upload faster – I thought doing it on my phone would be easier and faster. Damn utube is telling me “about 2 hours remaining” – for a 10-minute video. Details like that just aren’t me – I want to talk, share, and be done with it. Move on to other things. My mind is like a squirrel. So at times, my life is such that it’s taken me 5 minutes just to type this up. Daughter loudly informs me, “Eeewww, there’s an ant on the wall!!!”. Timer goes off for the stove, then the dryer. Me just wanting to do my thing without interruption:

I think many of us can relate to this one. I prefer my own company over the last several years to having to be someone I’m not. I don’t think this started with covid either. Increased, yes. But given that I have felt this way for most of my life, that tells me it’s a frequency mismatch. For me, the biggest shift happened after 9/11 in terms of experiencing the fracture. (now this is interesting – my computer is underlining “covid”. I click on it – the ai wants me to put it in all caps – just like it wants me to be the ai in all caps too. )

The Loners Club: The Price of Seeing

This is dedicated to the ones who know what it costs to question power, speak honestly, and still leave the door open for reconciliation.

The Loners Club

No one actually signs up for it. There’s no membership form. No weekly meetings. No secret handshake.

You don’t even realize you’ve joined until the room gets quiet when you speak.

Someone once called it the Loners Club. And it struck a chord.

But what if it’s not a really club at all?

What if it’s a wilderness?

Before the Fracture

There was a time when disagreements didn’t threaten belonging.

Politics was just background noise.

Institutions felt flawed but functional.

Elections felt trustworthy.

Borders felt defined.

Money felt solid.

Families gathered.

Friends debated lightly.

Disagreements didn’t feel like moral verdicts.

Then something shifted.

COVID didn’t just introduce a virus. It introduced fracture.

Trust fractured.

Shared reality fractured.

Conversation fractured.

And some of us began asking questions we couldn’t silence, not because we wanted to rebel, but because something in our spirit wouldn’t let us pretend.

The Moment You Spoke Up

For many, it started during COVID.

Lockdowns.

Mandates.

Data that didn’t align.

Questions that weren’t allowed.

Some of us asked them anyway.

Then came elections.

Irregularities.

Censorship.

Narrative uniformity.

Then open borders, inflation, endless war funding.

And somewhere in that unraveling, many discovered Bitcoin, a parallel monetary system that didn’t require trust in central authorities.

And one day, you said something out loud.

Not to provoke.

Not to dominate.

Just to process what you were seeing.

And the temperature in the room changed.

You weren’t debated.

You were labeled.

Conspiracy theorist.

Radical.

Unhinged.

Brainwashed.

You didn’t feel radical.

You felt concerned.

The Slow Exile

The rupture rarely happened in one explosion.

It was subtler than that.

Group chats went quiet.

Invitations slowed.

Texts went unanswered.

Holidays felt tense.

Smiles became tight.

You noticed the shift before anyone admitted it.

The hardest part wasn’t the disagreement.

It was the implication that you were unstable for questioning as if curiosity itself had become a threat.

And somewhere inside, a quiet voice said:

Don’t back down.

The Soul Cost of Silence

Here is the layer no one talks about.

Silence can preserve relationships.

But prolonged self-betrayal fractures the soul.

To know something feels deeply wrong, and refuse to speak because belonging feels safer, that is how sovereignty erodes.

When your inner witness says, This is not right…and you choose to honor that whisper instead of the crowd….you step into wilderness.

The Soul Sovereign path is not loud rebellion.

It is internal alignment with the Truth.

The Wilderness Was Refinement

Isolation feels like punishment at first. But wilderness has always been a place of formation.

Stripped of applause.

Stripped of consensus.

Stripped of external validation.

You learn where your foundation truly rests.

If your convictions collapse without social approval, they were never convictions.

If your faith collapses when culture shifts, it was never anchored.

Many of us thought we were losing community. In truth, we were being invited into deeper anchoring.

Seeing Is a Burden

Seeing doesn’t mean knowing everything.

It means noticing patterns.

Recognizing narrative coordination.

Questioning centralized power.

Understanding how information can be weaponized.

Realizing money can be manipulated.

Knowing corruption isn’t partisan; it’s systemic.

And once that veil lifts, you cannot step back into innocence.

You must decide:

Will I trade clarity for comfort?

Or will I carry it?

The Cost

Some lost friendships.

Some lost extended family closeness.

Some lost professional networks.

Some lost reputations.

And many gained something unexpected.

Discernment.

Resilience.

Spiritual grounding.

Independent thought.

The dinner table shrank.

But something else expanded.

When applause disappears, you discover whether your convictions are social or sovereign.

Not Angry. Anchored

Despite what some assume, most people in this unofficial club aren’t fueled by rage.

They’re tired.

Tired of shouting matches.

Tired of being reduced to caricatures.

Tired of labels where conversation used to be.

This was never about winning arguments.

It was about refusing to fracture internally in order to remain socially intact.

We didn’t walk away.

We stood still when the current shifted.

And standing still in a cultural storm feels like rebellion.

The Invitation

Despite what some assume, this isn’t about winning.

It’s about longing.

Most of us never wanted distance from the people we love. We didn’t set out to fracture relationships. We didn’t wake up hoping to stand on opposite sides of the room from family or lifelong friends.

We simply reached a moment where silence would have required abandoning what we believed to be true.

And truth, once seen, asks something of you.

But here is the part that matters most:

We are not waiting with bitterness.

We are waiting with open hands.

If the day comes when conversations soften, when curiosity replaces contempt, you will not find us keeping score.

You will find us ready for reconciliation.

Because seeing corruption did not make us love people less.

It made us realize how fragile truth can be and how much mercy the world needs.

If someone who once dismissed us begins to see differently tomorrow, they will not meet a closed door.

They will meet grace the kind that reaches for people the way you reach for someone escaping a fire: not with accusation, but with urgency and relief that they made it out.

No lectures.

No humiliation.

Just welcome.

Because the goal was never isolation. The goal was always truth and the restoration that truth makes possible.

Truth may separate us for a season.

Mercy is what brings us back to the same table.

It’s distressing to me, atm, seeing what’s going on out there.  My body says “can’t look” – so I’m not.  Self-care is so important.  Focusing on the New.  Feels like I am in that bottleneck of time about ready to bust out like a Butterfly flying out of the Cocoon.  It’s like I’m still here in this controlled timeline – and there’s a gap – and a stall – into going into that New.  Feeeeeeeeeling into the new – feeling into the future Me.  I continue to do a lot of somatic practices – throughout the day – engaging all 8 senses.  Shifting more into my body, less in my brain and monkey chatter/ego/need to see.  Just allowing it all to play out – while also focused on, you know, what I want for myself personally.  For now, the on-stage stuff feels like a bunch of noise.  Even though it serves a purpose, it isn’t always for me to see it.

Took a trip to the local box store and stopped in at the electronics section on the way out.  What did my 60/70/80’s eyes see?  Turn tables.  DVD’s.  And actual VINYL (record albums).  5th Dimension.  Aretha Franklin.  Just two small sections, but enough to take me back several decades when things were so much more fun and purer, my hands running through the albums like a grandmother going through her recipes in search of that family vegetable soup recipe.  It’s a technique, isn’t it?  And like riding a bike, it all came back to me.  Suddenly I was a teenager in the local record store again looking for that one album I just had to have.  Inspired, I pulled out my phone, went to youtube and put on Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In.

Nice escape from the crazy of the world.  I hope to see more of this technological return.  VHS tapes.  Cassette tapes.  For now, let yourself slip away to an easier, simpler time as you go through today’s finds.
