Thank you thank you thank you I thought something was wrong with me but it's not it's not happening to just me that uncomfortable hug in the midsection been going on for a while and at the same answer I have been getting in my meditation and my other sacred things that I received info from, submission must be out of free will though and not as if it were some kind of contract.
