About 3 yrs ago, a spiritual advisor helped me in many ways, but when I mentioned the negative thoughts and dark, refused to go there. At last, the Light community is finally shedding the Light on this instead of sticking heads in sand. That is one of the reasons we are where we are.
I know this is a bone of contention for the Spiritual community, but let’s at least get it out there then apply if we needed.
