Our feelings are our friends, and this did not feel like truth to me. Truth is seen and felt and, while there may be some truth – key to disinformation and things that are seeded to make people feel bad – overall it felt dark.

I trust my intuition and my intuition told me to stop reading – and my higher mind blocked out anything that could have been harmful to me energetically.
