absolutely agree. we get asked often “can i have a cell phone? blah blah has one.” nope. perhaps when you are a teen and only when you are away from the house. although of course i am intending a totally different reality by then with no nasty AI or dirty tech.

An ex-military man knows the real score. Can we welcome our military into executive command now, please–the White Hats! On the topic of kids and cell phones and TV–I have thought for a very long time that the Amish have the right idea: No TV. As for how to parent in 2021–I am glad I am not a parent. That said–I don’t think kids should get a cell phone until they’re teenagers–and even then, not so sure being attached to the A I agenda is healthy for humanity’s long term.
