I know the date’s wrong – leaving it as is – given I have no idea what the date is, and it seems, the year. The mechanical clock is being slowed waaaaaaaaaaay ass down again as well.

This morning, I was awakened in another heightened state of angst. After some time, I decided to refocus. I didn’t know on what, when suddenly I knew. It was as though my higher mind stepped in. I began to state that I was activating my Original DNA and remembering who I really am. Over and over I did this until I returned to sleep. I saw another person received a similar experience earlier today, only this time it was in her shower (portal). Just as I was suddenly guided above, she too was guided to receive DNA activation messages. I went to comment and saw she blocked me. I don’t recall ever seeing her, so who knows. She’s a big account (huge follower account, follows a little over 300), so whatever. Anyway, I thought it was interesting – the synch.

I am feeling this fuzziness of mental cobwebs clear from my mind – higher mind – right behind my eyebrows. Getting clearer on where the fuck we really are. REALLY are. Inside a game. What does that look like exactly? Is there ANYTHING truly real here, or is it all a simulated illusion? I am leaning towards that last part as it is what I keep returning to.

Holy guacamole am I facing the deepest fears and telling them and all who push them on me NO.ย  You know what it’s like – you wake up in the middle of the night or early morning – gasping for air because you’re in that state of panic.ย  No one – not one person – E V E R – should have to face being homeless NOR be told your situation is your fault because you couldn’t keep up with the criminal cost of housing and you should have done more, etc.ย  It was mentioned to me that I made this situation – and I “should” have done x y z.

The TRUTH is different than judgments.ย  It vibes higher – different – authentic – and because it vibes at that perfect space, while it may keep judgers from expanding their hearts, it always rises to the top at some point and leaves its beautiful mark.ย  I am powerful.ย  I am claiming that more. and. more.ย  And combined with others of like-mind and like-heart, ANY unwanted b.s. coming in can be shifted.ย  And will be shifted.

I will continue to be vocal about my situation.ย  I will continue to intend that perfect outcome.ย  NO to what doesn’t fit.ย  Yes to what does.ย  And as I shed the fears, stand taller in my Truth – not let another individual take my power, not another toxic ugly evil created system take my power and especially, my voice.ย  Money can make us desperate and do and think things we wouldn’t otherwise want or choose to do.ย  It has nothing to do with choice or needing to be a better person.ย  This place can crush the most brightest light to the point where it’s barely a flicker.ย  People in positions of financial power are particularly twisted enough to do just that.ย  Suck it up buttercup types.ย  Always pointing the finger at their victim(s) while 4 more come back at them, unseen.ย  Money gives them the illusion of power.

But there is man’s law and man’s ways and then there is God’s law and God’s ways.ย  Which is why I find religion to be the biggest bucket of hypocrisy around given how many attend church but give their power willingly even joyfully to man’s ways and judge others who can’t keep up.

Anyway…………got some new appts and things lined up.ย  Sticky notes are going into typed words in Word.ย  The colors and clutter were getting to my senses.ย

From 3 months ago.ย  I feel we’re right here with what she said at the end – although I still feeeeeel and see this wax and wane.ย  Some days there is so much coming out – other days – the slug fest is on screen.

When triggered – and who doesn’t get triggered – a little bit of effective, somatic-based refocus not only stops the mind chatter and body activation, but with practice, this will re-wire the brain, making new neuropathways.ย  Give this a try next time you are triggered:

1. Pause when you notice the activation in the body and mind.
2. Breathe – slowly – a few times.ย  In through the nose, out through the mouth.ย  The idea is to slooooow down what’s happening with your body and mind.ย  Sometimes it helps to look in the mirror if you happen to exit to the bathroom in those situations.ย  Encourage yourself – reassure yourself.ย  It can also help to move the body – again slowly – to release the energy.
3. Ground.ย  Focus on your feet being firmly planted where you are.
4. Validate how you are feeling but:
5. This is important:ย  Do not engage with your own self-triggered talk.ย  The key here is to step away from that automatic reactionary response so you can instead respond from a place of being in your own Power.ย  You are in control – in the present moment.

I found that by moving my body – again slowly – to be quite helpful when I am triggered.ย  I used to think I was in a space of effective healthy self control when I would walk away and pound away on something or scream.ย  Not that there’s anything wrong with this approach – it just won’t effectively help in healing the mind and body.ย  So while it may feel like a release, if your focus like mine is to release trauma AND to re-wire the brain – this option isn’t useful and only re-traumatizes the body.

And who has not had enough of THAT.

But now and then wailing away on a pillow with that big walking stick or shoveling a few spoonfuls of dutch chocolate ice cream into the mouth – well that does seem to bring some momentary relief for that inner child/teenager.

Always learning and forming new habits.ย  Fall off the wagon (I have metaphoric bruises to show for this)?ย  Brush yourself off, remind yourself what an awesome human you are, give yourself a “YOU GOT THIS YOU CAN DO THIS” because you are WORTHY of the awesome – and keep going.ย  Healing is like that.ย  And falling off or struggling doesn’t indicate you aren’t healing.

Now all that said let’s bring in this New World where healing happens EASILY in an instant and there are ZERO controllers throwing poisons our way – where the demons are gone, and no one seeks to harm another.ย  EVER.ย  And if there is pay to live, there’s so much to go around, we are all free to do the things we want and need without ANY impingements.

A visit tonight to the local big corporate store (Kroger) – where I really don’t like to shop at – but had to because of budget necessity – greeted us with the smell of sewage upon entering.ย  And the smell lingered – it was literally in the air – and slowly dissipated.ย  I was there to get just a few produce items and let me tell you, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.ย  My girl reminded me of a conversation she saw online – from a week ago – where people were asking why this store smells like you know what.ย 

No one really knew why but many spoke of the rat infestation there – how rats are found in the deli section, the produce section.ย  And how this has been going on for YEARS.

I mean – W T F?ย  Our neighbors had a rat issue – for years – and seeing them run through our yard into theirs was not that unusual of an occurrence.ย  She finally decided to take care of it, and after time, we no longer see them.

Back to the smell.ย  And energy.ย  And how it feels now living in this city.ย  Filth has an energy.ย  People drugged out, living on the streets, relieving themselves in doorways has an energy.ย  And all of the other agenda’s pushed here.ย  I’ve tried to be tolerant.ย  I really have.ย  I tell my girl no one is above another.ย  ALL are worthy.ย  But like she said tonight in the car, “I AM DONE living in this city!ย  I know I’m not supposed to be judgmental but I don’t like the energy here and how it makes me feel.”

She let it all out.ย  I listened.ย  And agreed.ย  She’s of course absolutely right – the energy here is dirty.ย  There’s a filth to it.ย  A ghetto vibe that grows.ย  It’s like e v i l is outing itself all over the place.ย  And the disconnect we feel here now is overwhelmingly obvious, apparent AND felt.

And I wonder if there IS someplace in this realm that isn’t like this.ย  Is this just a microcosm of the macrocosm?ย  Do any of you notice this experience?ย  I get I am in that ugly belly of the beast (which is quite vast out west), but is there any place that feels pure?ย  Anyplace that doesn’t have the toxins and the crime and the ghetto vibe and the agendas?ย  I HAVE to do something – we have far outstayed our welcome here.ย  Not that I ever felt welcome, or shall I say, never felt like I fit in.ย  Although not that I ever fit in anywhere I have lived.

But this oppressive icky energy is unbearable.

I came home, my girl hit the shower while I soaked the food in a vinegar/h20 bath, wiped off our shoes with the same, then said, “what the heck – we walked inside with these shoes from that place” and cleaned the floors.ย  It’s like being around someone who leaves you feeling as though you’ve been around a demon, and you want to purify your aura/body so you sage and frankincense your energy and personal space.

As far as this realm, I’ve said for yearsssss – there ain’t enough Sage to purify it.ย  We cannot detox our bodies continuously which is what we have to do as parasites are literally EVERYWHERE here.ย  And that’s just our bodies I am talking about.ย  What about the air and water and food and what about the infrastructure and the forests and lands being destroyed ongoing?

Only a frequency change or relocating/exiting to a new reality can remove us from this parasitic filth permanently.

Something has to shift.ย  The energy of desperation among those most awake, especially among those impinged into the wall $$, is PALPABLE.ย  I feel it – no matter how detached I can be.ย  That energy is still right there – waiting to DO.ย  Waiting to GO.

Scientists unveil unprecedented find in secret Antarctic lake: ‘Foundational to understanding biology’

As reported byย Live Science, the researchers made their discovery during a visit to Antarctica in 2019 and 2020. They used radar to determine that the aptly named Lake Enigma, which was thought to be dried up and frozen over, actually had at least 40 feet of liquid water underneath the top layer of ice.

After drilling into the ice and using a camera to explore the lake, the researchers found an ecosystem full of microbial life. These cyanobacteria are part of many ice-covered Antarctic lakes, but unique to Lake Enigma is the fact that they are found only in microbial mats, or blobs that cover the lake’s floor.
