I’m still needing – and responding positively to – meat.Ā I made a meal of mozz. cheese inside a tortilla – pan fried in a bit of butter along with some toasted walnuts with butter and cinnamon.Ā I went outside next to do some cleaning up and sweeping after the last few days of wind/rain storms.Ā Came inside to get my girl so head out on walk.Ā Body stopped me – saying NO MORE PROTEIN so I dug in the back of the freezer – knowing I had one little cut up steak in parchment paper – found it – fried it up in the pan – ate it – body said YES GOOD TO GO and headed out for more movement.
Sleep was pretty good.Ā Continue to do the protection mantra’s – doing some new things.Ā Atm, got bread in the oven.Ā Soup is slow cooking.Ā No rain – sun today.Ā Thank god I’m a country girl…..Ā (well living in the city but continue to call that experience in to me!)Ā Turned on the radio – speaking of music – Final Countdown was on.Ā Spouse heard it as well yesterday.Ā I just said “hmm interesting” and turned it off.
As I sat here – deciding what to add – I wanted to include some music to end today’s piece (see below).Ā I thought that some day – at some point – I will have my last post to share.Ā There will be one final post here.Ā That brings me some quiet – bittersweet – necessary step though.Ā There will be much more to do with my time – with our time – some will include meeting you all in person.Ā š„°

The ADS screenshot you posted included commercial traffic. I just so happened to check in with ADS about 12:32 am EST. Most military air traffic was on west coast and was definitely unusual from what occurs on a Thursday eve this late. So, most of what I saw (and took screenshot of) was K35s (refueling) and of course, fighter jets are often in stealth mode(so undetectable). Then coming in from the northern western fly zone were C-17s (heavy lifter cargo planes)…I am most curious why so much activity was concentrated on the west coast. The east coast was pretty subdued overall…very scant. There were also a number of 737s and a few DC-10s. Hmmmm…Looking at ADS now(1:16 am EST)…thinned a bit but much activity down around San Diego/Tijuana–the H-60 copters etc–which lately seems the norm? …Tracking illegals?…ALSO–what a refreshing moment to hear Farage speak common sense again. That cabal witch- Farage mentioned- needs a new job. I suggest flower arranging, and perhaps rehabilitation in an asylum. pax!
