I don’t remember if I shared this here or not. If not, I hope the words touch you. Inspire. Heal.
We continue to be told how things are getting better. How jobs are returning. How much we, the people, are “winning”. And while gas did drop $1.00/gallon here in my area, the cost of ground hamburger jumped $1.00/lb. I listened to the jobs report tonight on the radio. Not so good.
So not much “winning,” my friends, right?
And as I see story after story of challenges and serious financial struggles on my little route I take online each day, mostly for work on my other website but also to check in on my many friends scattered throughout the world, I am left sitting with a giant sigh in my Soul needing release.
Is this “gaslighting” to keep us going?
I hope so.
But since I cannot say either way, the only thing I feel called to do at this moment is to write up a poetic prayer for every single one of you. For us. May the challenges shift to abundance. With ease. With Grace.
My Prayer for Humanity
There is a gentle, powerful Light that holds the Souls of this world.
I call it in now to hear the hearts, heavy from the burdens,
wiping away the tears seen and unseen, tears that fall where hope has diminished.
Hidden fears that line the lonely roads of struggle and suffering.
To every Soul that wakes with empty hands, bank accounts, bare food shelves
To every child whose belly aches with hunger at sundown
To every elderly, wise soul, alone, longing for simpler times past
To every human heart that is fighting their unseen fights:
I call in the Light to bring you Courage that rises like the dawn each morning, wiping away the darkness of the night.
I call in the Light to bring you Strength to rise from the places in your heart and mind that feel cracked and worn.
I call in the Light to surround you with kindness, compassion and generosity in your hardest moments.
I call in the Light to wrap you in its protective, warm embrace, filling in those lonely, frightening moments when all feels lost, your Soul so weary, so cold.
I call in the Light to remind you: YOU ARE NOT LOST.
You are still here with your heart beating.
Your breath alone is proof that this storm will pass. It WILL break.
I call in the Light to remind you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
For each whisper from the Soul, each movement, each “YES”, no matter how small, is enough to move that mountain.
May generous hands appear when you are too weak to lift your own.
May doors once closed open with ease.
May peace of mind replace thoughts of doubt and despair.
May the Light that is within You fill you with quiet hope.
You, beautiful Soul, so loved, even in your darkest moments, even when you feel you cannot take one. more. step. forward, may you be lifted up into that Divine Light to remind you just who the heaven you are.

Money money money. More debt I accumulate just to f’ing survive. How will I pay for it all, much less navigate the mental ability TO do it all?
Do this, do that, carry far too many doings and responsibilities on my own. Collapsing from the weight of it all while I am told to surrender or trust or take care of myself. When none of these things REMOVE those unmet needs. That feeling in my body remains.
Worry worry worry worry.
If I could draw it out here, I would. But since I can’t, I will use words.
My body is frozen in these early-day moments.
I work through it as best as I can.
Then I go online seeking relief. Comfort. Better than eating a sweet treat.
But neither really helps.
This morning I saw a fellow Anon and truther say how much he hates it when he reads NO ONE is coming to save you. “Internet tough guys,” as he refers to them. We need a god damn rescue, as he says.
And he’s right on every front.
Internet tough guys indeed. Such a cruel thing to say to someone – no one is coming to rescue you. These types either don’t know real suffering, do not experience trauma, or they’re so lost in their new cage ego bullshit they have lost all memory of the times they were helped when they were in need, instead claiming they “did it all on my own”. Likely they are soulless entities or matrix bots – or just another matrix-supporting entity who gets the protections – who get left alone from attacks.
The comments were mixed. I aligned with the ones saying things such as we all need to be rescued. How do you escape a death cult of parasites who run the systems that keep us poisoned and enslaved? People are indeed rising up, but are any of us yet free of the pressures of this reality? Are we healed? Wealthy? Free to go where we want? Free at ALL?
Who has the means and power and weapons to take out some f’ing parasite who hides underground, who isn’t even human?
Some of us have seen them. Smelled them. Had encounters with them as they appear in a human host. They’re real, and I don’t GAF who that offends. You either see or stick your head back in your sandbox along with your opinion.
Rescued.
Yes, that term that offends rugged individualistic programming of the spiritual kind. For years I have said everyone needs a god damn rescue now and then. No shame in it. And I, for one, am SO BEYOND in need of a giant fucking rescue, my body awakens me most mornings now SCREAMING for one.
Then there’s healing.
How do you heal in a reality that isn’t safe? That is not designed to create safety. “That’s just how it is.” Well, as I’ve said since I was a teenager, “how it is SUCKS!” No excuse.
What supports are in place – truly in place – and are being created by and run by those who are safe people? As one who has been down the dark road of agencies, I can tell you, by and large, these people are not. safe. They lack the ability to acknowledge and carry and see the lack of help – at least in a way that motivates them to DO SOMETHING about it. Instead, they show up every day like good little slaves, follow the rules, help in the way they are told HOW TO help, then go home, sleep, eat, and do it all over again. And that doesn’t include the fact that these systems are overburdened now as well. Largely due to people coming in from other countries getting in line first.
Certainly receiving help that I can call far more REAL than those already here.
All by design.
But I don’t want to go into that any further. Already covered that subject enough.
But I will say that going down that road did not inspire me. It did not help. And it sure as fuch did not make my already hurting body and mind feel safer. Quite the opposite. It added further harm, further trauma, and only served to add energy to that inner experience that says, “I am not safe here.”
Today, while I still long for a tribe of safe people around me, while I NEED such an experience, I am also expanding outward. I NEED AN OUTSIDE RESCUE of the most angelic, benovelent, Divine, even cosmic kind.
We all do.
How do you help someone who is homeless, totally lost in a fentanyl state? Where is the money to house and heal them? Resources are there, but those who control the money control where it is allocated to. Such total stupid to the nth degree demonic bullshit.
Where are the people capable these days OF holding that space of safety for as long as it takes to help heal even just one of these Souls? Who here who is human, who truly cares, who feels that pain every day, is even capable of being one to help? I once was, but not today. Today, I need rescuing.
Last night, I watched Starman. 1984 movie with Karen Allen and Jeff Bridges. One of my all-time favorites that I have been, at times, obsessed with since I first watched it. Even back then, I longed for an experience – not to be “Kidnapped” but to have something more advanced – something more intelligent – something – someone – to come in and heal my broken heart. To show up. See me. Fill that longing for love, that emptiness, the loneliness, the desire to find my real family, all those feelings I carried way back then. I remember at the end, the final scene, feeling for Jenny Hayden, who wanted to leave this horrid planet and go to Starman’s world, with him. Even when he said she couldn’t go because she would die, she said she didn’t care.
She didn’t care. Her pain, talking loudly. Clearly.
But there was hope there as well. Hope for Starman had “given” her a baby, something the doctors here in bullshit world had told her she could “never” have. Not possible, to which Starman said, in what was probably his most powerful, affirmative statement, “Believe as I say.”
Hope that came not from this world.
But from beyond.
Just like Jodie Foster’s character in Contact, who received a vision, a knowing that no one here is alone. That vision, that HOPE, coming from someone from a more advanced, peaceful society to remind us all in this pit that we are never alone.
Nice sentiment, but still, Hollywood left out the part about this place being a prison run by “invisible enemies”. 🙄
I sure as hell am feeling that loneliness in a way that is either cutting through the decades of layers in which I have kept that feeling TO myself, too afraid to speak that truth for when I did I was told “nonsense” or “rescue yourself” blah blah blah…..or it is coming to Light now to see that the way to live with that loneliness, to make it bearable, tolerable in the darkest moments, is each other. UNIFIED.
Holding real space.
Acceptance.
Pouring love into each pain.
And these days, with all of us being burned the fuch out with paying and competing to live and having it rubbed in our faces that the enemy has not been the darkness within, but an actual fucking enemy OUTSIDE of each of us, hiding here – a Truth people like my Anon friend, like me – have known since we entered this place. And eliminating that enemy sure as fuch is going to require an answer to our collective SOS cry (which is there whether we want to own it or not) in the form of an inside-outside rescue. For far too many “internet tough guys” continue to say this is an inside job, to which I continually say the hell it is.
It is an inside AND an outside job. A rescue. And frigging enough already: it is time for that rescue.
I just go by what I see – and feel – if it comes in as a nudge – I share it. I am learning to differentiate, as well, what is a trauma response and what is an intuitive response. Expansion continues. Tonight’s menu was homemade pizza using flatbread, feta cheese and artichoke hearts. Downed it with some cranberry kombucha. Cotton Candy grapes are in season now. Anyone else have those where you live? If you do and you have not given them a try – do it. You won’t regret it. Nature’s candy. I wait all year for these things. 😁

This is the one I am most excited to share. Lacto-Reuteri is said to be missing – as in missing completely – from over 90% of the population’s gut. Below is a video shared last year by Dr. Eric Berg where his guest says 96% of us have this missing and very necessary microbe. Even just one course of antibiotics can wipe it out if we don’t replenish it. How many of you have had at least one course of antibiotics in your lifetime? I was on God knows how many as a child, then in my 20’s, before I knew better, I was on antibiotics for six months. After that, I was sick all summer with UTI’s, yeast infections, gastro-illnesses. No one informed me of the importance of replenishing my obviously compromised gut microbiome. And if you are a mom who breastfeeds and you don’t have this necessary microbe, you are unable to pass it down to your child. I wish I had known all of this 30 years ago. For now, today, I learned something new.
I love this doctor Dr. Berg interviews. Using mice as an experiment, even with a crappy diet, this one microbe – L-Reteuri – kept the mice healthy, living a long life.

The feels – and that full moon energy – which amped up both myself and my daughter last night physically. I felt I needed to run off the energy – move my legs – which I did (moved my legs – I didn’t go for a run lol). It was strange too, and came on suddenly. I always take magnesium as well as spray it on the bottoms of my feet every night, so it wasn’t that. The moon and I just don’t align – not since I began questioning what it was – then it stopped feeling good to me. It went from feeling those blissful states to “ok, she sees us – she knows what this place is- let’s aim the beam her way and agitate her”. When you know, you know. I really had to fight it off last night – the most intense experience I’ve had w/that object. And no coincidence it is in that build-up for tonight’s eclipse, blood moon ugh. I just don’t participate. Already gave away far too much of my energy for those bastards.
For now, I feel like I’m inside my own personal bubble, deeply DEEPLY needing to be in solitude at an even more intense level – quiet – to where even the sound of the coffee pot brewing is deeply annoying. I feel this push to DO SOMETHING but an equal need to do NOTHING.

Despite the existence of known, safe treatment options that could have been used for pregnant women, Jessica’s family watched as the hospital refused early treatment and denied requests for alternatives. Are jobs being generated?
Are agencies helping me?
Are ANY employers getting back to me?
Is housing coming down?

I had a plan last year. That plan fell through due to the negligence of a system agency employee.
Today?
What’s my plan?
I no longer talk with anyone who tells me “you have to do SOMETHING”.
The last time that happened, I raised my voice. “NO SHIT SHIRLOCK TELL ME SOMETHING I DON’T KNOW.”
Then got told to “calm down.”
Then don’t tell me what I OBVIOUSLY know, and I will be calm. Just to make you feel better.

Why is it the actors in this movie all get nice paychecks and warm beds to sleep in. Safety. Security. Something the Nervous System needs in order for the human to thrive and heal and continue going.
Why is it so many others were allowed to become homeless because someone had the f’ing “brilliant” (insane??) idea to allow the prices to house yourself and feed yourself become so out of reach, millions more become and continue to become homeless?
Does that sound like a just plan?

Survival of the fittest.
When in Truth it is the fittest on stage that are receiving the support needed.
Behind the scenes are people who have given up or are giving up. Numb. Not because they consciously CHOSE this.
Because their thinking brain went offline so it could survive.

But why should that surprise me?

Compete to do everything.
Pay your master to live.

If they want to help the people?
Take away the financial struggle.
Build SAFETY. With CONSISTENCY.
Safe supports. CONSISTENTCY. (for I have had the start of safe supports, but they have been taken from me – or simply removed altogether – and let me tell you that royally fucks with the human heart, Soul, mind and nervous system).
And a good place to start?
Remove the financial burdens of every single one of us.
I felt a shift overnight into this morning. Another one of those experiences where for days – who am I kidding – weeks I felt myself pushing through a dense, disgusting layer of unwanted fog (perhaps another layer of the “great filter”). I did a bunch of inner shifting/releasing/refocusing last night – slept pretty deeply – where I woke up feeling Lighter, more motivated, and absolutely famished. Stomach growling – which hasn’t happened in a very long time. I couldn’t get enough food in me – even after a meal, I had to eat a protein bar and chocolate.
Then I get online and see this:
