http://yournewswire.com Former President George. W Bush may face trial at a California court for committing war crimes in Iraq, in an unprecedented announcement made by the U.S. Court of Appeal.

The United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit today confirmed that Judges Susan Graber and Andrew Hurwitz will hear arguments on December 12, 2016, in the case of Saleh v. Bush.

Saleh v. Bush involves claims by an Iraqi woman, Sundus Shaker Saleh,  that former President George W. Bush and other high ranking Bush-era officials broke the law when they planned and waged the Iraq War.

Saleh alleges that former Bush Administration leaders committed the crime of aggression when they planned and executed the Iraq War, a war crime that was called the “supreme international crime” at the Nuremberg Trials in 1946.

Saleh is appealing the immunity provided to the Defendants by the district court in December 2014.

“We are pleased that the Ninth Circuit will hear argument. To my knowledge, this is the first time a court will entertain arguments that the Iraq War was illegal under domestic and international law,” Saleh’s attorney D. Inder Comar, legal director at Comar LLP, said. “This is also the first time since World War II that a court is being asked to scrutinize whether the war itself was an illegal act of aggression — a special war crime that was defined at the Nuremberg Trials in 1946.” Comar is handling Saleh’s case pro bono.

Assuming the oral argument takes place, the argument will be live streamed and recorded on the Ninth Circuit’s YouTube channel, permitting members of the public to watch the argument. The Court’s calendar commences at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on December 12th; the case will likely be heard later in the morning, as it is last on the Court’s calendar.

In addition to former President Bush, Saleh has named former Administration officials Richard Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz as defendants in the case.

In December 2014, the district court dismissed Saleh’s lawsuit, holding that the defendants were immune from further proceedings because of the federal Westfall Act of 1988 (28 U.S.C. § 2679). The Westfall Act immunizes  former federal officials in civil lawsuits if a court determines that the official was acting pursuant to the legitimate scope of his or her employment.

Saleh disputes the immunity, arguing that the planning and waging of a war of aggression against Iraq fell outside the legitimate scope of employment of former President Bush and the other defendants.

Beloveds, finally we made it to December! What a ride this year has been !!

December is the finalization of a 9 cycle and 3 phase completion. Like I have shared in my previous message, December 26th, 2016 , from an energetic point of view this is the marker and the highlight of this phase for all of us and for this planet. What is next? I cannot say as we are all making and creating this for ourselves in the NOW.

But what I can say is that I have been given a large peek into the energies of December and what is coming up first and foremost is that of decisions and making choices. Because we are ending and completing a 9 year cycle and 3 phase wave, we are to decide what we are going to take with us and what to leave behind FOR GOOD.

So what are you going to take with you and no longer drag with you?! Have you truly thought about it or is it crystal clear as to what is to be left behind for your greatest good and that of all? If there is one thing I AM certain of is that we all have reached so much this year when it comes to gaining clarity of what we do not want anymore and what we do want. Are you concerned that you might take the wrong decision? Fear not as there is no wrong way.

Everything that has been stirring us energetically and physically into this world has brought us into a knowing of this and truly honoring ourselves as a soul and a Being with Sovereignty and inner peace.

Making your choices and decisions during this month, as we round up at December 26th, will be reviewed, noted and cleared. The Universe will strip off even that which you may have been choosing to take with you if it is not compatible with the new energies. It is for the better of you and all, keep that in mind if you are dazzled and surprised that even that could not be taken with you. It is the best for all and the only thing the Universe will keep in mind.

We are co-creating as of now, no longer are we to confine ourselves and define for ourselves solely but WE are responsible for all and for the entire world. That is what it is all about as of now. We had to grow and transform a lot to get to this point and that is why we were called to become Masters so we can take care of what is needed and BE responsible for ourselves.

As the holidays are around the corner you may feel the necessity to close off certain things which have been lingering around, tie up loose ends or even cut cords. It is a release of things that have been unresolved and the closure of old energies. So you may speak a lot about some past happenings to be cleared out of your fields. All needed to stay as clear as possible for your upcoming decisions.

Making choices is often implied when something new is at the horizon. We can smell the fresh air and feel that something is up. So, for once, embrace all that is to come and make your statement of what you want for the better and good of all. This is a marker in “time”, an energy alignment with Truth and change.

Leave behind the old deception theories, we do not want to take those into a new timeline for us to  continue to build further upon. What about creating trust and thrive, honor and Love, freedom and joy?! Let us take that into our new timeline and feed nothing else.

Bring in the path of self confidence, to care and nurture all which is of Love and which is you as One.

This is an important and VERY potent month, use it well, bring it in accordingly and take good care of it. Trust lies within your own hearts, there is no place else to go to.

Blue Beyond – Can you feel the Real Time Shift? This is Progress!- 9th December 2016
Those of us who have been diligently ‘hanging in there’ in faith and trust (and sometimes losing a little of that along the way briefly, which is okay and very ‘normal’) – have shifted into a whole new layer/level in the last 24/48 hrs!

When we shift into a new ‘space’, this then allows another space for the ‘old’ to also come up.

So we are in a new space (again) and then with the old releasing as well (again). This is something that happens time and time again. Yet each time, we are stronger and are able to release more of the old with more ‘ease’.

This is Progress!!

Pranic breathing is so powerful and very vital, it always has been but more so now.

Each soul I have been ‘talking’ to, this has come through. To STOP, take a deliberate slow BREATH and release the anxiety (also anger, frustration and all else) that has come up – to slow down.

As a lot of anxiety is coming up and more souls are conscious of this and noticing and feeling this more so now. So then, work with this…go with this…stop and pause and take that breath and allow yourself to release this.

Alternatively when one feels anxious/anxiety and notices, breathe and release…acknowledge and release consciously.

Not only from within, but also feel the body relax and let go physically as well. Inner and Outer.

As we hold so much in our bodies that many do not realise, as it can slowly accumulate and ‘build up’.

Also as we do this, then then allows the flow of energy to continue and not be ‘blocked’ or held within.

Many souls have said to me they ‘know’ what I am saying/sharing yet they were needing to hear this so yes we do ‘know’ this (and the ‘basics’) yet to then actually feel and experience – is a whole ‘other world’ – “Knowing and experiencing are worlds apart”.

As sometimes we need another soul to share with, to table, to clear, to hear ourselves in the HUman to feel and release.

To be validated in unconditional love and no judgement.

INfact if we are to grow we need to do this!

Yes we do need to do the ‘miles’ ourselves, yet there is such another element in sharing with another loving soul in a Divine Space.

As We Prepare To Enter Our 12/12 Gateway

Aloha beautiful love family,

We are nearing the activation of our 12/12 Stargate/Gateway… and a powerful one it shall be!

I was surprised last night that I “forgot” about it. lol… because normally it/they would have activated by now….

As we near, usually it opens about 3 days early, so we shall see. I will post, of course…

Each December Gateway has been substantially more powerful than the one before. Starting with 2012, and this one is surmountable (not one of my words and had to look it up).

When it begins, there will be cycles, initiations and phases to complete. This completion year is in a completion too! Huge.

Each human year, we cannot go into the next one and carry anything with us. All unconscious programs and realities that surface or play out…. all have to be resolved from within.

The period up through and the couple of weeks after the SOLstice take us DEEPER into our/the Galactic Core…. to the depths of our BEing and return us to an existence that is PURE.

Hidden deep beneath all human’ness is profound sacred love, deep sacred respect, integrity, compassion and kindness…

Last year, Earth completed it’s Ascension into the 5th+ Dimension, and since then every physical thing, every inhabitant has cleansed anything that is not in alignment with these higher frequency bandwidths of higher dimensions and atmospheres merging in this physical one here.
