editor victoria’s comment ~ interesting. i tuned in last night as deep as i could. i sensed leeloo…her energy popped in which surprised me as i was not looking in that direction. i just felt bz energy. VERY bz energy. anyway a good update and the news of leeloo will likely be forthcoming from lisa harrison. the past few days i have had the inner “poking” – knowing- that at this point i can CHOOSE to experience the remaining days up or down. always a choice of course but i am feeling at this point this waiting is no longer necessary to engage in. like the egg timer has dropped the sand.
well considering i had to pause and ask myself the date and still wrote “12” instead of “1” and it took me a few times to type the word “considering” (and no joke it took me twice to write it again just now)….i would say we are in for some heavy, trippy energies. wow kapow!
my hands don’t want to work. neither does the brain. i went out and about for awhile and had difficulty functioning. thinking. i began having the “i am in between two worlds” feeling. came home checked in w/my mate – he was having the same experience. so i decided to check the solar wind graphs and sure enough – plasma is dense. and some electron spikes. interesting earlier in the day i captured the song image below which describes today.
i also keep reading and seeing and feeling “they’re here” and they are making themselves seen. you will see some photos below of webcams in europe i began monitoring recently.
other than that, i have nothing left to say. my body feels ok – just the woozy brain “where am i” stuff. oh yes i wanted to add this – for a few days i felt i had gunk in my eyes i could not remove. mate as well. i also read some were having this unusual experience. more unplugging from the program is about all i can say at this point when it comes to these experiences.

Recapitulation is for the Toltec warrior the essential and primary discipline to becoming a seer. The act of recapitulating is to re-gather energy lost to others and to our life situation. As we participate in our daily lives, lines of energy, intent, infuses our world and we act and react based on those lines. Think of great cobwebs constantly managing relationships, actions, behaviors and impulses. When we meet with someone that we know, we reconnect with those cobwebs, like plugging in the toaster there is a specific design to our connections and the power needed to maintain these links. The more we spend time with an individual, the more the connections strengthen and repeat. People become predictable and we become predictable to the people we work with, play with and associated with. There is a lot of expectation surrounding these repeated and predictable behaviors and energies. In other words we strengthen these lines every day with our awareness and energy. The average person does this without thinking. The warrior of awareness knows exactly what lines are being energized… he knows this because he recapitulates.
Think of a room that you visit every day, like an office. The repeated actions and energies associated with that office are created every day. The coffee cup in the same place, the computer screen, the feelings of accomplishment or necessary tasks that flood one as the day starts. As the day progresses and the sun shifts along the windows, the energy associated with the clock ticking off twelve noon, lunch time! The clock hitting 4 or 5 PM creates repeated patterns of feeling and perception which dull our direct experience of the now unfolding. Carlos noted that we live our lives “from a distance.” Like we are in a movie and we are watching that movie and approving or disapproving of it all the time like the critic in our heads notes. These daily predictable energies and emotions build up and bind our attention to the day and the people we work with. The more emotional energy, the more rational explanation, the more we are tied to lines, bondage at its most profound!
But the warrior stalks these lines and cleans them up by cutting unnecessary links. The Toltec warrior cleans these lines up at any time. It could be shifting the focus from going into that office daily at 8AM to 7:30AM. It all depends on how much we are attached to those lines what actions or patterns to change or shift. These changes could break a line and allow energy to return to its more flexible and usable state of potential. The seer actually sees these lines and cuts them away.
So what practices are specific to recapitulation? Just about any where we are returning to the energy of wholeness and direct perception of our day… rather than the assumed perceptions from patterned behaviors, which dulls our senses. No one is exempt in recapitulating. Every Toltec warrior practices this discipline with the fervor of a person in battle.
When we start on the path, there are very specific recapitulative processes which really aid in getting these lines cleaned up. The first is to inventory all of our relations… everyone we have ever met. When we do so, we can write down this inventory and the feelings, thoughts or ideas (memories) associated with the people on the list. Some people are very easy to recall and write about… others are very complex. I suggest starting from the easiest and building to the more complex. What we are doing is not forgetting, but removing the energetic lines which have been built up over repeated association with that person.

In a lengthy proclamation issued on Dec. 31, Trump said that it’s not enough to merely denounce such horrific assaults, instead, we must “actively work to prevent and end this barbaric exploitation of innocent victims.”
“Human trafficking is a modern form of slavery,” the proclamation stated. “We are morally obligated to confront and defeat the abhorrent practice of human trafficking, and I am keeping my pledge to take aggressive action.”
Such crimes are often described as an everyday problem hidden in plain sight. Data from a landmark Global Slavery Index report in July last year found that 1 in 800 people in the United States lives in modern slavery. The phrase is a broad term used to describe victims of forced labor, sexual exploitation or servitude, and forced marriages, among other abuses.
Trump has made combating human trafficking a focal point of his administration over the past two years. In February 2018, he signed an executive order to dismantle transnational criminal organizations that traffic and exploit people. In January 2018, Trump signed a similar declaration for the month.
editor victoria’s comment ~ a fairly new twitter and youtube find. check her out. as some of you know i have the JFK Jr. 20 year memorial special magazine. i was going through it again tonight looking for more clues, etc. i found something interesting. when it is mentioned the people who attended his public memorial (not the private memorial which had just 17 people), it said bill clinton and his daughter chelsea attended. no mention of hillary. i don’t know if that means hillary did not attend or she did and they just opted to leave her out for reasons being revealed via the plan. anyway just something that made me ponder the “hmmm…”

Wells Fargo was negative 42% liquidity in September of 2018
Citibank was negative 392% liquidity in September due in large part to Clinton manipulation starting wars around the world. In addition, the debt to the Master Trust was called in because they refused to credit basic transfers for Humanitarian Projects in the United States and Africa.

The Master Trust has leveled the banking liquidity from negativity to zero. Regardless, they should not be able to operate.
The reason why Steve Mnuchin made a public statement about US Bank liquidity being available when no one was talking about it is because there is NO LIQUIDITY IN THE US BANKS.
The charade continues because Mnuchin has hired lawyers to fight his removal as the Secretary of the US Treasury.
The funding for the wall was given to the Army Corp. of Engineers in April 2018.
