So, I am seeing an uptick in the face coverings again. I don’t go into that world so I’m wondering what the radio and television are saying. I had a good conversation today with our eye doctor, talking about glasses made in china, hoping to see that end. He talked about his upbringing and said today’s public school is “really bad” – what the kids are being subjected to and taught. He has a colorful past, growing up with missionary parents in Peru, a tribe once affiliated with the Mayan’s. It’s rare to have such a conversation around here and I realized I had overstayed my brief “I lost the screw in my glasses can you help me” visit. You know how it is – your Soul thirsts for real conversations with those who are at a similar elevation in seeing/thinking.

Speaking of glasses, which btw I never wear unless I’m driving because “the system” made me put it on my license – oh which btw the doc today told me you can get away with 20/70 vision and still get a license so perhaps I will remove that portion. Kinda disturbing to think how many are driving out there already distracted with compromised vision. In my day you had to be corrected to 20/20 to get a license. Other than that, I believe the body can heal itself of anything and everything.
