So I’m not.
Instead, I will share some tools – what I use and have used to help me. What I eat. Little tidbits, you could say.
First off – when life in the matrix gets to you – make chocolate (then eat it). Or just make it. It’s easy and soothing to the eyes. Take equal parts cacao powder (or cocoa – I use cacao for the anti-oxidant kick) and organic unrefined extra virgin yadda yadda you know the drill coconut oil. Begin by melting the coco oil on low. Once it melts, whisk in the cacao powder and remove from the stove. This is where the fun comes in. You can add anything you want now. Vanilla. Almond flavoring. Peppermint. Maple syrup to sweeten (which gives it a nice nutty taste). I use about 1 tablespoon, depending on my mood. If nuts are your thing, toss those in too. You can pour the mix in individual silicone type molds or what I do, because I’m usually too busy and not into taking that kind of time, I pour it all in a glass pie dish lined with parchment paper, place gently in the freezer and gently close the door (gently – only took me once to learn that when I shut it too fast and the dish slipped and spilled my chocolate – that is NOT fun to clean up). Let it freeze – about 1-2 hours depending on the thickness. Remove, using the parchment paper cover up the chocolate, get out a hammer and whack it into chunks. If the parchment paper survives (it should), put in a cookie tin and refrig as the room temperature will melt the chocolate (coconut oil).
I make my own laundry soap too because I am sensitive to the chemical crap and the smell makes me want to go hide out in the woods. I boil 3 cups of water, remove, then add 1/2 cup borax and 1/2 cup washing soda. Then I add in 4.5 more cups of luke warm water. Dissolve/stir. Then I add in 1/2 cup castille soap (unscented). Using a funnel, I put this mix in a gallon size glass jug and store at room temp. Too cold of temps causes it to solidify and when you want to use it the last thing you want is one large chunk greeting you at the opening.
My tooth powder is just an eyeball mix of bentonite clay, french green clay and calcium carbonate (more or less equal parts). Then I add some himalayan sea salt, bob’s red mill baking soda, organic cinnamon powder to a small mason jar w/lid – then with lid on shake until equally distributed. Then I add some essential oils – peppermint and clove are my favorite. Mix again and it’s ready to use.
For healing from trauma, aside from seeing a healer/counselor who uses somatic based methods, I have been using a program called NEUROTONED. I paid $19 and have access to 60 days of videos full of helpful yoga poses, breathing exercises and body movements – all aimed at working with the body to remove and move stored energies caused by trauma. Once you pay – you can access the videos whenever you want – lifetime access – which I appreciate.
For supplements, when I can afford it, I love the New Chapter line – they’re food based and are the only multi-vit that never upset my stomach. Found them when I was pregnant and have been using them ever since. I also take EPO, Flax Seed Oil, transveratrol, Cq10, D3 & K, Raw Zinc/C, liquid chlorophyll (I swear by that stuff), Turkey Tail Mushroom complex, c. silver (I make my own). That’s what I can remember atm. I don’t take the supplements daily – I spread them out so they last 3 months or so instead of 1.
My/our diet typically includes organic eggs, pastured butter, uncured bacon, chicken, ground beef, pork steaks (they’re cheap and tasty – and my girl loves them so bonus). Almond butter. Raisins. Nuts. (last 3 all in bulk). Sweet snacks (cookies/crackers) are sweetened with coconut sugar and pretzels and rice crackers, sometimes topped with lactose free cream cheese. Sourdough bread. Flatbread. Cheese (edam, mozz and fresh parmesan). Miso soup. Salads with mix greens, lettuce, cuke, dandelion greens, shredded carrots. Or when the food and money supply is low, just lettuce and a shredded carrot. Sometimes I buy this mix with shredded cabbage and carrots. I make my own dressing – sometimes I just squeeze an orange or lemon. I also take A2 greek yogurt and add fresh squeezed OJ – mix and use. Or to the yogurt I will add rosemary, dill, parsley and some salt. I have recipes for homemade crackers – just haven’t made them yet. I also like to make batches of pancakes and waffles and freeze. Again haven’t made those in awhile even though been wanting to.
I LOVE fruit – could live off of fruit, cheese, butter with bread with the occasional steak. I particularly love minneola tangelos, kumquats (finally tried those this year), teeny tiny mandarins, grapes (!!!), green bananas and berries.
I also have a weakness for cereal. It’s a good snack for me and my girl with almond milk.
I make my own jam – I like to BOGO with berries – freeze one use the other. I just bring water, the berries, a splash of vinegar and squeeze of lemon juice to a fast boil – let boil – stirring – then turning the water down after maybe 5, 10 minutes. I seriously don’t really pay attention – I just kinda eyeball most everything I create. Then I turn off the heat and let it sit and cool – then put in a mason jar.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t go to church. I love the color cobalt blue and dream of my perfect kitchen – filled with beautiful cobalt blue unique mugs and cups and plates and bowls. I have a small collection, including a score I found at a local estate sale a few summer’s back of some bowls that were made for the Queen Mary’s Voyage way back when. I also love copper and drink out of copper mule mugs. Only drawback – cleaning them. Vinegar, salt and a scrub pad are necessary to keep them shiny and not oxidized.
I do love tea and drink it daily. My girl and I love peppermint, raspberry and I have had us drinking dandelion root lately to deal with the whatever it is being emitted from that poke thing. Mullein is also in the cupboard as is fennel seed and some other varieties I’ve forgotten about most likely.
For fun ya’ll know I bike and play the piano, dabble with the guitar, but did you also know I am teaching myself the harmonica? I read where it is one of the top ways to get more O2 to the cells and is a great boost for our lungs. I also listen to frequency music, journal, lift hand weights and release on my punching bag.
What do you all pay each month for food? It’s right up there with rent here. We know a family of 5 – over $2500/month. Like most of us, they’re up to “here” in debt – just to survive. We do what we can until all of this b.s. ends and we shift where it is we all want to go – to be and do FREELY – however that looks for each of us.
Universe approved.

An old friend of mine rep’d for New Chapter. I was apprised of many details regarding the strict regulations regarding purity and actual percentages of organic-non GMO’d ingredients. Even when Proctor & Gamble bought the company back in 2010, or thereabouts-the new P&G lawyers were very strict and maintained the previous standards…and even more so. Anyhoo…the advice you give re nutrition is spot on. We need to take extra steps now due to the onslaught of spike proteins, and the news re the mRNA spread (apparently we are all under fire whether we got the jab or not). I am using Life Extension products as well. Mitochondria support, nattokinase, NAD etc. Also the various herbals, like Turmeric and so forth. On the Matrix side of thangs–dreams have been otherworldly of late por moi. I’m expecting a starship to show up at any time. The lag per release of JFK/Epstein files is a big ho hum. I guess I expected the roll out to occur a bit more quickly…alas. I’m not saying I’ve given up–just that the politics are as usual gumming up the works. However-at least MS-13 gang members are being “re-located” to safer zones and out of our harms way. Be well, and hope that we all see the big Reset for the Greater Good soon.
thanks for the confirm on new chapter. sigh on the spread……..it’s impacted my girl now and that. is. not. ok. we’re doing this slow rollout for THEM?! really?! i’m not. hurt my child – piss off mama. plan or no plan. i read something about inulin A or something similar – which targets the mitoc – $120/month too so passed on that. the CQ10 is good for that i figure – gotta remember about natto k too.
Right. So we all have to remain patient with the “old world paradigm” and its insistence on preventing a healthier world from transitioning into REALITY. We are -no doubt -ahead of the curve…and yet must endure the ‘BRAKES-ON’ syndrome. Parasites are quite a insistent breed–they just can’t seem to quit. And this is where our awareness must make adjustments: The ARCHONs are the parasitic infection in HUMAN consciousness. We are living in a MATRIX, and we must adopt a Warrior mindset in order to survive. It’s most important for all awakened souls to adopt a ‘warrior stance’ in order to survive the un-sanity.
in theory yes – but too many of us are drowning and no one is showing up to answer our cries for help. i’m really not interested in the whole awakening/save humanity game – i need money to break free of my own situation. and it pains the hell out of me to see how few are willing to show up for me and help me create that. my warrior energy is tapped out. no one makes it through this alone – i don’t care who you are or what you tell yourself.
