I was out front just after sunset changing the batteries on my lights. I hear the voice of a little girl, about 5 or so. “Oh, you SCARED me!” I look down and see she’s talking to me. I smiled and apologized, saying I was sorry I scared her. I was changing the batteries for my Christmas lights. She began chatting with me, saying I looked like a doll with my pretty hair. I thanked her, adjusting the settings on my lights. She continued to talk in that way 5 year old little girls do. Excited. Zero censorship button. She then went on to tell me I looked like a cartoon character, which I found interesting because, you know, that whole simulation theory how we’re all really just characters inside a game. I had a whole plethora of things to say – kept gathering them in my mind all day – and now? Think I can remember any of it? Nope. I was engaged in phone calls and emails, starting from scratch you could say in the financial/job area, all of the intuitive stuff just got sort of swept away.
I would laugh – but I read something today – because this struggle has become very real and it’s been bothering me. I know it isn’t just the war or the energies – it’s my dysregulated nervous system with a compromised brain resulting from being in survival mode for so many damn years. Long term abuse and trauma are behind it all. Part of that trauma is indeed being in this pay to live compete to live system of survival. Billions of people with just the one system. That there is the definition of insanity.
This shit keeps our nervous systems – our brains – always on the lookout for danger of varying degrees. And if the experience here is intense enough and challenging/difficult enough, combine that with high sensitivities, the brain changes. The hippocampus shrinks. The amygdala takes over the logical portion of the brain, making relaxation in full next to impossible, certainly not for long duration’s of time, which then makes it impossible to concentrate in full. End result? Memory issues.
This is Neuroscience.
Healing is always possible of course. Being in an environment that is supportive. Loving. Where you can relax enough and begin to trust enough to let go and allow safety in – in a new way.
But that pay to live bullshit? Yeah that has to change for ALL of us to heal and return to Who We Really Are IN FULL.
Perhaps at the end of this day, this is all I really needed TO share.

I don’t know about you, but I have seen some who rely on AI who are feeeeeling and beginning to sound like AI. There’s a lack of emotion. It’s as though I am talking with a computer. And given the nature of this reality now – unless someone is literally hiding out in a bubble – if you aren’t feeling this psychological war and reeling from the effects at least now and then – well give me your formula! lol And tell me how you’re sleeping. With the amount of magnesium I am taking and putting on the bottoms of my feet I should be slipping into la la land and STAYING there until my brain says “ok enough” then wakes up refreshed and ready to go. These days it takes me 30 minutes or more to mentally motivate myself in the morning to rise and shine.
Well, in my case, rise. Until I remind myself to shine for my girl so I do that. Even though seeing her sweet face each day brings out my Shine.
Anyway, isn’t that strange how the AI thinks I used it to write? And looked at perfectly crafted content that is nudging my inner instincts that are saying AI and saying “NO AI HERE”?

I continue to learn more about my nervous system. Things like trauma response, where I’m becoming clear on when I am getting lost in that so I can make a different choice. Things like trauma bond which is just UGH – breaking that spell. And learning, for the first time, that things like trust and safety are built – slowly. That I don’t have to dive in quickly (which is a trauma response). That I can reveal slowly. That I can trust slowly. The perfect loaf of bread is not made or baked quickly. Slow and steady.

I did one night of sleep training – and at that it was less than 20 minutes. And two attempts at bottle feeding w/formula (organic) to make my wee one sleep longer. The sleep training – letting her cry it out – ripped out my heart and went against every instinct. The bottle feeding – same. This issue became personal for me…I’ve been told I make too much to apply for SSI – which honestly is no biggie to me – I don’t want to go on any sort of disability even though I have the requirements – I just want the right to work at employment I can do – the right to support myself. I forgot to share this one earlier. I remembered that D5 is a chess move – and it can be an interesting move depending on what either side does with the Pawn.
Typically, the d5 move will enable Black to free his cramped position, neutralize White’s space advantage, and often to trade off White’s last center Pawn. But the d5 move must be timed correctly, or it leads to White’s advantage instead of Black’s.
I’m thinking with this $$ order today by Trump, this D5 date/move is going to be to our advantage.
There is a trend I am seeing in my area of people bathing less. And my gawd do I notice it. I’m a daily bather. Some parts of da body just need a dose of clean. Tonight at the store there was a guy, a younger guy (who I thought was female at first), who once I got near I literally did a 360 turn and head off in the other direction. I was like my GAWD dude – put on some deodorant or SOMETHING before heading out. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this lately. People also seem to not be cleaning their clothing as often either. “Climate change” bullshit narrative most likely.
For me it’s energy. Cleanliness = purity.
I also notice a lack of color. Everything looks so – gray. Bland. I notice people’s energies are far more depressed too. My girl loves color and even if she wears black, she adds other colors. I’ve been wearing pinks, reds – bright colors – something I had rather stopped doing over the last few years. Bring back the color – everywhere. And the sparkle in all of the plants and in our eyes and from our bodies. And our smiles.
