Listening to Barry Stepp’s latest – how he feels like all he’s doing is talking about the same topics over and over again –  and how he wants to change things up.  I get that as I’m there as well.  What would you all be interested in reading/listening to going forward?  What other topics pique your curiosity?  Nutrition?  Healing?  Nervous system, somatic practices and trauma?  As most of you have seen, I changed some things here – changed the cover picture – changed the statement – removed the greetings/statements on the Welcome Page.  I want to do something NEW but tbh is there really anything new to talk about?  Perhaps I’ll find others who are living their best lives – pick their brains – see what they’re doing – how they were able to truly Thrive.  Anyway, playing around with some ideas and letting the magic of intuition and Universe bring them forth.  For now, I am super promoting my buymeacoffee page – personal reflections, essay’s, storytelling, photography and my music.  Check it out if you haven’t.  I like to say you get my Warrior Spirit here – but there?  You get my Heart.

For now – yeah – food prices can come down.  I talk about that often enough.   🙄😄   My girl and I went shopping tonight – the monthly power shop – I had to pass on some items that even just a few months ago I had the means to purchase.  I realized I had forgotten my bags so we had to use boxes (there’s a reason I added this which you will see in a few sentences).  There was a couple in front of us checking out.  The guy was really tall, his partner was short and masked.  She didn’t talk – he did all the talking.  I noticed his right hand which he wasn’t using – it was totally white – as in it looked like there was no blood.  After they finished checking out, they stood in the aisle in front of the windows (front of the store).  They literally just stood there – staring blankly.  A clerk watched them with a suspicious look on her face and asked if there was something they needed.  Twice.  The male said “no” each time.  They remained there for several minutes – standing – blank stares –  not. moving.  It was creepy.  I began to think they were watching us as my girl and I both commented later how we each noticed them staring at us in two different sections of the store.  Same blank stare.

They finally left and after I finished checking out, I walked outside, my small cart with my boxes.  I had to hold it carefully as one it was pouring rain and windy and two, I didn’t want any of them falling out.  The matrix had other plans.  The one box that held my receipt fell out, dropping in the parking lot.  I paused, shaking my head and trying to laugh it off, saying: “well that’s about par for the course of this strange day”.  Just as this happened, a middle age (and quite handsome I might add) English man walked over to me, smiled and asked if he could help me pick up my dropped items.  I said, “oh that is very kind of you, but I think I have it”.  He then asked if I needed help loading my boxes into my car.  I smiled again and said that was a gracious offer but again, declined.  He smiled, nodded ok and went on his way.  I sit here and think I should have taken him up on that offer.  I had my girl helping me but as I said it was literally dumping buckets and my groceries got a soaking, unlike what would have been a totally different situation meaning no spillage had I remembered my bags where my items would be securely wrapped in a nice blankie safe from the elements.

My girl and I got the car loaded and we sat in the car, drying off and warming up.  I missed this but she said when we walked out, the creepy ones were in their car – staring at us – not moving.  They saw me drop my stuff.  Uh huh……  We talked about what had happened and as I tuned in, I realized I was seeing those two timelines.  The one with the obvious soulless NPC freaks who likely were trying to target us – with my grocery spillage – plus that rain OMG it’s like someone turned on the firehose.  And yet once inside the car, something turned it off.  And that kind man – real human – who stepped in and offered a helping hand.  Timeline 2.  The much preferred one.  The other one can vanish for good.  I have no use for it.  What Soul does?

We ain’t in Kansas.  Never have been of course.  The veil is disappearing quickly making “them” easy to spot now.  And making it easy to spot when they come at ya through another person.

And there’s a feel to it – the body knows.

PRAYERS FOR THE PEOPLE OF OKLAHOMA DEALING WITH FIRES

 

Universal Divine Consciousness ~
Protect and keep safe all of the people in the path of the fires in Oklahoma.  Protect and keep safe their properties.  Bring in rain and moisture NOW to put out the fires.  Bring in firefighters to put out the fires.  We see this all happening NOW.  We also send soothing energies to those fires, putting the out with our intentions as well.  It is so.

 

Fires.  In March.  This is such utter obvious bullsheot.

Bring in Jesus if you have to – bring in whatever is needed to take out these parasitic monsters and end their programs N O W.  WE COMMAND IT!  Anyone who has issue with this and still follows the “let it all play out” can go through something of that nature.  We were close in 2020 with the fires out here – seeing miles of smoke enter your city and STAY PUT for nearly two weeks – not to mention those who lost property and lives….I can tell you to this day if I smell fire smoke, my body reacts.  It is traumatizing as hell.  Apparently, that’s what this plan is about – allowing trauma after trauma and impinge us $$ into walls and allow for all sorts of horrid things to continue to happen to people while telling us to put on the armor of God and to keep going and think logically.  These idiots clearly know NOTHING about trauma and what it does to the body.  These things could be stopped before being allowed to happen.  P E R I O D.

What are food costs in your area?

 

They jumped out here – again.  !!!

Example:  2.96 is now 3.49.

Gas however has dropped some.

But food?

My girl recently told me she wasn’t hungry – when she really was.  I asked her what was really going on with her and she said she didn’t want to eat too much food because of the cost.  😢 😠   The mix of emotions I felt over this reality….  I kept it together and told her, of course, if she was hungry, she was to eat.  PERIOD.  I will ALWAYS make sure she has food to eat.  No need to worry.

I’ve been marketing myself like crazy – distributing flyers now as well.  Just a few dollars every month from many will get me to where I need.  And that need is bigger than ever before.

My body has that trauma response when it comes to money.  I worked with that part of me today to do some releasing.  It can be challenging to really release that given the parameters of today’s cost to live.  At some point we must not keep all fingers pointed at our way but at the evil running this reality.  And not really to blame necessarily but to paint the giant energies of TRUTH and show it where it belongs.  People can only be squeezed so much and for so long.  Much like abuse – when someone is abused long enough, they respond in a way that could be considered abusive to the outsider.  But know the situation for what it is – see the TRUTH of that situation – and a new understanding replaces the initial judgment.

I had a message to the Universe – to listen to the words of my heart – dismiss any trauma thoughts/energies.  Send me the subscribers for here and on my other site.

Been a day.

 

My laptop is giving me grief using Zoom – has been for weeks – and I have yet to figure out why.  Zoom is how I do my EMDR sessions (counselor’s choice – not mine – i’m personally not a fan of Zoom).  The past 3 weeks she has just had to rely on my promise that my eyes are indeed following her wand.  Today she said she needs to see my eyes –  can’t through my laptop (there’s like a 1-2 minute lag with Zoom).  So, I said we could use my phone – she said ok but I wouldn’t get the benefit as I would on a big screen (eyes don’t move as far to each side) and said in order to continue to work with her at this level, I would need to get another device with a bigger screen.

Like I can f’ing afford that.  🙄😠

I cringed – and had to just let loose.

“I am already on two payment plans because I didn’t have the funds to pay for essentials.  I have maxed out 3 credit cards and had to put the electric bill on the most recent one as it was over $300.  I’m pushing myself every f’ing day for months trying to promote myself and all that I create.  But sure.  I’ll just get on another payment plan because you will not agree to try another platform.”  (btw – i have not been able to find anyone like her who does what she does in my area who takes my insurance and who does not have a wait list)

Then she does what all counselors do – gives me the look of sympathy.

Which today, I did. not. want. nor. need.

I wanted help.

Not words.

Not gentle looks.

HELP.

T A N G I B L E help.

I had a convo with my mom later in the day who I don’t know if it’s a generational thing or not but jesus – getting some sort of “oh honey I’m sorry what can I DO FOR YOU” – I got “I thought things were supposed to start coming down”.

Yeah, they’re NOT and your DAUGHTER is trying to reach out to you for some f’ing HELP and I wouldn’t even dare DREAM of sharing all of this if I wasn’t TRULY. IN. NEED.  Or you know what?  Screw your daughter – show some help towards your granddaughter.  Yeah, she could use some things and I sure as hell could use some extra help paying for all of the food she is eating.

Family.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Hurts my heart so much.  Jesus……………I cannot E V E R for one second imagine my own girl going through a particularly challenging time – me being in a position of $$ comfort – and not offering to help her.  Frig – even if I was living in a van down by the river I’d STILL ASK HER WHAT I COULD DO FOR HER.

Do not get why so many lack this basic human trait.

These days my girl will pat me on the back now and then and say “mom let go of the expectations.  people suck.”  lol  Not really lol – but if you knew her you would laugh.  And sometimes that’s the best way to handle life is to follow that mantra of hers.

I’ve been keeping most of what I’m really dealing with and how I’m feeling inside – but it’s all coming out like a volcano now.  And my body is screaming at me like seriously screaming at me so I’m having to just love myself and say “ok if it comes to the point where i truly have to pick between eating and having electricity i will pick eating.”  I obviously do not want it to come to that – don’t feel it will – but I have no idea when this damn matrix becomes affordable again – and I will fight like hell to stay housed and fed. I know many of my subscribers are in similar situations – many have lost work and can’t find work.  But I also know this cannot continue for me the way it is.  I have a child to take care of – she doesn’t need to have a mom go through a mental breakdown.

Whoever said money doesn’t buy happiness can seriously shove that sheot phrase.  IT sure as hell makes it a lot easier to FEEL that state – especially in an ongoing manner.

Hope ya’ll enjoyed the time travel/looking glass share earlier today.  I sure pray with all that I am that there truly is something to all of that.

Check this thing out – notice what it does when Trump inserts the KEY (also in GOLD).  See what it looks like?  The movie Contact – one of those “nudge” movies for me – the object used to transport Ellie via the wormholes to another dimension.  And of another BIG note – for me that is – that scene has been on my mind lately as well as how she is traveling – and my memories of this kind of transport that recently came to me from my body during an EMDR session.  This is seriously HUGE.  Note what is said:  “Something special”.  “Unique trophy.”  “Trophy of the future – it represents the past the present the future.”  “It travels a little bit also.”  It will be given on 7.13 to the winner only to be returned to the White House.  I also noticed for the first time – in the movie – the countdown begins on the number 11.

Then remember this?  The ball passed from Putin to Trump back in 2018 – World Cup ball?  Many of us speculated – theorized – given what was said about it – that there was data inside that ball.  Intel.  “Now the ball is in your court.”  “That will go to my son, Barron.”  Reference to the US Hosting the World Cup in 2026 – which is true – also in 2025 as spoken of above.

I woke up this morning, feeling like I had tapped into something and energy/messages/data whatever you want to call it were entering my mind quickly and as what happens w/these things, unless I am able to capture it and REMEMBER it at that moment, it doesn’t “stick”.  So, while I don’t recall what first came in, I do remember hearing the following very distinctively – which is interesting as these words aren’t typically how I speak:

JUBILATE

THEN EXTRICATE

Which I took as $$ Abundance for a while before Shift into Freedom/Home/Getting outta here.

That’s been my sense and intention all along.

May it be NOW – as I think I’m maxed out on those “timely payments”.  Electric bill is on the “tp” – because they were allowed to jump up their rates 20% in the 3 months (2x) plus it’s winter – and it would be REALLY nice if food prices would come down – and today included a toaster as our old one finally gave out and we use the thing daily – like throughout the day – especially my child – and wow those things went up.  A quick look locally did not give me any used ones much less free so I found a new one on a payment plan (one of those home shopping network sites).  Also included were bath towels as ours are literally falling apart, mine especially.  I’ve had to rip off both sides and getting my arm caught last night was the “ENOUGH” moment.  Again, more payment plans.  I could probably have done some sewing repairs on it but given my absolute DISDAIN for sewing which came out tonight when I was trying to remember how to set up the machine, I had to watch the DVD – AGAIN – then realizing the last one to use it was my daughter who royally messed up the bobbin compartment by leaving behind bunched up thread under that compartment below the needle – I had to clean that up – pop out the bobbin tray – then realized when I went to put it back in I had no CLUE how it went – so I had to find a short screw driver in order to totally remove the entire plate and find the part in the DVD that showed what it looked like put together.  During this time, I asked my girl what happened, and she admitted she knew it got messed up but she didn’t want me to know about it, so she just put the thing away.  🙄😂  “I knew you’d be upset.”

Ya think?

Mind you – all I needed to do was literally sew up about 6″ of one of those heating buddies that was falling apart at the seam leaving ancient old shards of rice EVERYWHERE and I was DONE cleaning it all up (you will note this was not my buddy but I am the one with the sewing skills – so to speak).  Anyway, I was quite frustrated by this point, a memory from childhood returning of my mother badgering me how I needed to learn to sew so I could get a husband.  🙄😂  My response was 1) I was NOT going to get married and 2) IF I did, I’d find someone who could do his own dayem sewing.

#2 did not happen so it’s been something I take care of – button repair, mending socks, etc. – by hand – until I was given a sewing machine about 3 Christmases ago.  After it took me about an hour at the time just to figure out and learn how to thread it and attach the bobbin, it’s mostly sat unused – until a few months ago when I finally decided to at least make sure it was threaded and bobbin thingie full of thread in case I decided to or needed to use it.

Anyway – the memory of mom yelling at me, me yelling back in teenage defiance – then receiving a “C FOR EFFORT” on that stupid apron which hung completely crooked on my body – every other girl in the class receiving an A and boy the teasing and ribbing that came with that experience.  I vowed that sewing was satan’s work and I was simply not cut out for it.

Like all things in life, I am able to heal from that by asking myself: how many women who sew can also fix broken furniture?

Hmmm?

That is one area in which I AM skilled for I was able to fix that dresser I thought was beyond repair.  Turns out only 1 drawer needed reassembled, so I did that with nails, wood glue and clamps.  The side rails on the top two drawers are however on their last leg.  If I knew someone with a skill saw (and the skills to use it) I could have them carve up 4 1″ x 14″ or so rails, rip out the old ones and put these in.  We will see if the Universe brings me someone.

I also requested someone who knows how to teach sewing to those with ZERO innate gifts for it but some desire.

We’ll see.

For now, here’s what’s happening on the world stage – along with some spiritual tools/fun stuff.

Just. Do. It. Already.  At this point I would take a good paying job WRITING and RESEARCHING.  The funding for a business selling my chocolate and laundry soap and tooth powder.  The promotional help to market my talents and goodies.

 

And remove the ungawdly amount of taxes on my utility bills…..
