A Gematria
So I am seeing more of the same talk – how “they” are stealing votes. What will we see? More outrage – more investigations that go nowhere? This is going to turn away a lot of people – these same people who have screamed all year for election fraud to be dealt with in full force – and yet NOTHING HAPPENS. Nothing has happened, has it? How can you fix a system that still has evil at the operations? Someone explain this one to me – logically and clearly. I am done with “be patient” and “trust” and other nice little slogans. Those stopped working for me. For many of us.
I become less interested in what is playing each day. I align less and less. I don’t “feeeeeel” the purpose of what’s playing out now – certainly not the duration. Most everyone I know (who is awake and has been on this journey with me for awhile) – feels the same. I know I keep saying this but it keeps bubbling up because it is my TRUTH and truth is like a beach ball. I am not going to change my heart or mind. None of us are. We know when we are done giving our energy and focus to something that – for us all – is clearly not working for us in a positive manner. It seems to be proof positive that ANY part of this playing out is simply not for us – those of us who know we don’t belong here (and please refrain from telling me otherwise – I know what I know and I feel what I feel). This is not Home. For me. It’s that simple. I continue to feeeeel at the end of this – at that point of transition – we each “go” – experience – whatever aligns for each of us. That, my friends – is FREEDOM.

There are some good suggestions in this one….The attacks however are real – in this dimensional (that is their creation) war – and yes what comes up does show trauma within….Still – perhaps going into defense mode as the first line of defense isn’t always helpful….or necessary….Being in that state of Pure Love – perhaps it is truth that when in that state – purely – consistently – continually – nothing can harm us. Is this being naive or is this truth?
When dealing with psychic attack or etheric entity attachment, I find so many playing the war game.
I understand this perspective. I have been a fighter all my life since I started martial arts at the age of 5.
When I felt this system creating thoughts and emotions that were not mine for the first time, it lead me to immediately recognize this massive, pervasive system was rooted throughout the entire soul level of humanity, filtering down to directly infect our physical bodies.
Immediately I retaliated with brilliant frequencies of light, determination, force of will and a visceral, burning **NEED** to save humanity,to fight the dark forces.
I became the etheric ninja, tracking down nexus portals of the darkest repositories of concentrated Loosh energy and blowing everything up into light.
I was always on the attack, or defense.
I never had a moment’s rest, because I had so many echelons and agendas of negative etheric consciousness actively trying to neutralize my ignorant, yet massive threat level.
I became nothing more than a bright reflection of the war energies. Agression. Retaliation. Vigilance. Defense.
Holding onto this constant level of intense focus is impossible. We did not come here to recreate the dark systems in a pretty package that glitters with untold secrets, we came here for true transmutation of Dark to Light. Lead to Gold.
As I became overwhelmed, exhausted and hopeless and as more heavy, direct focus was brought to bear against my own reflection of extremely dense energies, the epiphany shocked my awareness with the brilliance of a thunder strike.
Exhausted and drained, I could no longer defend. They blew me out of the way so they could feast on all of the unprocessed trauma, ancestral programs of emotional conditioning, environmental programs and growing hatred for what I had been fighting.
I (as in my soul consciousness) was completely ignored as they frantically drove past me in a starving, desperate horde for food, or a recharge to their dwindling “battery” supply. As I observed longer, I realized I wasn’t even being ignored, but I was completely undetectable to them on a Soul level.
Suddenly it made sense. They need food, I was storing it in my fascia/muscle memory where I was physically holding on to those points of trauma and awful feeling emotions…and the question was formed. “What happens if I transmute that space into the opposite of how it feels? What if I make those spaces holding dark, nasty emotions into a space that resonates love and forgiveness?”
As I began to explore directing laughter and joy energy into these spaces, I was amazed to see not only the dark, heavy space in me becoming lighter, but it “slipped out of the grip” of everything feeding on that Loosh energy.
The more heavy/dark/dense energy I cleared in the area, the brighter I could make it. The more powerful the smiling laughter energy became until I had actual clear, powerfully intense feelings of joy in the body.
Then I was rising. All the pain, tension and horrible sensations flushed loose almost like sand draining from the body and I truly felt peace inside of the chaos.
From this point of peace, it was effortless to create the deep feelings of joy, love, forgiveness, empathy and compassion that these negatively oriented beings have never felt. Not ever, not even once.
As I freely offered these energies and emotions to the heart of these dark beings, they shifted into true light with me.
These powerful emotional frequencies undo and transmute energies born of fear. Just like light does to shadow. As the being feels empathy, love and joy for the first time, it can no longer sustain its dark, dense form and is transmuted to light consciousness.
We cannot fight these systems. We have to recognize our moment of action is always right here, right **NOW**. The secret is in the feeling that is powering your story. Does it feel good or does it not?
Is it the path of love, or is it not?
I dont care how bright you can make yourself, how much Chi you can run through your body. If you are not on the path of Love, you are not on the path of Ascension.
I hope this brings insight and a practical understanding of what to do if you find yourself in extremely dense energy or under psychic attack.
First, shift the perspective. You are not being attacked; instead, you are being shown right where dense energy is stuck in the form of trauma inside of you. Use this gift. Find where it hurts and love it until it relaxes and lets go.

Today’s Reflection ~ E X H A U S T I O N….and Finds
Whatever is going on “out there” is at a new level. Exhausted and out-of-sorts. And still feeling totally detached/cut-off from this place. It’s like my energy cannot “go out into” this realm now and find anything in which to attach to. Got the spiritual and food tool kit out and utilized. Oh so grateful for a warm bed, portable dvd player (which was made possible due to one of you beautiful people) and a collection of pure dvd’s for watching. The sun came out today – FINALLY – and stayed and from what I see, plans on warming our skies for the next few days. I soaked up the rays for as long as I could. Right now it’s clear, breezy and quite cold. Oh I hold in my heart as I always do NEW – for every one of us – so everyone is warm, safe, free and protected especially on these cold nights.
But that’s how evil works.
And that is what we are leaving behind as we A C T I V A T E by knowing our Truth and speaking it – sharing it – holding it – however we choose.
For now though – I sleep. Rest. Rebuild (again).

The heartbreak I’ve endured this last year over this issue is beyond any limits I ever knew I had. Thinking that the last time I hugged someone might actually be the last time…

The 13 Things That ‘Scare’ Highly Sensitive People the Most
Every. Single. One. V.

I had a friend once who did this. NON STOP. Even when I would say I had to go – she kept on talking. So eventually I just started hanging up and later saying we got disconnected. This one still grates on me to no end. Silence is where we find our Soul. I say that often in this house….
1. People who don’t stop talking
One of the scariest (and most overwhelming) things for an HSP is a person who doesn’t stop talking. Whew! As HSPs, we enjoy connecting deeply and having meaningful conversations. However, if we’re in a one-sided conversation where the other person is chatting away with no signs of stopping, we can begin to feel trapped, anxious, and completely overwhelmed. At least let us get a word in!
If I even hear someone yell – mostly it’s males yelling that throws me off – off in the distance – I startle….
(or watch me style my hair or put on make-up…..door gets closed and locked if that happens…as i say these days “i have a BIIIG space now”….)
9. Someone watching over your shoulder as you work
Does anyone else perform poorly when someone’s watching over your shoulder? Yeah, that’s definitely an HSP thing. I can be totally proficient at a task, but as soon as I know someone’s eyes are on me, I get nervous and make mistakes I’d never make otherwise. Do us a favor and don’t watch us perform tasks — it freaks us out.
(I love spontaneity – as long as I am the one being spontaneous or it’s something I align with – AND I have had enough sleep and food…)
10. A last-minute change in plans
Most sensitive types appreciate having extra time to prepare and plan ahead. We like to know what we can expect when walking into a situation. So, when there’s a last-minute change in plans, we can easily feel overwhelmed and thrown off. Spontaneity isn’t usually our middle name, and that’s okay.
Too many yuck memories being rushed. I never understood why I would get flustered. Now – I do.
11. Being rushed, which will only make you more flustered
Do not, I repeat, do not rush an HSP. If there’s one thing that causes a sensitive person to feel flustered, it’s someone barking at them that they’ve gotta leave in one minute! For most of us HSPs, we need extra time to transition from one activity to the next. Whenever possible, we thrive when we have time buffers so we’re able to ease into new situations without rushing.
Only if sudden and not wanted (for me)….
12. Loud, sudden noises
Whether it’s someone’s booming voice or the sound of sirens rushing by outside, a loud, sudden noise can cause an HSP to leap out of their seat. Again, with our finely tuned nervous systems, we simply react more strongly to stimuli in our environments. So loud noises can feel especially jarring for us.
(I sense when someone’s not being authentic with me – it makes my tummy feel tense….)
13. Inauthentic people
We HSPs have a knack for sensing if someone is genuine or not thanks to our keen intuition. Since we tend to be very genuine, sincere people ourselves, we can easily sniff out if someone is acting fake and inauthentic. Some people say that HSPs are almost like human lie detectors — we always seem to know when someone is being dishonest. So, when we get the feeling that someone isn’t being real with us, it can be a little scary!
10.28 ~ A Collection of Finds….
Still sleeping weird hours. Still waking up – wide awake – hungry and thirsty. And when I eventually roll outta bed for another day, I still think “is TODAY the day?!”
Ya’ll know the MY PILLOW company, right? We were watching this video on RSBN on how the company makes its pillows. The “grunt workers” were all masked up. Doesn’t that go against Mike’s values? Why are they all masked up? Just something to give me pause…..
Moving on….We have a lot of intense solar activity going on. Of course this isn’t happening to that fake object in the sky – but (likely) the real sun – and who knows where that is. All I know is the object in the sky is definitely not millions of miles away so anything that ejects from it would get here quickly. Wherever this is coming from – whatever is going on – something’s “in the air”….

If I had to answer phones for example I would forget where I was or the name of the business. I absolutely could not take a detailed message much less remember it and pass it on.

I am having a very difficult time with this one. I know of parents around here who will support this – and inject their precious babies with it. I already saw this earlier this week as we all have by now – and shared bits of it in the past day or two. THIS is what HAS to unite us. A quick internet search – and I see a piece by MSN – on the beagles. So far – nothing on the children. (Snopes of course is dismissing it saying that while orphans were experimented upon – it was to find a treatment for these children who had HIV. Uh isn’t that the f’ing definition of a LAB RAT??!! So I then decided to do some investigating and shared this in the comment section as well….. I searched and saw the moon set at 2:34pm today (27th) in the UK. Adam posted that 7 hours ago. I am going by west coast time in the states which is currently at 11:50pm. Take away 7 hours that is 4:50pm when he posted his experience w/this object. Convert to UK time – that is 12:50am. No way that was the moon he saw.
