The energy today was horrid. The weather here – horrid. The feeling of being controlled – oppressive. I can feel it all in my body. That “bubble of bliss” from yesterday – I realized today – when that frequency is here it acts as a protective bubble – at least for me. When I woke up this morning, I heard in my mind “alkalize your body more”. Now I have studied holistic health and healing for 30 years. I am very familiar with herbal remedies, essential oils, whole food supplements, etc. And I know the importance of alkalizing my body. However, I don’t do it as much as I know I should – especially this last year. Last night I read many people are really experiencing this issue now. The reasons vary, in my opinion. This lock-down has definitely contributed to this. Stress is worldwide more than ever. What do we do when we are isolated? Depressed? Anxious? We don’t exercise as much. We eat – usually sweets. Or we over-eat. All of this was by design of course. It’s really difficult when your basic needs for connection are going unmet. That inner need doesn’t just crawl in some hole and say “ok – no longer a need here”. It pokes and pokes – like the need for water when you are thirsty. I have been drinking lemon water daily….taking baking soda in water (always filtered – BIG BERKEY). Daily walks. Mix green salads with dinner each night. I always have a bowl of berries/grapes/citrus/melon/pineapple/sliced apples and whatever fruits I can find on the table every day. I want to get into sprouts again – I love them! (sugar is my weakness – sweets – and when I motivate myself to make my own, I make chocolate and cookies/sweets – sweetened with either organic raw honey, maple syrup and/or xylitol) All of this said – the biggest healer is Love. Connection. Purpose. Freedom.

The Schumann energies are still incoming – creating a continued sense of inner stillness and serenity. Such an opposite energy from the usual matrix jaggedness.
The dreams last night were interesting – a mix of guidance and wisdom with some of their little pokes thrown in. I feel these incoming energies showing up on the Schumann are assisting us in clearing away those attacks so many of us have been experiencing in recent days. Perhaps the reason why I have referred to these ongoing schumann blasts as “bubbles of bliss” is because they keep us in that nice bubble of what feels peaceful, quiet and protected.
I forgot to share a couple of experiences my mate and I had last night – at the same time. First one came late in the evening when suddenly I felt something come over me – back of my neck – down my arms. My head began to feel strange. As I spoke of it my mate said he was feeling the same. Mine disappeared before his did. Then later on – after reading James/ECETI’S latest where he mentioned the Syrians – we spoke of our own connection with Lions and this race of Beings. I first felt a connection several years ago in the shower where one of them flashed in my mind’s eye and it felt so soothing, so protective and so familiar. Powerful and loving. My mate has had similar. Anyway, last night as we spoke about them out-loud, we suddenly both got warm chills all over our bodies. The bumps on the arms…. and hair standing up. Today my mate had an experience around them that left him in tears – and as he was telling me – I had to leave the room to allow for my own sudden tears and strong emotion to enter and process. We have a connection with them. Many of us here do. I feel that is partly why the 17 peeps often speak of the Lion – the lion energy. It is something that aligns with Donald Trump – I feel that strongly in him. They are here – if not the main players on the outside helping us. I cannot wait for this reunion. It will be beautiful.

One of my favorite youtube channels – RAW Q Boswin – has created a beautiful tribute for Melania – whom we all miss – as much as we do Donald. I have always felt something about Melania – like she is not from here. Check out the photos in this one from her past as a young girl. I know we all change as we age – but you can usually still see the similarities. The girl known as the young Melania does not look like Melania today. Especially in the eyes – Melania has those amazing eyes. There is a lot about this “movie” experience here that is going to be quite amazing for us once all is fully seen.

It is a very ancient saying, “The closer you get to nirvana or enlightenment the more the demons rear their ugly heads. Just as we are playing whack a mole with the global elite and the deep state closing down their dumbs, deep underground military bases used in drug, child trafficking and a haven for negative ETs. The darker unseen negative influences are playing whack a mole with those awakening, light workers and white hats. With many defending against and removing these entities is way above their paygrade. There has been serious backlash.
First you have to be aware of them, second one needs the tools to shield and remove them. Third and most important these are power tools, you have to plug them in. There are different tools for different jobs, sometimes you have to pull out the big wrenches. A 17 foot tall Sirian 7D Lion being usually does the trick. If you have not befriended these beings best to use one of the known Masters. It has come to our attention lately that many in the awakening and healing field are experiencing some very heavy attacks. Lots of illness, accidents, loss of energy, doubt, becoming ungrounded and overrun by baser emotions. These entities are coming through friends, family and lovers causing division, disruption and hijacking one’s soul purpose or mission. This can also be referred to as end time madness.
The cleanup of these darker forces in 3d and 4d has unleashed some real demons, reptillians, negative greys, astral beings etc. We need to create sacred space, stay centered, learn to clear unseen negative entities for ourselves, family and friends. Especially the light workers on the front lines. This includes the military involved in these cleanups and rescues. One can only imagine what they have seen and how it is impacting them.
We can call on known Masters, Saints and Sages. The Spiritually and Technologically Advanced Off Worlders many of which have dealt with this before, it’s not their first rodeo. The planetary liberation is in full swing. Let’s all do our part. Below is the clearing prayer and technique we use. Clear yourself, your family and friends. Clear the light workers, those on the front lines. Clear the citizen journalists, the white hats, everyone fighting for freedom. CLEARING TECHNIQUE
Healing is a must for all those who desire to operate in other realms of consciousness. You must have self authority and maintain control. If you are experiencing negative vibrations, they are either thought forms, limiting mental concepts, psychic bonds or discarnate entities (lost souls) in need of healing. They are bound to the earth vibration due to lower vibration attitudes and emotions. Some are coercive and desire to manipulate and control. Love heals. Casting out only sends them to another place, another person. In all healing, remember that God is love. It is the power of love that heals and lifts.
STEPS TO CLEAR THE ENERGY
1. Close your aura by visualizing a white or gold light around you.
2. Call upon your chosen cultural representative of God, be it Jesus, Buddha, Babaji, Mary, Mohammed, White Eagle or another one of the Beautiful Many Christed Ones.
3. Tell the entities they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened.
4. Tell them they are healed and surrounded with the Christ light and the Christ love.
5. Ask your chosen representative to take them to their perfect place.
6. Ask that all negative thought forms and limiting mental concepts be dissolved and lifted in the light of truth.
7. Ask that all psychic bonds be severed, and close their auras to all but spirit of the highest vibration.
Repeat this process until you feel clear. There may be more than one healing to do. Remember your word is very powerful, and what is spoken on their level manifests instantly. Many enlightened ones use this process before opening.
It creates a clear and safe environment, and it also lifts the one who is doing the healing. Intent is nine-tenths of the law. If you intend to serve and heal, you will draw to you entities of like mind. If you intend to coerce or manipulate, again you will draw entities of like mind. It is the law of attraction.
At times, discarnate spirits will come to your light like a moth to a flame. Do not judge yourself, simply heal them. They are the ones in trouble, not you. They are seeking your help.
I have actually always liked this symbol. Watch someone come in and say “it’s evil!” Well ANYTHING can be evil just as anything can be Divine – my feel is ALL symbols were divine and used for good and got used against us. So I try and watch when I find myself saying “oooh that is evil”. I tune in – reflect – and change the energy of it by giving the symbol, word, etc. LOVE.
