A New Gaia Portal (February 17th, 2017) | An Energy Update By Henda

January has been a very intense month to begin the new year. We had at least 4 waves of energy that came on earth from higher dimensions, upgrading us on a multidimensional level from the physical (DNA upgrading transmission frequencies) to the energetic body, increasing our crystalline bodies with new light codes and information from very high knowledge as the Sacred Geometry which have been very accurate in different areas of our creation (artistic amongst all).

So here is the message I received during the second wave which came on February 17, 2017. Which is an increase of the energy which came the last year at the same date. This year we will be receiving these waves in connection and relation with what have been during the last year and many will see that synchronicity taking really shape on a cosmic level. The worlds are now superposed like different circles one beside the other in an infinite way. Pay attention to this chain.

« A new portal has opened now for the benefit of all.

The Earth has been receiving new light codes coming from so far and from higher densities and dimensions.
We are preparing the 6th Dimensional Earth, grounding in the 5th.
The last days have been challenging for many of you, many have been experiencing fatigue, local pains in the physical body as the Earth is also adjusting its frequency while new waves, little waves of this latest one have been working on the New Earth, the New You.

You probably have been feeling being cut of the ancient life you have been dealing with for so long
You have been probably feeling the energetic levels of this wave in your hands and all your bodies.
Some may also have been feeling that energy in their bodies circling as lava circles in a volcano

That has been and still is what many light workers are feeling now.

On the 17.1.17 ( which is also 111/ 77) is the date where all the last synchronicities took part of the new stream and many energy explosions were felt in your bodies: heat amongst all, that feeling of a big wave of lava spreading in you, and you have to adjust and Be with it.

Main Differences Between The Indigos and Blue Rays – Are You One?

The Indigos and Blue Rays come from different lineages.

One of the main differences between the Indigos and Blue Rays that I will mention here is that the Indigos are mainly either still children or young adults at this time, they can be very outspoken and tend to go against the grain of main society and have always felt like outcasts. They are unwilling to conform to societies standards if it isn’t congruent with the way they believe things should be done. While they may attempt to go with the flow, they cannot suppress how against the “system” they really are, and simply cannot and will not accept things that do not make sense to them. Indigo’s are very perceptive, intuitive, and outspoken. They have a keen awareness and don’t understand why others don’t see what is so obvious to them. It’s actually insulting and beyond frustrating to the Indigo’s to have those in a position of authority try to manipulate or control them!

The Blue Ray’s on the other hand are older than the Indigo’s. They too have felt like outcasts all of their lives. They grew up in a world that was not highly evolved spiritually. They had to conform to societies standards and suppress their true nature. They grew up experiencing a sense of isolation and feeling different than others while those of like mind were few and far between to relate to. Blue Rays have felt powerless, timid, and vulnerable most of their lives. Only in recent years have they begun to own their power and realize their self worth. They have a tendency to suffer from low self-esteem and lack self-confidence. The Blue Rays believed they weren’t good enough and quietly lived their lives without speaking up or making waves because they didn’t believe they had much to offer or think it would make much of a difference due to being oppressed for so long they just believed what they were told.

Language of Love Meditation ~ Recreating Balance

This following meditation was created to assist us in re-connecting fully with our sexual energy and its true nature.
Please read all the instructions until the end before starting it :
1. Find a place where you can be alone and un-interrupted, where you can feel safe and in your own energy, for at least 10 minutes, and settle comfortably.
2. Observe all the movements of energy, all the impulses that are happening in your body. See the original, raw, true nature of all these impulses, see that it is always simply wanting Love, wanting to give and to receive Love, on all levels. See the sexual nature of these impulses : the desire to experience true Love with all your being, physically and non-physically. See this in your whole being : in your guts, in your heart, in your brain, in your sexual organs, in all your chakras, in each of your cells in your whole being.
Allow all of these raw, original, un-processed impulses from Source to express freely and fully within you, to flow freely where they are meant to, anywhere inside of your body.
Take your time to do this.
You can use this music to do this meditation if you wish. The title and inspiration of the song is Rasa Lila, which means the Language, the Dance of Love, between Shakti and Shiva, the pure divine feminine and divine masculine energies.

Allowing: Becoming The Field

This is a message to my fellow empaths and lightworkers. I’ve stumbled onto something you may find helpful. A way of working with the Self to bring about your Truth.

I’ll start by stating it simply: We are not our behaviors, patterns or emotions. We are the field in which they exist.

To really understand the significance of that statement, a story is in order.

Now, I have heard this from various teachers over the years. I even understood it on an intellectual level. However, thinking something and knowing something are two different things.

Like many of you, I’ve been experiencing a very intense past couple years. All sorts of emotions and deep patterns have been coming up for processing and healing. I’ve been diligently working through issue after issue. On a deep level, I’ve understood I am working through all this to arrive at a new state of being. I refer to it as Unity Consciousness, Christ Consciousness or Buddha Consciousness.

Over the past few years, my main life focus has been working through and transmuting old patterns which do not serve me anymore. Boy have there been a lot. I look back at my writings and am amazed at how far I have come. I was creating “healing cycles,” where I would dive into a new issue, explore and heal the emotions behind it, and eventually (could be days, weeks or months later) shift the pattern to a new understanding or release it entirely. In each healing phase, I would be pulled deeply into the pattern to explore it emotionally and learn to love that aspect of my self. I’ve certainly found unconditional love to be the most powerful healing tool at my disposal.

During the shifts, there were times where it felt like my consciousness would expand. I could feel that I was more than just this body. I even spent some time in what I believe to be the start of Unity Consciousness – an expanded sense of Self, powered by pure love and a deep connection to all that is. Each time I’ve reached that state, I eventually got pulled back into ego consciousness by lingering patterns coming up for healing.

The most recent has been a doozy. A ‘complex.’ Perhaps the deepest pattern I’ve faced yet. It is connected to my ‘core’ issue – the fear of abandonment. Long story short, my ego has been creating a drama where it needs to worry about things I cannot control. It has created an insane amount of anxiety over the years. And I’ve decided to let it go.

A complex is like a bunch of individual strings (patterns) which get tangled together in a giant mind knot. The patterns trigger other patterns and are all interrelated. So I’ve been exploring this complex one string at a time. Healing and feeling the underlying emotions.

As I worked through one issue, it would bring me back to another I had already addressed. And the emotion would be back on that old issue… and this kept on happening. I felt like I was in a maze… and then I realized I actually was in a maze. Some people call it the ‘matrix.’ It was a maze of the ego mind. A constant identification with my patterns. “Why can’t I shift this? Why can’t I seem to heal this?” So I began exploring the maze.

I realized, the maze was safe. With all it’s negative emotions and anxiety, in the little bubble of my maze, my ego felt safe. When I really began to explore it, it felt like a little burrow… a dark, dirty little hole where I could hide from predators. Like I was a mouse, hiding. Outside this little burrow was a tremendous light. The ego self found that light overwhelming and preferred to stay in it’s burrow. I couldn’t break out of this maze… this burrow… no matter what I did. The ego mind could not heal the ego mind.

Incoming Energies Packing A Punch, Friends

About 4-5 hours ago, I was hit with extreme fatigue and nausea.  Within about 20 minutes or so, I sat down on the couch and promptly fell asleep. Deeply.  For about 15 minutes.  The demands of mamahood then took over as my child needed to take a bath before bed.  If she had not been here, who knows how long I would have slept.

You do the best you can when these energy frequencies come in.

One thing I have noticed is how quickly things are coming back to me, especially when it comes to my energies I put out.  It is easier to multiply those energies as well, hence the reason why many others in the Ascension community are telling us to be very grounded right now for what we put out is coming back to us quickly.  Today was no exception.

Both my child and I were frustrated – suddenly – at the same time.  Hers grew as did mine.  I took a timeout, stood in the sunshine and breathed.  I knew I had to get us on a walk and around some trees.  She was not crazy about this idea, instead wanting to go to the park.  Nope, I insisted we needed to ground around some nature.  On the walk, she lagged behind, upset she wasn’t getting her way.  Her frustration was only growing as was mine.  So I breathed deeply as we continued on our way.

By the time we got to the Special Tree, my child wasn’t talking with me and I was about ready to scream.  Instead, I walk over to my Tree and leaned into her.  “Help me,” I said silently.

My beautiful Tree friend sent me her energy.  I could hear the term “grounding you” and suddenly in my mind’s eye, I saw the infinity symbol, the mobius loop and I could feel that energy go through my legs and into the Earth.  It was brown with numerous flecks of gold.  I stayed there for a time, knowing the Tree was helping me as I had been too frustrated (in spite of efforts on my part to reduce that trend) to do so myself.  Hence the advice of Lightworkers and Ascension folks to get out in nature and ground.  Nature is a great source of assistance for this exercise.

After a few more moments, I felt my body relax.  I released some tears, thanked the Tree and its Spirit.  My child played around it, touched it some and we then left, holding hands and singing.

A completely different internal (and thus external) experience than we had both felt just minutes ago.

So as you can see, what we put out – even if it’s just a small amount – starts to grow onto itself much quicker these days.  Many of us are familiar with the recent internet chatter about how Source removed free will. However, many of us know this was not to be taken literally.  My take on it is that with incoming energies and frequencies, altering our DNA, allowing us to and Gaia to vibrate at higher and higher frequencies, means that lower energies of anger and control and rage and abuse and all things harmful will not be able to exist long in these higher frequencies.  The two simply clash so these energies literally “bounce back” to the one putting them out – quickly.  It’s as though Gaia feels these energies and says “NO” and sends them back to the sender.  In the world of science, that is called “reverberation”.

Make sense?

Sending out feelings of Love and Joy and I am finding out that these are easier to experience.  Certainly, for myself, it is easier to get into these states. Easier to transition into them if I am in lower level states of Being.

We are being rewired, so to speak, like Neo in the matrix.  And as we undergo this process, we need to continue to treat ourselves like a newborn.  Lots of rest.  Extra sleep.  Sleep on command if need be.  Follow our bodies in terms of what it needs.  Hang out with a tree.  Hug it.  Purge old wounds.  Listen to music that centers you.  Drink extra water.  Food cravings – again, listen to the body.  I had an immense craving for spinach last week.  This week?  Bananas, salt and nuts.

Just Love yourself.

Love, love, love yourself.

Reclaim that Divinity.

And know that All Is Well.

Ultra-Sonic Frequencies Pierce The Veils of Amnesia Huge

Editor’s note:  When I got online earlier this evening, I began noticing people saying “3 hours ago I got hit hard”.  I looked at my clock and confirmed – I had had the same experience at around that same time. I suddenly felt nauseous and absolutely had to lay down where I immediately fell asleep for about 15 minutes.  Hit me hard and fast.

We’ve gone Ultra-Sonic the last hour (I wasn’t paying attention until now). These “do” lots.

The constant re-gridding/re-calibration processes of our physical body is knocking many for a loop. I am observing many “victims to ascension” mentalities, which creates resistance and suffering on-top of the already immense upgrades that are occurring. You can intentionally be a victim without being a victim. Clear signs are moaning & groaning, complaining, whining…. these are mindsets leaving the body and the sound is called “tuning”. (It’s just one of a gazillion ways we tune). We can consciously moan and groan, without actually believing we are a victim. BE aware, be present and listen to yourself/your own mindsets. Not one of us are victims here. Everyone of us, as souls, chose this. Being a victim just creates misery for the one going through it (and everyone around them subjected to this too).

Here we do not cater to victim mentalities. That was the old way of doing things. Here we hold everyone accountable and require that each be conscious of their own selves. We push each other beyond the victim and back into our higher self empowered aspects again.

Ultra Sonic: These are powerful and strong. These “hurt” as they run through the body, tuning all faster than the human body is ready for. Nausea, gas, expanding bodies, brain, eyes, ears, head, spine, bones (plasma and crystals for bones/muscles/teeth/pineal) are the most intense.

From an enlightened perspective Trump is the right man for the job and has the backing of the Higher Dimensionals, Angelic and Ascended Masters. If people had mastered their own personal God connection there would be no marches especially those inciting violence. Now that I have gotten your attention – probably pissed off quite a few – take a deep breath, suspend your egos with all their programming and misinformation, wounds and traumas being acted out vicariously and listen.

Did you take that deep breath? Now take about three more.

This is not about “what abouts”. Most of the “what about this and that” are part of a grand psyops program carried out by the DNC, CIA funded by George Soros and others in the elite. It is the classic divide and conquer, order through chaos and the chaos we are now experiencing is by design. We don’t need a Gandhi right now we need a warrior. The Gandhi will come later after the clean up.

There is a transdimensional war going on far beyond most people’s ability to perceive. There are unseen negative influences; which are the masterminds behind the political puppets. It is a multilevel swamp; which definitely needs to be drained. The ones screaming the loudest in the political arena are the ones that are guilty of heinous crimes against humanity. One of their tactics is to accuse others of what they themselves are doing. They use the agencies, the press, and sponsor various political groups to do their bidding. This includes the talking heads in the lame stream fake news media owned and controlled by the very same dark forces seen and unseen.

Trump is taking something on so dark, so deceitful, moving into the levels of demonic that most people would cower in disbelief if it were to reveal itself.
