We had a sudden and huge ‘ole thunder/lightning storm a couple of hours ago. The thunder was the loudest I have ever heard – it literally sounded like the sky was going to split open. So intense it was, the power went out for several seconds before turning back on. Seeing others had some intense lightning/thunderstorms today too.

Per having been an engineer in the navy I know that all modern ships today have hydraulic and manual steering systems. If for some reason they lose steering on the bridge then the rudder can be operated manually in the rear of the ship. I know this since I used to go to the aft steering room and hide out sometimes. I watched the video and saw the explosions when the bridge frames went down and have to agree with some others that the flashes you see are the power cables for the bridges lights snapping. I’ve heard a few things as to why the ship veered out of the shipping lane and most evidence from what I know from being in the navy and familiar with how ships are moved in and out of port is that there was some other reason for the ship hitting the bridge. It’s unfortunate some workers on the bridge lost their lives but due to the ship supposedly sending out a mayday they lost power,many more lives were saved when the bridge was shut down.

There is so much discussion and puzzle piecing on the bridge collapse. I see the 4 BOOMS (explosions). I still sense it was WH controlled (17 said not all would be clean). Happened at 1am so very little traffic (wouldn’t “they” want the max loss for loosh?). Will those cargo containers have to be inspected? (if the dream i had this morning was prophetic, then yes). My sense – we have reached the flood stage so determining whether it’s distraction will be more difficult. Looks like prince harry (or whoever he is) was involved with diddly do da. And Julian? He has 3 more weeks in the UK, whose higher court gave the states 3 weeks to prove he would receive a fair trial. About 1 week after the Eeeeeclipse.

I’ve been having a raven and his mate visit me now and then the last few months. Last week, I realized I hadn’t seen him in a few weeks so I put out the thought that it would be nice to see him again if he wanted to visit. The next day, he was back and has been here every day since – today it has been three times so far (it is normally just a one-time visit).
So talking with Sister D on the phone today, I was telling her about the raven and his mate. Just as I said that she says “guess what just flew over my head?”
First my gratitude for those who have purchased beautiful items for my girl. It makes me happy to see HER happy and it adds energy to what I tell her: there are always good people out there who will show up. ALWAYS. Thank you for being that good person who showed up. 🥰🙏
I continue to see people tell those who are in need – food, money, resources – how to pray and how to live in abundance. Yet – none that I see actually walk the Jesus talk. So I said this:
Hey all of you bible believing jesus worshipping people who like to tell us to pray or how to live in abundance: how about instead of telling those in need what to do you actually offer up a little bit of what they need? You know – like what Jesus would do?
This unasked for advice is old and tiring and is not. the. answer. to the family who has bare shelves and lonely refrigerators. To the single mom who is so sick she can hardly get off the floor some days because her insurance doesn’t cover the medical treatment she needs. To the people in dangerous or scary areas/living situations needing out but are unable to due to finances. As I say – many people working together with just a little bit can move that big mountain in someone’s life. Â
Come on. We can do different. Thank you to all of you I know who are that version of “different”. I see you – I thank you.

ok so apparently this happened (this is the first and last time i will share something like this – but really – it really has to go to this level? really?!)
I’ll tell you what this is. This is about giving those of us who DO see/feel/sense/smell etc. “them” and slapping on a mental health label. Earlier today I was reflecting on mental health issues – if the “invisible enemy” is in the physical diseases of the body, why not the mental issues too? Issues like schizophrenia have been treated successfully by people in Africa – for they see it as a spiritual issue (attachment). We don’t need western drugs for what ails us. RELEASE THE REAL CURES – or better yet – turn off the dayem frequency that enables them to be with us.
Grandpa Don’s son has battled schizophrenia since his late teen years. He is a very sensitive, gentle Soul. He draws (or at least used to – last time we saw him) images of horrific little alien like creatures. Demons is the best word. Once we saw them I immediately knew he was drawing what he sees in his mind (the voices that speak to him). I’m telling you, the invisible enemy finds ways to attach to humans here – often during childhood – and usually if not always the child or young adult is sensitive, open and thus easy prey for “them”. Also feel this mostly happens during a trauma (open doorway when defenses are down).

As someone who has spent nearly 30 years, off and on, on healing my mind and body, I have come to see how complex and tedious it is to truly heal. At least here. Earlier today I was engaged in a conversation with someone who was talking about the power of the mind – how no one makes us feel something emotionally – only if we allow that experience.
I’ve never really aligned with that concept – and when I step back and reflect – I don’t see the point of it. Not that our minds aren’t powerful – they are of course – but that in this imperfect world with so many things to cause us distress and to throw us off balance – such a statement misses out on – dismisses – all of the nuances here.
The example being used was the soldier rescuing children – they feel that trauma to the body upon seeing and rescuing – and yet they are trained – diligently – to endure that in order TO complete the mission. However, like many other veterans of war, once the mission is complete, have that soldier pay a visit to their body, check in with their nervous system and there will likely be stored emotion/trauma there. We see this frequently. That soldier is trained like a computer – but they still have the same nervous system as every other human.
As one who has attempted to heal from trauma, I am finally seeing certain things are necessary to do so. One, an environment of safety. The body/nervous system has to trust those around them to effectively and fully heal. Also needed is someone skilled at trauma and how it is experienced in the body. Mind/Body connection is huge – and what I have learned is the body plays a far bigger role in healing. You can’t just focus on the mind – on the cognitive. The body has to be included because it is in the body where the energies of the trauma reside. The brain holds the memory. But the body is what holds those stored emotions. I recently saw something happen to me. For a couple of months or so I was engaged in writing down those things I not only wanted to create but those things I wanted to feel. I could feel this energy building up and my mind was getting more excited each day. However, something happened and I hit a wall. My body basically said “hey wait up!”
It’s also important to not rush the process of healing. The body moves more slowly than the mind. So you may tell yourself things like “I am healed”, etc. – but the body is going to say “uh, ok, we can get there, together, but please don’t look away from what I am feeling right now – don’t ignore me – help me by working with me.”
Meet the body where it is. Just like ANY form of real connecting, magic happens, healing happens, when all forms of life meet up at the same place. I am learning to hold space for my body – just like I hold space for my child or for a friend who is struggling. Telling them positive intentions only goes so far. Holding space allows them to feel and be how they need to be. And it also creates an environment of safety – feeling safe – which as I said above – is imperative for healing.
Are we humans with a soul or a soul in a human vessel? (or spirit or over-soul and the plethora of labels we use to define us) I ask: Does it really matter? When it comes to healing, no. It’s ALL important. Every part of us matters and is involved in healing.
Animals in the wild have a far more basic system. They lack the frontal cortex. Therefore, when the trauma happens, they don’t stop to question or figure out. They just “do”. It’s like their bodies are designed to naturally process the trauma. Once the process is complete, they go about their experience. Not that they forget the event – but that the sensations experienced as a result of the trauma are processed out. We humans are more complex.
I sigh. I wish I had known this 30 years ago. Even 20. I’ve spent years in talk therapy – talking about those events – then replacing the original thought with something new. This. has. not. worked.
I’m also wondering something to add in to all of this: the importance of having others involved in sending the necessary pure energies/thoughts to help heal. I remember watching a video put out by Gregg Braden. Japanese Doctors were healing patient’s tumors with their intentions. You could see the tumors shrinking quickly. I thought about that today and realized this was likely effective – and quickly – because the doctors don’t hold the same thoughts about the person as the person him/herself. What I am saying is that we all have a plethora of thoughts, obviously, and many of those are not supportive to healing. Most of us have at least one negative thought about ourselves. Common ones are I’m not worthy, I don’t deserve, I am incapable, I can’t, etc. But do I hold those thoughts about you? No. I may judge someone/others at times, but I don’t hold onto those thoughts. It’s as though the way these bodies are designed, they are designed so that negative thoughts we hold about ourselves stick. (I have my own perspective on that one after reflecting on it for awhile – the hijackers – those who turned off/changed our original DNA Code – knew exactly what they were doing.) So – it is easier to hold healing thoughts for another because I/we don’t have to wade through the years or decades of negatively held thoughts like we do when we attempt to heal ourselves.
That is why no one heals in a bubble. We need others to help. Not because we are weak – but because of how it is here and how we are in it.
And because maybe we really do need each other far more than our ego and mind sometimes allow us to think.
I’m stuttering today – I’m so overwhelmed. Lifelong rage coming to surface – again. I wrote a piece on my buy me a coffee site – feel free to read (and buy a coffee if you feel so inclined). I’ve noticed I’m making more typos than usual. Anyone else? Seeing others have also reached a new zenith of things like overwhelm, exhaustion. The collective squeeze – bringing up all that needs to be seen. I intend we all release and heal whatever needs attention and love.
I am seeing it’s hard to promote myself. Several groups I belong to – no self-promotion – which is ridiculous considering a couple of the groups are those on the healing journey and seeking to increase their income as part of that journey. Unless you pay someone money, self-promotion can be a lonely, frustrating journey at times. Other times – it’s a nice flow of abundance. Today I feel I tapped. It’s like how. much. longer. until. that. magical. moment?
For now, having more moments that are very present – very strong – wanting to rub it in the face of those in my life who have told me I am a loser, I’m lazy, don’t try enough. Who have told me my ideas will “never happen”. Who have laughed at me, abandoned me, mocked me all while I too often stood silent, afraid, shaking inside: JUDGMENT DAY IS HERE. Eat. Crow.
And walk away like a Boss.
Ok. So that is a vent I hesitate to share but figure so many of you have shown appreciation for my authentic purging – and figure I am not alone with that emotional state – which is coming from the anger originating from the pain of disappointment. Too trusting. Too many times of “giving just another chance” while dismissing my inner voice. That last part – biggest piece.
Working on the judgment thing – which of course comes back to my own self judgment. Remembering to love myself. Allowing. That’s what this is about – returning to Love. That is taking near constant discipline.
Individual and collective journey. Bright points of light all on a path of remembering, purging – sometimes that Light is dim and covered up with emotions of doneness fedupness, etc. But always there no matter the emotional state of our humanness. Please continue to hold Murry in your prayers. He’s healing well, preparing for the final procedure. And thank you to those of you who have bought gifts for my girl from her wish list. That alone has meant a lot this week and has given her the chance to see that there are very good people out there. 💖
