Some visuals for the mind and body. I wanted to share a technique too if you are one who has a hard time crying. Crying is what I think of as the emotional bodies detox system. Crying totally resets your physiological state. And yet for some, you simply cannot cry. You WANT to – you feel the lump in the throat, the pressure behind the eyes, even sometimes the tears are there but the process stops. You’ve tried watching sad movies, etc. but nothing works. This is usually an indication that your nervous system has been programmed to feel crying isn’t safe. I had not thought of this before until I read about it several days ago. Here’s a technique you can use to help teach your NS that you can feel and be safe when crying. Use it when you feel the need to cry but cannot. Simply place your hands gently over your closed eyes. Feel the warmth and sensation of your hands. This gives your NS the message that your eyes and the tears needing to fall are safe, protected. Sit with this for a bit, breathing slowly and deeply. No forcing. Just let yourself Be. Sometimes this is enough to get the tears flowing. If not, that’s ok – baby steps. What’s interesting to learn is that this same “blockage” applies to yawning, sneezing or laughing until you’re breathless. The Nervous System dysregulation that has learned to maintain control instead of allowing our bodies natural releases. Pretty amazing, isn’t it?

Altitude: 35,000–40,000 feet over international waters, far from any national airspace issues.
Precedent: This mirrors his recent U.S. trips, including a February 2025 Washington visit and the September 2025 New York flight.
Risk Mitigation: File a flight plan with U.S. and Israeli approvals only; avoid overflying other ICC states (e.g., France, UK) by sticking to oceanic routes. The U.S. (non-ICC member) guarantees safe passage and landing.
