These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
The NVICPÂ was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.
Drug manufacturers in the vaccine market can now create as many new vaccines as they desire, with no risk of being sued if their product causes injury or death.
This has resulted in a huge increase of vaccines entering the market, and the U.S. government, through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), is the largest purchaser of these vaccines, spending in excess of $5 billion taxpayer dollars each year to purchase these vaccines.
The CDC’s annual budget of $5 BILLION to purchase vaccines from pharmaceutical companies with American taxpayer funds, and the NVICP law which gives legal immunity to the pharmaceutical industry for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, are facts that are routinely censored and withheld from the public in the corporate-sponsored “mainstream†media, as well as in government legislative hearings that seek to mandate vaccines by force.
If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must sue the federal government and go up against their attorneys in this special vaccine court.
Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached, as can be seen from the report below. One flu shot victim litigated for 7 years before reaching a settlement, and one Gardasil HPV vaccine victim litigated for over 5 years before reaching a settlement, for example.
Another Gardasil HPV vaccine victim who suffered cardiac arrest and death, took over 3 years to settle.
As far as we know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these DOJ reports on vaccine injuries and deaths each quarter. Past reports can be found here.
The March 8, 2019 report states that 307 petitions were filed during the 3-month time period between 11/16/18 – 2/15/19, with 153 cases being adjudicated and 125 cases compensated.
The DOJ report only lists 83 of these settlements for vaccine injuries and deaths.
The total amount of damages paid out by the U.S. Government so far in 2019 for vaccine injuries and deaths is over $110 MILLION. (Source.)
Mandatory Flu Shots on the Way?
67 of the 83 vaccine injury cases listed in this report were for the flu shot.
Currently, state legislatures across the country, as well as federal Congressional hearings the past two weeks, have considered mandating vaccines for childhood diseases based on a measles “outbreak†of about 130 people in 10 states over a several month period.
Only one person in the U.S. has died from the measles in the past 12 years, while the The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) lists hundreds of reported deaths due to the measles vaccine. See:
Since the CDC claims that tens of thousands of people die each year from the flu (although those claims are estimates, and not based on facts – see: Did 80,000 People Really Die from the Flu Last Year? Inflating Flu Death Estimates to Sell Flu Shots), is the next step in legislative mandatory vaccine efforts going to be mandating the flu vaccine for every American all in the name of “the greater good?â€

Former CIA director and now Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has long accused WikiLeaks of being a “non-state hostile intelligence agencyâ€, usually manipulated by Russia. Since Pompeo first made this claim as CIA Director in April 2017, countless major US news sources from NPR to CNN to the Washington Post have uncritically repeated the line, smearing Julian Assange and WikiLeaks as “Russian agents,” and more broadly using the narrative to stifle independent journalism and government whistleblowers.
But whether Pompeo or any other current or former CIA director makes such a bombastic claim without offering evidence — such as more recently asserting that China and Russia have “helped destroy” Venezuela through faltering investments, should anyone ever believe a high CIA official? Certainly the mainstream media routinely takes intelligence officials simply at their word, but Pompeo himself recently admitted the CIA is in the business of lying, cheating, and stealing.

Last week Mike Pompeo spoke at Texas A&M University, itself long known for being a favored recruiting ground of the CIA, considering too that one of the university’s last presidents, Robert Gates, was CIA chief and later served as Bush and Obama’s Secretary of Defense.
During the Q&A session, Pompeo boasted that in the CIA both the training and culture are geared toward the following:
“We lied, we cheated, we stole.”
……The former CIA chief and now Secretary of State said the following:
“What’s the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do. I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole. Though some level of deception might be expected of spies placed in foreign settings to commit espionage, it’s interesting that Pompeo framed it in terms “the glory of the American experiment” — as if the CIA and government officials treat lying as a great American past time.

Â i felt “not of here not of me not of anywhere”………so yes zonked is a good word KP…….i also felt the agitation and ongoing need for quiet (a friend texted today saying she felt the same)……..i also felt the energy of sacrifice……..i really dislike these holidays the elites manipulated for their sickness – i feel tense until they are over then feel i can breathe again…..i so wish the masses would stop participating……..or celebrate on different days than the assigned date…..i had an idea today – on the 17th of each month we do our own reflection and celebrating as we honor Quantum Day…….that is about the only “holiday” i can stomach any more….

This has been occurring part of yesterday, and ALL of today… and by that I mean, ALL of today. Holy crap!
I’ve been unwilling, unable, to really do anything, and it has felt very “flatteningâ€. I’ve wanted to BE flat all day.
Do I know what’s going on? No. Do I “care†what’s going on. No. Am I willing to “go with the flow†of what’s going on? Yes.
All I can say here is that no doubt much exposure, clearing, transformation, is going on in the external, and the internal. Personally, I am going through this, on many levels. Some of these I am aware of, some I’m quite sure I am not. But I’m just allowing it to flow.
I had a dream recently (which I recall a part of) that had something to do with, and about, the Notre Dame cathedral burning. No matter what caused the burning, I feel it represents a step by step destroying of the old paradigm of “religion prisonsâ€â€¦ paradigm that says, “spiritual growth and Ascension (going to ‘Heaven’) requires going into prisonâ€â€¦ a religion prison. The dream I was presented with had some very dark rooms, very dark beings, that were upset that I could now seethem. They wanted to keep things “darkâ€. My coming in to their realm was bringing in Light, and they were scurrying about trying to stay in the shadows.
Yes, and I’m aware that dreams can also reflect a personal component, which is true for myself (sorry, folks, I’m aware there are still items within that are asking for release, and, just like many other “inner items exposure†things that have occurred with me over the past few years, they are still coming up, and I am giving consent for those things to BE released, dissolved, whatever).
However, I’m convinced that the dream was pointing out a planetary component (maybe even a cosmic one), which is likely a reflection of what is occurring in the “religion complex†of the planet… particularly the “hidden Luciferian-religion complexâ€. Of course, this encompasses so much more than what’s visible, and includes churches, institutions, Hollywood, corporations, human trafficking, etc., etc., etc.
Wow, that’s a lot. A lot more than just me “bitching and moaning†about feeling “flattened†and “zonked off my you-know-whatâ€!
So I suggest we all keep pressing on, while honoring the body-mind-Spirit processes that are going on with each of us.
