A grand jury in New York has subpoenaed records from at least two prominent makers of smartphones and other devices, according to two people who were familiar with the requests and who insisted on anonymity to discuss confidential legal matters. The capital letters add up to 140, value for BORDERS OF GOLD. With these clues and the highlighted lines, we extract the decoded message. Read very carefully.

Defendants include CEOs, actresses, university athletic coaches, and college exam administrators
BOSTON – Dozens of individuals involved in a nationwide conspiracy that facilitated cheating on college entrance exams and the admission of students to elite universities as purported athletic recruits were arrested by federal agents in multiple states this morning and charged in federal court in Boston. Athletic coaches from Yale, Stanford, USC, Wake Forest and Georgetown, among others, are implicated, as well as parents and exam administrators.
William “Rick” Singer, 58, of Newport Beach, Calif., was charged with racketeering conspiracy, money laundering conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Singer owned and operated the Edge College & Career Network LLC (“The Key”) – a for-profit college counseling and preparation business – and served as the CEO of the Key Worldwide Foundation (KWF) – a non-profit corporation that he established as a purported charity.
Between approximately 2011 and February 2019, Singer allegedly conspired with dozens of parents, athletic coaches, a university athletics administrator, and others, to use bribery and other forms of fraud to secure the admission of students to colleges and universities including Yale University, Georgetown University, Stanford University, the University of Southern California, and Wake Forest University, among others. Also charged for their involvement in the scheme are 33 parents and 13 coaches and associates of Singer’s businesses, including two SAT and ACT test administrators.
Also charged is John Vandemoer, the head sailing coach at Stanford University, Rudolph “Rudy” Meredith, the former head soccer coach at Yale University, and Mark Riddell, a counselor at a private school in Bradenton, Fla.
The conspiracy involved 1) bribing SAT and ACT exam administrators to allow a test taker, typically Riddell, to secretly take college entrance exams in place of students or to correct the students’ answers after they had taken the exam; 2) bribing university athletic coaches and administrators—including coaches at Yale, Stanford, Georgetown, the University of Southern California, and the University of Texas—to facilitate the admission of students to elite universities under the guise of being recruited as athletes; and (3) using the façade of Singer’s charitable organization to conceal the nature and source of the bribes.
College Entrance Exam Cheating Scheme
According to the charging documents, Singer facilitated cheating on the SAT and ACT exams for his clients by instructing them to seek extended time for their children on college entrance exams, which included having the children purport to have learning disabilities in order to obtain the required medical documentation. Once the extended time was granted, Singer allegedly instructed the clients to change the location of the exams to one of two test centers: a public high school in Houston, Texas, or a private college preparatory school in West Hollywood, Calif. At those test centers, Singer had established relationships with test administrators Niki Williams and Igor Dvorskiy, respectively, who accepted bribes of as much as $10,000 per test in order to facilitate the cheating scheme. Specifically, Williams and Dvorskiy allowed a third individual, typically Riddell, to take the exams in place of the students, to give the students the correct answers during the exams, or to correct the students’ answers after they completed the exams. Singer typically paid Ridell $10,000 for each student’s test. Singer’s clients paid him between $15,000 and $75,000 per test, with the payments structured as purported donations to the KWF charity. In many instances, the students taking the exams were unaware that their parents had arranged for the cheating.
College Recruitment Scheme
It is further alleged that throughout the conspiracy, parents paid Singer approximately $25 million to bribe coaches and university administrators to designate their children as purported athletic recruits, thereby facilitating the children’s’ admission to those universities. Singer allegedly described the scheme to his customers as a “side door,” in which the parents paid Singer under the guise of charitable donations to KWF. In turn, Singer funneled those payments to programs controlled by the athletic coaches, who then designated the children as recruited athletes – regardless of their athletic experience and abilities. Singer also made bribe payments to most of the coaches personally.
For example, during a call with one parent, Singer stated: “Okay, so, who we are…what we do is we help the wealthiest families in the U.S. get their kids into school…My families want a guarantee. So, if you said to me ‘here’s our grades, here’s our scores, here’s our ability, and we want to go to X school’ and you give me one or two schools, and then I’ll go after those schools and try to get a guarantee done.”
As part of the scheme, Singer directed employees of The Key and the KWF to create falsified athletic “profiles” for students, which were then submitted to the universities in support of the students’ applications. The profiles included fake honors that the students purportedly received and elite teams that they purportedly played on. In some instances, parents supplied Singer with staged photos of their children engaged in athletic activity – such as using a rowing machine or purportedly playing water polo.
Tax Fraud Conspiracy
Beginning around 2013, Singer allegedly agreed with certain clients to disguise bribe payments as charitable contributions to the KWF, thereby enabling clients to deduct the bribes from their federal income taxes. Specifically, Singer allegedly instructed clients to make payments to the KWF in return for facilitating their children’s admission to a chosen university. Singer used a portion of that money to bribe university athletic coaches to designate the children as student athletes. Thereafter, Masera or another KWF employee mailed letters from the KWF to the clients expressing thanks for their purported charitable contributions. The letter stated: “Your generosity will allow us to move forward with our plans to provide educational and self-enrichment programs to disadvantaged youth,” and falsely indicated that “no good or services were exchanged” for the donations. Many clients then filed personal tax returns that falsely reported the payment to the KWF as charitable donations.
The charge of racketeering conspiracy provides for a sentence of no greater than 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, a fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain or loss, whichever is greater and restitution. The charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering provides for a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, up to three years of supervised release, and a fine of not more than $500,000 or twice the value of the property involved in the money laundering. The charge of conspiracy to defraud the United States provides for a sentence of no greater than five years in prison, up to three years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000. The charge of obstruction of justice provides for a sentence of no greater than 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000. The charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, and of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and honest services wire fraud, provide for a sentence of no greater than 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of 250,000 or twice the gross gain or loss, whichever is greater. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling; Joseph R. Bonavolonta, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Field Division; and Kristina O’Connell, Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service’s Criminal Investigations in Boston, made the announcement today. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Eric S. Rosen, Justin D. O’Connell, Leslie Wright, and Kristen A. Kearney of Lelling’s Securities and Financial Fraud Unit are prosecuting the case.
The details contained in the charging documents are allegations. The defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

that being stated, i had another moment of synchronicity today. a few hours ago i was nudged to check out lisa harrison’s facebook page and so i did. i scrolled down until that inner voice said “watch this” (video below). he gives detailed description of what we are seeing in the comment section – which i have copied and pasted for you to read so you aren’t left wondering “what are we looking at here?” (i left out the questions he was being asked for privacy – if you want to know the questions follow the youtube icon to go to the video itself on youtube)….i align with his view that this is an abyss (pit) which has been controlled and those controls are being removed and we are returning Home to our Soul Origins….his reference to us sitting up and remembering…also align w/his view of what we think of as planets are just holographic projections (of the real thing)….doesn’t it all feel like its been an absolute waste of creation? certainly not one that i wish to experience – never again. perhaps it got old – perhaps i awoke enough to realize i wanted something different. i feel the only true soul is a Free Soul – the only true experience is a Free Experience….not that i haven’t had some awesome moments and great connections – just ready to EXPAND on all of those and make them more, well, “real”….
is it really possible that this me now typing at the keyboard is nothing more than a projection from a Me “outside” – serving some purpose in this game but again not a TRUE creation…..and is it really possible that, as I JUST HEARD christopher cross sing, “Soon I will be free”….yeah, NO KIDDING! lol the synchros are numerous and beautiful today.
this realm does not feel REAL anymore – it feels dead – is it because we lost the “gift” of illusion – gift as in ignorance is bliss? i have been LONGING for amazing looking skies and perfect clear lakes and what i see here day after day seems dead. even in the warmer months – looking at the trees and plan life – nature – i just don’t see the beauty i once did. was it the spell? i go within and feeeeeel and focus on and intend to SEE something different – to SEE what i see in my minds eye and feel in my heart – and i still just see bland. i noticed that experience shortly around the time i started this site (which projected me into new rabbit holes – new awakenings – esp. in terms of WHO AM I and WHERE AM I)………..
an interesting perspective on mercury and venus….i’ve been thinking a lot about mercury the past 3 days…i wasn’t sure why – it just kept popping into my mind with the feel that mercury was “still with us” so interesting he shares his comment below on that…..at least mercury still having an impact….i stopped giving focus on astrology and the like quite long ago – and this included the whole concept of mercury retrograde….what kind of a supportive system creates conditions to block us from having creations (as mercury retrograde does here in this realm)? NO supportive creation/realm creates such conditions….all planetary bodies/objects in a supportive realm – in a loving, free realm – are, well, SUPPORTIVE, you know? yeah, i know you do. @auder this video is probably one of the most important videos ever recorded. What you’re seeing is the beginning of the liberation of Mankind here in the Abyss (the solar system is pure lies). Our Father of Mankind called ONE, or others may think of him as God although he doesn’t want to be called that because the name suggests ego. The bright flash at the beginning was ONE and the Allied Forces breaking into the Abyss with the MOB (a sort of Jaws of Life to pierce the Abyss walls and open it up). Then came the start of the war against SET and the Coven of Azazel. Literally SATAN vs God himself. As the video moves through, you can see the Allied Forces send out gust and parachute bombs to destroy SET’s Zodiac which we believe are “planets”. They are not. They are spaceships which sit on poles like an Orrery. As we follow the video, each ship is taken out. The poles are hit with gust bombs and parachute bombs. These parachute bombs are more obvious by their shape. They move through the poles and literally burn straight through them. Then we see them try to defend themselves using shields. These shields are huge circular shapes as they are hit over and over again. Moving on to the sun, it’s not a sun at all. It’s a structure using cold fusion, a power station/transformer. Behind that is a firewall to stop us from seeing the portal gate. Moving on to today and the only “planets” left outside are Venus (Lilith’s ship), Mercury (SET’s ship) and finally Earth. The rest have been destroyed by the Allied Forces. The remaining 2 ships are going to be nulled from existence all together. They committed the most evilest crimes, they are dammed for all eternity and so are the people here who participated in it ie Hillary, Obama, Royal families, the Vatican Order and other religions that worshipped SET. Time is ending, our Father and Mother (EVE) Queen of the Heavens are taking us back home.
@auder yes absolutely, they have lost control and our souls have been returned to the branches they are supposed to be and come from. They have been using multiple religions and faiths to fraudulently seal you to SET by using religious texts by removing the truth and adding SET as “God”. Even Jesus (Horus the sun/son of God), was part of their deception. Not to mention science which again was lies so that took care of atheists. But the truth is that there is an Underworld and more importantly the Heavens. But it’s not the way we have been taught, its far more beautiful, exciting and amazing than anyone here could ever imagine.
@Adam Lawrence Foreman I’m sorry. I said only one question but I do have one more after reading your reply. What can we look for for evidence that the Vatican has lost their hold. I see all the obvious and open information surfacing, but that’s been going on for quite a while. It’s just that we’ve been hearing this forever and I still see enslavement everywhere. And yes, I do sometimes think that it’s so insane now that it is their last grasp, but yet, I’ve not seen any indication that the grasp has loosened. So appreciate yor taking the time to give me/us your thoughts.
@auder one thing to remember, we are talking about religion, in the case of the Vatican, the Catholic Church. 100’s of millions of people worldwide, believe in God (Set here in the Abyss) not knowing who that really is and even more so Jesus (Horus). This is a VERY delicate process something that can’t be done quickly. You can see the mainstream media releasing priests being arrested over the world, but it’s so much bigger than anyone realises. They are connected to everything in terms of our souls and each religion does the same, again people have no idea except the Satanic zionists posing as Jewish people. People hold onto their religion to help them through very hard times and it’s an emotional crutch for them. To take that away in an instant would be cruel in the extreme. Because of that, we may leave here and once we stand, we will remember what happened and the truth by which then telling people will be more appropriate timing. The Vatican has been trying to perform spells to hold us, create occult rituals, false flags by subliminal means and they failed. Only small incidents acted out by small individual groups are their only means to fight back. But regardless of what they are doing, each time they do these things, they are damming more of their own people going WEST. Last we heard was that their were 4 families left out of 9. But if they continue this will reduce further each time.
@auder look at the NASA military cameras (SECCHI, SOHO, STEREO, LASCO). Count the number of “planets” left outside. The ones in the sky are just part of the holographic sky. Outside, there are only 3 left including Earth. More and more is happening outside that translates very slowly due to time compression inside. But check for yourself, only you can find the truth and come to the conclusion that you’re looking for.
