President Donald Trump may soon be communicating with you directly on your phone — even if you don’t follow him on Twitter.
Next Thursday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will do its first test of a system that allows the president to send a message to most U.S. cellphones.
More than 100 mobile carriers, including all the major wireless firms, are participating in the roll out, FEMA stated in a message on its website posted Thursday.
“The EAS [Emergency Alert System] is a national public warning system that provides the President with the communications capability to address the nation during a national emergency,” FEMA said.
The test message will have a header that reads “Presidential Alert,” according to the agency.
Users whose phones are on will twice hear a tone and vibration and then see an English-only (for now) message: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

Okay just checked the moon phase calendar and last night just got stranger! LOL!!! Last night should have been a crescent moon! So WHAT WAS IT I SAW??? I don’t really know! This has happened once before in 2013 when Brian Kelly telephoned me from his home in Encinitas California and asked me to drive to the beach to see if I could see the UFO he saw fly over. I did so, and saw what I thought was just a full moon over the very calm Pacific ocean. Until I went home and checked the moon phase calendar… which for that moment was close to a new moon. Check out the moon phase chart for the 12th…. a right crescent moon! LOL!!!

I don’t know how to explain what I saw tonight. As I pulled in to park tonight I saw the moon which is fairly full, with what looked another moon behind it peeking out on the right side.
It could be an atmospheric effect, its been very rainy today and damp. But I’ve never seen anything like it in my 6 decades on this planet. I got some photos, which are from the phone, bit grainy and not as well defined as it appeared in the sky. But you can see what I saw a little bit on the right side of the moon.
I’ve heard of people claiming to have seen the moon “in the wrong place”, but I have never had that experience personally, but I do know people who have had that experience and who I find credible. So I don’t think they are lying, but its also easy to get your directions mixed up, so I have never known what to think of those claims. This isn’t that but certainly every bit as strange.
I’ve known since 2015 our planet is changing radically. I haven’t know the details, but knew it would change. If anyone else sees this, either in the Pacifc Northwest or anywhere else… let me know. I would also like to hear any theories on what may cause this effect.

editor’s note: as he says, 70 homes blew up in one hour because “big business” wouldn’t listen to its employees……poorest section of boston….mind boggling and heart wrenching….THIS is the shit that happens when government fails to keep up with the infrastructure…..it is criminal….we have so many roads around here that are in desperate need of repair ~ a 100 plus year old sewer system causing roads to slowly sink…we have residential streets with concave’s that run the entire width of the street…and yet our local city officials just do patch jobs and leave the sewer system alone….and we’re allegedly one of the richest, most educated, most well-to-do cities in the state.
