My girl and I honored our Polish heritage tonight by making citrus chicken and sweet potato latkes.  We were wanting to make jelly filled donuts as well, but you know – that requires yeast and work, so we decided to do those at another time.  I used to make latkes years ago – again prep work.  I landed in this mental space the past couple of years of “make it ez” when it comes to meal prep which means unless someone else wants to make it the days of lasagna are over.  I do however appreciate anyone wanting to show up and make it for me.  😄

I’m currently focused again on the cosmic event – and creating it – co-creating it.  Woke up two mornings ago or so saying “bifurcation” out loud.  A quite popular term used in the last many years, but not one I have ever used.  Other than that, the need to sleep is intense.  As is the need to be left alone.  As is the need for new.  Did some work around that tonight in a much needed drive.

Ya’ll know I recently shared our experience going into the local Kroger store – how it smelled like a sewer (and how dirty the floors were).  Further investigation where I found a local conversation on this showed it had been going on for awhile and that there was a rat problem.  I’m not the only one who contacted them.  The loud voices got the needed attention – the smell is gone and the floors are clean.

And now I have noticed a nasty smell in my local healthy store – like someone who hadn’t taken a shower in over a week shared their smell.  Also in the produce section (same location with the Kroger store).  I thought it was due to someone working there in that particular section – for it is a localized odor – but nope – returning today – same smell, same spot.  UGH!  I mean really – people aren’t smelling that?!  I know there are people around these parts who only bathe 1-2x/week because they believe they are saving us from some future water shortage.

I don’t know.  Things are just so bizarre to me right now – I CLING to any moment of purity.  Like today – after seeing the story trending everywhere that the bees are gone.  No one’s seeing bees.  Well come to my neighborhood because they are literally everywhere now.  On our walk we saw clusters of them on trees, on flowers and just flying around.  So – maybe fake news?  Pushing “their” narrative – destroy the bees = no food.  But out west?  We got ’em.

I had to look up with a market “death cross” is.  I read this a hundred times – still don’t get it.  And honestly don’t want to.  I still want a reality – for just a month or so – where instead of having to understand the $$ stuff people have to play the piano instead to make $$.  I would kick ass during this month and inject some needed humble pie into the minds of people who criticize those of us who simply don’t understand the markets.  I don’t speak evil – but I do speak music.  

A “death cross“ in the context of the S&P 500 (and other stock market indices) is a chart pattern that occurs when a stock’s 50-day moving average crosses below its 200-day moving average. It’s often seen as a bearish signal, suggesting that a potential correction or downtrend in the market may be developing. 

 

Other $$ stuff – more pausing on the T’s out of the EU for a few more months which makes me do this………….just NO just MAKE IT STOP this back and forth just NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!

4.13.25 ~ Trump – “EXTRAORDINARY” Easter Week. And that heli crash looks like what crashed was not what took off (reminds me of Diana’s car “accident”). Other finds

 

 

Before I share the finds, I will share what I’ve been sensing/feeling – which was very palpable and intense last night:  The desire to let it all go and get outta here.  Jump into a new world.  THE new world.  I no longer have much a concept as to what it looks like – as in I am attached to nothing – nothing here, nothing there.  A floating weightless aimless meandering Spirit who is waiting to be pulled – attracted TO – that right place/space.  It’s a strange feeling – my mind struggles to find peace with it and it can’t so I don’t dwell on the experience.  It was a wee bit of a comfort to see others speaking of feeling quite the same now.  As one said – what used to bring him joy in knowing about this change/shift – now contains no joy but apprehension.  It could be something along the lines of knowing a HUGE move is coming – to your ideal home and location – only a part of you knows it’s years down the road so the ego doesn’t resist as it knows it is SAFE for NOW.  But as that moment approaches, apprehension sets in for the ego knows it cannot control the move/event.

That’s the best way I can describe it.  Although for me last night it was a mix of “GET ME OUT OF HERE” and “NOT UNLESS I CONTROL IT”.  lol

This is a fun experience to share.  I had to do a phone call with my healer today as her area was under an unexplained power outage.  It was a good call – very high energy/vibe.  At the end I felt a nudge to ask what was up with the power outage.  She said she didn’t know and just as I began to say “you shouldn’t be having one” BAM the power comes back on.  She got excited, said how funny it was it came on just as we talked about it.  After the phone call I turned on some music, started singing along, “I GOT THE POWER”.  Moving and grooving.  Walked over to my laptop to look something up, opened up the top and there on my screen (where I have a stream of ongoing pictures of my own that circulate) was a split: on the left side was an image of Jesus, on the right, a picture of the transformer on the pole outside.  lol

SERIOUSLY?!  I got a good giggle out of that one.  Thanked the Universe and went about my day.  But not before I changed up the lyrics, singing, “I got the power in me.  You got the power in you.  Together our power creates our Destiny.”

Gates idiot for even talking about it on my site.  😂🙄  I was like dude, seriously?  If anyone is an idiot, it’s you for you clearly have no clue who I am.  Anyway, T never spoke of this particular treatment – it got pushed big time by some big accounts – and I just always felt off.  Then there’s the whole “what is a virus” topic – which is another rabbit hole I’ve peaked into off and on over the years.  “they” lie about everything.  There is one thing I do feel strongly about – solidly I will say – when it comes to any sort of inflammation in the body that originated from stored trauma(s) – you can’t supplement it away.  I’ve tried.  You can supplement for support – but to heal requires the releasing/reprocessing of that stored energy using specific somatic based practices.  And I KNOW this to the core of WHO I AM: “they” gave us “their” dna including that “reptilian brain” which enables trauma to stick.  I don’t know how many times I’ve been told that the brain more or less holds on to negative experiences – and thoughts.  It takes several repetitions of positive thoughts to change that – but funny only one negative experience – especially in childhood – can stay put.  Yeah, fuch “their” hijack.  Frequency event to return the diamonds.  (today on a nudge while in that good space, i opened a book of mine – there looking back at me was the simple phrase: “HERE COMES THE SUN” – showed a rainbow starting to cover the sun)

Got to say – there are some very personal phrases in there for me, including my birthday, which when that happens, I find intriguing….

 

 

 

I needed this.  I see I am at that space where I can surrender and know that Love will always show up – but I also continue to feel I’m still waiting on “something” to change out there.

 

Social media “friends” list went down today – mostly of my own doing.  After being called a deadbeat mom, after being told I offer nothing of value to inspire people to donate, after having religion pushed on me while ignoring my boundaries as I state that is not my thing – after being unheard after my specific requests for the specific kind of help I seek – and if I share how that hurts I become the “problem”.  Oh yeah?   Well…..I. have. had. it.  Gloves are off – anyone who crosses those boundaries again with me – they. are. removed.  No second chances with me now.  And it has surprised me – shocked me actually – how these have been women doing this.  As women – as sister’s – we are supposed to be SUPPORTING each other – not attacking.  No criticizing.  Listening, not overpowering and silencing.  It’s a shit show out there – it’s hard on all of us.  Kindness goes a long way as does compassion.  Even if someone can’t help – show that kindness and compassion.  I know what feels safe.  And as F. Gump said – “I may not be a smart man, but I know what love is.”  Indeed.  And I give deep thanks to those who did show up today, hearing me, holding space.

Energies are bizarre, strange.  Today, while my girl and I were inside, our doorbell suddenly went off – slowly (as though the battery is weak).  We have not used it in at least 5 years.  No one was at the door.  It just did it on its own.  Giving me one of these….

Which I can actually do.  That and the vulcan sign but I cannot touch my toes with straight legs.

Water does hold memory tho . The ole water and rice experiment held true to me. 30 days of speaking into a glass of water with rice daily. 1st glass positivity “I love you and you are amazingâ€. 2nd “ saying I have nothing to say. 3rd glass “I hate you and you are disgusting†30 days straight. Same environment . Can you tell which glass I spoke what to?
