Life moves pretty fast.  If you don’t stop once in awhile you might miss it…..Ferris Beuller.  To which I today say The Universe is a continuous slow and I ain’t going to speed up for anyone or anything anymore.

That said – things are moving quickly these days on the world stage.  If I miss some of it, so be it.  I prefer the words of John Lennon over Ferris anyway:  I’m just sittin’ here watchin’ the wheels go round and round….No longer riding on the merry-go-round.  I just had to let it (matrix) go.

To let It flow.

Something like that.  I got in my bike time, sun time and swing time, putting me back in my body, in center, so I became quietly philosophical.

That song from the 80’s – Dirty Laundry – runs through my mind as well this week.  Humanity is still drawn to that “dirty laundry” like moths to light.  The scenes on stage get more ridiculous – they have to – to break the spell – to where people stop being triggered and thus controlled, and instead say “wtf?  ok THIS ain’t making sense!” and refuse to participate in the emotional charge and instead question that dirty laundry and who is behind pushing it on humanity.

The Oregon Health Authority makes this data available for purchase, and a few years ago, I purchased access to the 2019 data for a federally funded study. I found that while Oregon had estimated that only about 175 patients would obtain taxpayer-funded gender transition services at a total annual cost of no more than $200,000, more than 7,585 patients had done so at more than 100 times the initial cost estimate. That included 160 children using “puberty blocker” drugs and approximately 370 children taking cross-sex hormones. Letting go of what doesn’t feel good, although it doesn’t feel good to pay what I do just to survive so that’s one to reflect on.

Letting go of the matrix version of self and returning back to the inner that is the Universe.  And staying in that space.

I know this – after making some new focus the past 48 hours that m a t r i x thing really came in likely with the help of my own inner old false programs that could be bouncing around also triggering the machine that “hey she’s at it again she’s trying to break free!”  We’re talking spiders and water and outside appliance issues and unwanted ugly drama pushing me all. day. long.  I had one moment of UGH ENOUGH as everyone has that breaking point until we master what it is that threatens TO break us – and yet sometimes what comes out in that moment is unspoken Truth and so spoken Truth can be very empowering.  It can be a paradox until you realize in the end does it matter?  Because I reached this inner point of peace within where I literally did not give a f.u.  A place of no. fear.  Not that it was POOF gone for good – that is the focused inner experience of course.

Yeah I’m up to my Crown Chakra in debt.  Yeah I have no clue what to do next that doesn’t ask me for several hundred dollars the Universe has not quite yet delivered my way.  Yeah this clown show is unbearable now to step into.  People are still lost in duality – left vs. right.  A video was being played here that started to get me riled up until I said “not going into this” – a young woman infiltrating those Tesla protests – ended up in ridiculous arguments – her ego was still lost in the “the left are crazy and ignorant” red camp just as those in the blue camp think she’s just as crazy and ignorant.  Both sides have truth to share; truth that deserves to be heard.

BOTH SIDES.

Do we need a Buffalo Springsteen reminder?  “Nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong.”  I don’t know who came up with this plan and while I still have a wee ounce of faith in the end there will be Unity, at that time I will see this alleged brilliance behind it.

But for now?  I see people more locked into their ideologies than ever before.

And me?

I just want to be free.

To be healed and restored.

To return to that state of who I am underneath all of the matrix trauma and drama.

I know who I am.

I know my worth.

And that Me just ain’t jiving with this matrix version.

Outer nudges as compared to the inner nudges – and yet when I get the inner nudge it is a response to an outside stimuli.  I am going to rethink that.  Am I following ME or a matrix nudge?  Stop – detach – and ask do I REALLY want to follow this?  How does it FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL in my body?

 

I think – this is about conscious living as compared to just unconscious living.  The cake thing – see I would have grabbed more cake pieces – those pieces are far too small.  😄  Interesting experiment nonetheless…

 

Now THIS – I’ve experienced this one – seen it in my girl too.  Being CONSCIOUS of this – recognizing when you’re getting lost – that’s all it takes to break the spell……….

Our local co-op is not arranged this way.  The bread is next to the produce – and to get to the milk and eggs and cheese – you walk past juices and meats, down a ramp – past bulk sections.  But yes thinking about it they do have stashes and shelves with temptation items – healthy but still sweet cookies and covered nuts and pretzels.  I’m wondering do people really get drawn into that?  Don’t we know enough by now?  Although I admit – my girl will say “oooh mom that looks good” – normally I say “no” but hey everyone needs a sweet treat now and then

8.22.24 ~ All it takes it just a slight adjustment to the inner Frequency to align

 

I woke up this morning – agitated.  Chatter in my mind over some current situations.  I’ve been watching Touched by an Angel recently and something in last night’s episode stayed with me – the importance of receiving – being open to the Flow – to God – Creator – Universe – whatever label is used.  While words have their own frequencies, real manifesting, real creating begins within our bodies with that Feeling Center, once read as the Voice of the Soul.  I already know this – but there’s been a block in place that has stopped me from having that tetrus moment – where everything aligns.

The trauma’s and the toxins in this environment fill us up with the gunk “they” want us to have so our ability to tune into that Flow is hampered.  And this low frequency we are in, which feels like molasses at times, is also out of alignment with Flow.  But that Flow is always moving.  When it appears in our life, we aren’t always paying attention – we’re focused on the outwards – on the matrix enslavement system with our worries, and our doing’s – all of our busy-ness, all of our stuff supporting “their” systems so we can survive.

This morning, I was getting lost in all of that – well one situation in particular – and thought I can do all I want but unless the energy is open to receiving as well – all of the good intentions just aren’t enough.  They were blocked up with doubt.  Then I thought of last night’s episode of Touched by an Angel – how it was up to a man to decide if he was going to choose love/truth/light or darkness (absence of God/Flow).  Obviously, this show is enough propaganda to keep it on the air as many years as it was – they certainly didn’t go into simulation theory or evil hiding in the various dimensions here, etc.  But they offer good insight into our power and our choices.  And last night the man shifted from just the doing to bring in the FEELING.

So, this morning, I saw the situation in a different perspective and thus, I switched the inner radio dial and immediately felt a shift within.  Of course, I am also doing trauma release work and as such that makes shifts easier.  Probably other supportive energies as well.  But overall, it was my choice and openness to think/feel different that combined with the Flow created the Magic to produce the inner feeling of calm I knew I needed and was seeking.  And sometimes making that new choice feels uncomfortable – it’s challenging an inner belief system held in the body.  So I have found the best approach is to be curious about it – observe it with curiosity.

Just like we are as children:  Curious.

I thought back to how we are as little Children not just curious but always in the NOW.  Bouncing around from one activity to another.  That’s kind of how it is, I feel, when we are free of rules and trauma’s and toxins and other things artificially created to keep us hooked in to “their” programs.  As I told my girl last night – imagine if you could do anything you wanted – literally anything – go anywhere – NOTHING to stop you.  No need for money.  No need to look out for someone or something who may harm you.  She said that sounded like Heaven.

Yep.  And that is what I continue to feel we are helping create again.

I used to live across the street from a private herd of cows.  Each night after dinner I would bring them apples and carrots.  While they were always happy to see me, they never did this.  🥰😂

 

This one brings up another story – our previous dog – who had a red ball like this one.  She was obsessed with getting it in her mouth – but never could – so she would bark at it and whine until she could sink her teeth into the grooves she had worn in over the years – then it would get knocked out of her mouth and she would chase it, barking.  We tossed hundreds of tennis balls for her – which she would chase – but she never once barked at them.  This red ball?  An enemy she could never fully capture.

11.2.23 ~ Reflecting and Finds….US DEBT CLOCK Secret Window

 

Feels like a game of dodgeball out there.  That’s the best way I can describe it – incoming things trying to knock one off their focused path.  I know what I know and that feeling, though subtle and quiet, grows.  It’s depressing as hell, challenging as hell and lonely and toxic at times – now more than ever.  Stay the path and stay in your own lane – my words to myself.  And when someone or something tries to come into your lane to distract and throw you off center – give it a Neo move or send it love or ignore and keep on going.

Just KEEP. ON. GOING.

We know this ends – we just don’t yet know when or how or what it actually looks like.  But this does end.

10.17.23 ~ It’s in the air……….Finds and Reflecting

While this has been “in the air” for years – decades – for those on this long winding Awakening journey, it is very. prevalent today.  Seeing others speak of it.  To me that tells me we are making another breakthrough in the matrix illusion and program that seeks to keep us afraid and quiet instead of brave and resolute.

I had someone on social media come after me then go on her own page – accusing me of never posting truth information – only coming around to ask for prayers.  Absolute lie.  I share my material there almost daily and recirculate the finds of others.

When I shared information about the jews – the lie that they are “the chosen” ones – I had a family member send me a message saying we (my family is jewish – at least they were religiously speaking) – ARE the chosen ones.

Two different people – throwing about their opinion in order to silence me – without having done any sort of research to see if what they were about to share with me held any weight.

I keep on sharing my truth now.  More and more.  It’s up to others what they do with it.  But I know one thing – I will not stand by silently and be criticized or wrongfully judged.  How to do that – without getting caught up in word salads and emotional warring – is key – something I am still learning to do.  Perhaps the goal is this:  to be so solid in Who I Am that I don’t need to offer a response.

That – as well – is a work in progress.  Being celebrated for my unique perspectives is something that has brought a lot of strife and grief in my experience.  And I also have come to see – after being told this for over 20 years by brain “experts” – that the mind is programmed to first hear the lies about ourselves then it is the good stuff.  And for every negative that is shared with another – at any age – pretty much needs at least 6 positives or more to switch up.

How the brain is wired here.

You think that was on purpose to keep us stuck in internal and external conflict?

Yeppers.

Anyone else noticing today was quite edgy?

Maybe it’s a slow news day…………

 

9.3 continued to suck and my patience to endure is still tapped.  Seems to be collective atm – again.  More and more of us pushed to the brink.  Desperation is setting in with me – especially financially.  And dayem is it hard with a teen who doesn’t think about these things and consumes – a lot.  lol  I laugh – but I’m still fighting desperation/pushed to the absolute BRINK in this place.  Just so f’ing weary hearing “God’s time”………”soon”……….and “be. patient.”  This time sure as frig is not MY time.

I spent time alone tonight – just had to get out – went for a drive to a local park.  I swear there are programs everywhere to be seen now – people – SAME DAMN PEOPLE I saw the last time I went there – wearing same clothes walking the same way/same pattern.  Only in a computer game.  Anyway, it wasn’t really enjoyable so I was grateful I brought cookies and biscuits.  THAT – was enjoyable.  Sometimes food is my source of comfort.

Is it a slow news day?  I’m not seeing anything – feeling a pause in happenings.  So I’ll go exploring for a few – see if I can’t find something worthwhile and useful.  For now – it’s gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr DONE.

Reflecting on today’s experiences and a few additional shares for 7.26.23

 

I have been reflecting on the happenings of today.  I was triggered by the words and actions of someone who was taking issue – yet again – with how I choose to express myself here and on my personal social media accounts.  I was bothered by how this individual was going after my friend and then as it turned out, through my friend to come at me with unkind words.

Why are so many of us being triggered these days?  And why are so many of us, at times, being so nasty to each other?

Then I see this:

This entire reality and our experience in it has never. been. fully. authentic in that it does not support us the way the Real Universe does.  Prisons are like that.  The energies here are of “their” making – and they absolutely do. not. align. with. the frequency of our heart and soul.  As such, “they” can plant thoughts into our minds while awake – or asleep – or target us directly with certain frequencies that induce stress, anxiety and the like.  And if one is already experiencing low energy or physical/emotional/mental pain, poor health, etc. that person is more likely to be triggered and thus used to “feed the machine” – especially if they aren’t aware of where they are to begin with.

THAT is what is happening.  It’s what happened today.  It’s what I see happening all over the place now.

The answer?

KNOW and SEE this for what it is (logic).

Remember to see the signs – to feel them in your body.  It’s quite obvious at this point for many – but it still takes practice to detach.

Which is what is next – DETACH.  Take a time out.

Go within to the Heart.  Stay there until Center is felt again and the mind, quieted.

Use discernment.  Monkey chatter is not ours.

Pushing up of old wounds – what I’m getting more and more – is their agenda.  Their doing.  I’ve explained that healing should never be something we have to do over. and. over. again.

Seriously…..

All of this is just loosh and sick thrills for them.

Tonight – as I felt into this – I remembered what came to me today in the portal.  All of my pains within and experiences here are just STORIES.  And to be honest friends – they weren’t even my stories – but “theirs” – because who of us here – those who are pure and human – would E V E R consciously choose to go through trauma – of any level?

Not me.  Once would definitely be enough.

And who amongst us would consciously choose to come to a place like this?

And fuch this whole “free will” crap.  There is nothing free, nothing pure, nothing real inside this giant movie set.

So let’s stop giving in to their targets and their scenes they push at us and instead, follow what I said (and I need these words printed out and mounted as wallpaper in every room in my house – lol – frig!) or do whatever works for you to get you back to your Center/Heartspace.

And remember to be. kind.  To yourself.  To others.

If someone is melting down, struggling, suffering, for the love of us all -don’t poke fun of them.  Don’t criticize.  Don’t judge.  F’ing ask what you can do to help.  And if you can’t do that – get outta their room/space.  Jesus may just be a story – or he may be THE son of God – I don’t really care.  What matters to me is that he represents the BEST OF WHO WE ALL ARE – male and female.

Love is the answer.  Always has been.
