Editor’s note: I have had dreams of pulling out gum from my mouth now and then for 20 years. Interesting she should reference this (as a metaphor). They are not pleasant dreams but they have felt releasing nonetheless.

We knew it would get intense, now that we have reached the gateway towards the permanent timeline split ending on August 25, shortly after the eclipse. And in order to fully anchor into the higher frequency 5D timeline, our physical body needs to be ready, too. And that means: Out with anything that is still stored in the cellular memory in form of old fear patterns. Cellular release goes deep. Very deep. And can be absolutely frustrating and painful. It has not been that intense since last year September, when we entered the era of these fiery energies.
Cellular memory Releases
Back then, our emotional body went into the period of its final cleansing. Explosive it was. Bursts of anger and sadness. The cellular physical release feels different. That one is the last step to completely detach from the collective fear energies and to completely anchor in the new timeline to build a new collective reality. Based on love, compassion, joy, oneness, abundance.
These cellular releases take a lot more time to build up, and often we feel that we cannot really reach the pain to cry or scream. This can be very uncomfortable, as you can sense it but not touch it immediately. It feels like pulling out chewing gum from your system, and there is not much you can do to speed up the process. You really need to carve them out of the cellular system, and step by step this energy, which was compressed, needs time to unwrap to be then transported out of your system through the emotional body, resulting in much more subtle and soft emotional releases. They come in waves.

We picture a world that has been cleaned up; where we have learned that there is an inherent discord in the piles of trash we used to leave laying around; and that this discordance is a reflection of what is going on inside of us. Accordingly, we have begun to Feng Shui our world, to turn our dissonant areas into resonant areas, and to create a grid of gardens and sacred places from what was once our wastelands.
We see a world where this process of cleansing is occurring inside our bodies – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – in just the same way as it is happening in our outer world; where we have realized – and now teach our children from an early age on – the great ancient truth, “As Above, So Below”; where we know that what we create outside ourselves and what we are creating inside ourselves are mirrors unto each other; that the pile of junk in the back seat of our car or in our yard is a sure indication that there is a similar pile of junk in the back of our hearts, our minds, or our physical organs; and that as we clean up the inside, the outside begins to shine – and as we clean up the outside, we begin to feel better, internally, in ways we never imagined.

Editor’s note ~ I had to take into consideration this was spoken of 70 years ago which explains some of the religious and gender-based words. But I certainly did resonate with the passage on how this cosmic energy sweeps across this earth realm, touching the hearts of everyone. I have seen this and that indeed is the result. Peter Konstantinov Deunov, also known as Beinsa Douno, was born in 1886. A few days before his death in 1944, in a trance-like state, he wrote a prophecy.
This prophecy could just as well have been written today, explaining shifts in consciousness, Earth changes and our golden age. 70 years ago, Beinsa Douno knew the astrological age system well, and wrote that we were moving into the Age of Aquarius.

Some decades will pass before this Fire will come, that will transform the world by bringing it a new moral. This immense wave comes from cosmic space and will inundate the entire earth. All those that attempt to oppose it will be carried off and transferred elsewhere.
Although the inhabitants of this planet do not all find themselves at the same degree of evolution, the new wave will be felt by each one of us. And this transformation will not only touch the Earth, but the ensemble of the entire Cosmos.
The best and only thing that man can do now is to turn towards God and improve himself consciously, to elevate his vibratory level, so as to find himself in harmony with the powerful wave that will soon submerge him.
The Fire of which I speak, that accompanies the new conditions offered to our planet, will rejuvenate, purify, reconstruct everything: the matter will be refined, your hearts will be liberated from anguish, troubles, incertitude, and they will become luminous; everything will be improved, elevated; the thoughts, sentiments and negative acts will be consumed and destroyed.

A few weeks ago, we entered the “Release of the Fury of the Fire” (then later the words, the Rein of Fire)…. as we moved into increased Earthly/Galactic Karmic Clearing/Cleansing phases. This is different for each, dependent on what is still held in cellular programming and not fully conscious yet….
Immense heat, immense release, immense density clearing, immense increase in high voltage/highly charged electrical cellular stimulation and increased inner Earth/atmospheric/spacial activations/convergences…. in all of our Earthly Cosmic Planetary Galactic Bodies…..
Increased merging/converging of all dimensions/timelines in this “space” here…. “outer space becoming inner space” and “outer atmospheres/space” changing in huge ways too….
Galactic existences becoming more prevalent, as more move into clearing those timelines that no longer need to dictate these here. As more release the old veils of amnesia while existing the deep slumber of eons….
The Soul Emerging more within each, no longer tainted by discord and dis-ease, no longer bound external programs playing out, realizing they were just a projection of inner unconsciousness and through expanding ones consciousness fully beyond the physical to feel/experience/see more that the physical experience will change to match the new level of consciousness… by holding this all of the time, regardless of what presents “out there”….
What presents will show you the options for different realities, the one you choose/do/allow dictates what is REAL…. the one you believe/participate in/inner-tain/transmit out, the one you KNOW inside with every breath, the one you transmit out as love, the one that you ARE over what you are not any longer, technically never were, yet once believed… while an unconscious aspect of yourself….
Full consciousness gives you the POWER of choosing, the POWER of transmitting, the POWER of dictating the vibration that plays out……
LOVE can hold the new foundations and realities in place…. it can create new realities at-will and inspire through intentional creation. When your fields unite, there is a new experience, one of simple,easy and free, one that shows you that things don’t have to be so complicated…. yet your human will have to play these realities out where you created unconscious realities and until you are ready to intentionally create new ones to experience here…
I’m feeling the need to share this piece. I received an e-mail that contained a brief conversation between two people and this one paragraph is what inspired me to share: “You have to listen to your own inner resonance for the information. If it doesn’t ring true, makes you feel less than or not worthy (all are source therefore worthy) its off in some way. Logic is a poor tool on this kind of data. You got to FEEEEELLLL it… and some of these characters are so knowledgeable about frequencies they will pack 90% truth to cover a knowingly toxic payload.”
Trust your feelings on everything and anything you read. We have to be in the heart space and using our Higher Mind, let those tools guide us. When I “felt” my Higher Self last night, I asked how did I know this wasn’t ego trying to control. The answer was this feeling of “I do not speak to you in fear language.”
Ascension is our RIGHT.
Ascension is our WORTH.
It is not “earned”.
It is GIVEN.
We are receiving this gift ~ our return Home. Our return to Oneness.

In the heart of the woman is the daughter, waiting to be adored by parents who feel and WANT her. This inner daughter sits often in shyness, cast into the shadows to remain ‘safe’, not able to come out and play. She is freeze framed in her sadness, ‘stuck’ in the scenes that bring pain every time they are replayed by her mind, which is just trying to ‘clear’ them out.
Her voice is suppressed; her innocence is buried under shame; and her self consciousness leaves her unable to break free from the protective energies that judge and criticize her. She is a child without direct access to the JOY and magic that lives inside her as a seed that needs the water of LOVE to grow and bloom.
In the heart of the man is the son, waiting to be initiated by parents who feel and ADMIRE him. This inner son has masks to wear that play at ‘being a man’, even as he feels very small and insecure inside. He pretends to be a super hero, although protective and critical energies judge him as a coward.
This inner son learns to hide his vulnerabilities and his tears and, eventually, his heart behind shields and walls. He is trapped in the mind; in compensations and addictions; in reaction to inner energies that bully and criticism him. His WILDness is tamed by a world that wants him to conform, to wear a suit of conventional life, to ‘play by the rules’. He is a child without access to his childlike essence and the goodness and magic that lives inside of him.
Feel with tenderness this daughter or son inside of you. Invite them out to play with you, to leap with JOY again in every bound. Hold their hands as they cross the inner streets of busy mind and activities. Pass tissues to them as you FEEL their tears and sadness and their fears. Be interested as they tell you their stories. Bridge their hidden world with your outer one, making it safe for them to grow and learn.
Feel with openness where this youngness lives inside of you and the ways that it shows up in your ‘adult’ life. BEfriend this BEloved aspect of yourself as you BEcome what you have needed the most and didn’t have. Bring in Divine Frequencies of Mother and Father to provide Infinite Love energies to help re-parent them. Let Divine Mother wrap them in Her arms. Let Divine Father hold them in his protective embrace.
As you ARE the loving parental energy that these parts of you didn’t have in the way that they needed IN the painful moments that they MOST needed it during your childhood, the energies of your wounded child transform to health. Shame becomes innocence. Anxiety becomes trust. Shyness becomes humble confidence. Depression becomes creativity. Disillusion becomes purity. The wounded 3D Inner Child frequencies vibrate higher and higher, transmuting into the Magical, Star Seed 4D child and eventually into your 5D Crystalline child, who occupies the seat of your Merkabah or light vehicle.
Places of immaturity in your gender expression are then able to mature INTO the mature Queen and the mature King. As the child energies vibrate higher and you show up as an adult more and more to SEPARATE from these energies, you mature in your emotional body, your sexuality, your capacity to transact intimacy in all relationships. BEing with the youngness inside and loving it is what frees UP your mature feminine and masculine, along with letting in frequencies from the Divine to template how to embody and BE this.
Feel the Inner Protector who guards your Inner Child. With fierce loyalty, this protective part of you had to show up probably very early in your life when life was deemed ‘not safe’ for the innocence and purity of your heart. Negotiate with this Inner Protector, get to know them, form a bond and invite them to rest eventually. As they feel and see YOU there being with your Inner Child in a NEW way, your Inner Protector will start to trust and let go more, drop the guards and the walls, allow more LOVE into your BEing and life. This inner family of yours is waiting for your connection and for your attention. This writing is inspired by my OWN inner child, once named Evie then Aurora and now an integrated aspect of my higher vibrational BEing. It is also inspired by the BEAUTIFUL (although often initially very sad) inner children that I had the honor to connect with during session space over the years.
Hmmm…. Anything and everything is possible. I have had 2 dreams of being in Inner Earth as has my mate. Certainly felt it was a future timeline. A large gathering of a variety of people ~ felt it was just a stop-over/visit for me and my family. A transition, so-to-speak.

I have watched far too many people suffer from otherwise curable diseases. Who hasn’t, right? Just last night I read my high school friend’s post about her youngest daughter’s father who is dying of a variety of cancers in his body. Absolutely unnecessary for one who has fought every step of the way. Now before someone says “perhaps that is his Soul’s choice” – maybe. And maybe not. That is not ours to even ponder much less question and so I don’t. What is rightful is for him to have access to ALL of the healing tech that is already available NOW to heal him and humanity of all disease. That’s right – every disease has a cure and the tech is already available. Much of it has been used by the elite, the controllers of the game. This is wrong on so many levels of which I will not go into. Instead, let us focus on what is right, on what is just and that is Balance. Fairness. For ALL. NOW.
Time to level the playing field(s).

Editor’s note: I absolutely utterly LOVE this piece! Makes me giddy with excitement at the possibilities of this request to the Universe. It is so in alignment with not only where I am/have been but others as well, based on what I have been reading, today especially. I know such a piece will make some people uncomfortable at this request. Certainly there is a real “unspoken” truth in the ascension/spiritual communities about money. Some claim superiority because they have mastered the monetary system and some claim they refuse to touch the stuff believing it to be evil, dark, etc. Balance is needed as well as a real world view in this NOW moment – and that is that while money is corrupted in how it is distributed and controlled, yes, it is STILL required for us to keep ourselves sheltered/healed/fed/clothed. Yes, there is much talk about a variety of prosperity programs coming and of the elimination of money and the like. However we are talking NOW and as I have long believed, much human suffering is unnecessary and this money struggle for billions of folks is by and large in that category. So…..Let us all intend this to the Universe, not just for the light-workers/healers/truth seekers but for ALL who are struggling financially. It is time NOW to bring balance back to the area of Abundance ~ in particular financially. What a beautiful way to help us all remember our inherent connection with Abundance. Last evening there was a significant shift in energies, and one that lead me to making some demands of the Universe on behalf of the collective consciousness. Perhaps a merging of the masculine and feminine energies is underway, but for sure something shifted.
So here goes!
Dear Universe,
There are many of us light workers who are in very uncomfortable positions at the moment, I do not speak of future or past, I speak of here and now, at this very moment. It is the truth of so many, including myself, and yet we continue to do the necessary work within ourselves, and the collective consciousness. We have fought many a battle before, the most important to reach a place of Being, we have discovered our true authentic self. We do not complain or lower our vibrations, we simply soldier on in love.
Amongst us there are many who really do not have the means to provide for themselves or their families on a day by day basis. Yet we continue to have faith in all that we are. We observe others who are intent on causing chaos on the planet. We observe others who continue to manipulate and prosper in their own worlds. We observe others who really have no concern for the ongoing survival of this planet. We observe others who quite happily take advantage of the few. We observe others who exercise their control and power through propaganda and laws. Yet we, the few, continue to have faith in all that we are and will ever be, for we are love.
We continue to share our unconditional love with our fellow man. We continue to help and guide others so that they too may see what we see. We continue to stand up against the others who are determined to spread illusions. Today, us few, are struggling to survive, yet we make do with what we have. This is what you, dear Universe, have shown us is the way forward, in love and compassion. In peace and harmony, with a common voice and determination to change the dynamics that are presented on a daily basis. We are BEing, because we are LOVE.
We continue to appreciate all that you have shown and provided for us, yet we sit here barely surviving. Many of us face dilemmas on a daily basis, yet we continue to hold faith in all that we are, that all is well, and the path we are going is meant to be this way. We have detached ourselves from all expectations and possible outcomes, and here we are today. We bear witness to the struggle of the billions who have no basic means of survival. They have no water, electricity or food to nourish themselves. Today, for the record, there are many light workers who too are in the same position.
As I, the creator of this message, stand before you, in my full vulnerability request that you help us to shift the flow of abundance to one and all. We are at the stage of being barely able to survive within the framework today. It is true the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. It is this imbalance that needs to change. So I request of you, the Universe, and the collective consciousness, to help all of us light workers. We have done a tremendous job of clearing so many aspects of our existence. We have vigorously protected the one essence that is of more value than all the gold on this planet, Love.
Throughout our journeys we have endured so many things and situations, that only our belief and faith in the love that exists within is the way forward. We have had the love beaten from us, yet somehow, throughout all of this, we have discovered the love remains within. We have carefully and meticulously examined every nook and cranny of our lives, and that of others, to reignite that eternal flame. Yes, we are the frontrunners, the trailblazers, the twin flames, the advanced souls. Yes we have dedicated our life to revealing the Violet Flame that exists within each of us. As front runners, we have sent a message to humanity that now is the time to wake up and enjoy the ever present love within. We are the catalysts for change, and we believe wholeheartedly in our own missions and path. We are love. We are proud to be love. We have nothing to hide.
Today, I humbly request that you shift the dynamics of abundance to those that are leading the way forward. It is time for this shift. We have endured and worked hard, and we are worthy of everything. We have demonstrated our commitment to a common cause and goal, of sharing unconditional love to humanity. We have an understanding and will always carry the wisdom to effect the changes necessary. We are rich with love, yet we live in a world that requires more than that for us to survive and prosper.
Now is the time that we all come together, the challenges we face are now very clear to see. It is our duty and responsibility to continue this transformation of Gaia. This is what you, the universe, asked of us and what we agreed or volunteered to do. We made a deal, together, that this is our task and role today. I ask that you now to provide us with the necessary financial abundance so that we may effectively begin to live our true life path. I ask you to unite each and every one of us – especially those souls that are predestined to be in union during this incarnation. Unite us one and all so that the pure love essence be spread amongst those that cannot see or feel it.
We are ready, we are prepared, we are willing and we are now more than able. I ask you to trust us completely to continue this quest, so that we may once again prosper, as we were meant to. It is time for the flow of financial abundance to come to us all, because we all are worthy of it. To survive is one thing, but now it is time for us to live all that we know to be true.
Thank you for all that you provide us on a daily basis, we are truly grateful. Please trust us, and provide for us the necessary abundance needed to continue our work. There is no need to break us again, we have learned our lessons necessary. We accept full responsibility for humanity, and kindly ask you to reward us in a way that we can now live in our true capacity. Allow us to reach the hearts and souls of the billions on this planet. Allow us to light the lives of the 3 billion who live without power and water daily. Allow us to teach all there is about unconditional love, and allow us to share it freely amongst us all.

We have some fantastic news to report. We are still in the GATEWAY of the Solstice Energy. Remember the Solstice can last up to 10 days before and after the actual event takes place. In this case with the Solar Eclipse arriving in August it will last much longer. This becomes a Gateway unto itself lasting through the Total Solar Eclipse of August 21st.
The PORTAL to Ascension is ONLY through the Portal to our Authentic Consciousness.
The Gateway that has been occurring and will continue to occur is all about returning to OUR 12D authentic multidimensional being that existed before coming into this Earth Plane. This is Happening NOW. We are transforming back into this LIGHT BEING. You may all remember my previous post about how this is occurring by retrieving lost Soul fragments.
As we step into this plane of higher existence, we have no choice but to embody our TRUE self. If you do not know who your true self is, it is the child you were before the baggage of others came along to influence, program and condition us away from our innocence of the Higher realms we just came from. We are now speedily returning to this innocent way of being. YES this is a big deal. One of the biggest changes to happen to us YET.
You will find in the beginning of your journey into your true self, glimpses of authentic self appearing to you in short spurts. This journey started for me last August and I remember how it came in. It came in with an edge through an ENERGY Wave which I posted an article about. It had an edge but it was also a gentle wave. I knew this was the beginning OF OUR JOURNEY HOME. Each WAVE we have experienced since this time has brought us closer to our genuine being and 12D crystalline core consciousness.
The Solstice Gateway has not been gentle in this regard. We are being pushed and shoved to make the change over to our 12D authentic embodiment. The higher dimensional embodiment is the childlike innocence- meaning a clear vessel we came in to this reality with along with the capabilities of traveling into the higher realms of 12D and above.
When you embody this new being within yourself, you will feel lighter as if a HUGE weight as has been lifted off your shoulders. You will feel childlike as if everything and anything is NOW possible. You will feel joy, bliss, love, happiness and contentment.
Look for this to come in short spurts because once again we our bodies and consciousness CAN not take on too much at one time. We as humans becoming Galactics have to go about transformations in stages and the more gentle the better. The galactics which are helping us with this transformation- know this. They know the gentle side to the human race.
The Pleiadians working with the Creator are the ones calling all the shots in this area of giving help to us through these waves we feel as they enter our consciousness.
When you first feel this activation, notice it and then act on it. Act your authentic self as long as you can. Feel the waves of lightness wash over you. You may feel giddy and other worldly. Try to bathe in this light when it comes in, this way you recognize it the next time and can hang on longer to this feeling. In the beginning it will come in short spurts which then start to last longer and longer over time. Eventually we will transform completely into this NEW Being.
To feel these activations as they come in and make progress with them means embracing the upgrades and understanding they are bring us higher vibrational upgrades to embody our authentic self. Here are some ways to embrace these changes in the Ascension Process:
You must be prepared and have the desire to make the change to a Higher State of Being. This means you are ready to move into the next realm of existence along with the Crystalline Earth.
You must be prepared to leave the 3D world behind. Yes this means all of 3D, you must be prepared to enter a NEW Crystalline World that we are creating.
You must be able to put your FEELINGS above everything else. Feelings in the 3D world are routinely discarded and judged by the conditioned as worthless. Yet feelings are the GPS of the Soul and the most important thing we possess. These feelings are Divinely aligned with the Ascension process, as we know to be fully authentic we must be fully in touch with our feelings.
You must take Divinely inspired action based on those feelings. You must be prepared to take action when needed to move into the higher realms of Consciousness.
You must trust that the Universe has your highest intentions in all things. Even if it looks like this is not happening it actually is. The Universe many times takes us down long and winding roads to get to our destinations.
You must be fully invested in the Ascension process. This means Ascension is not a part time hobby, it is what your life is all about.
You must have done the inner work on yourself to rid yourself of programming, conditioning and illusions. This is very important because all beings have been conditioned.
You must be actively searching for the TRUTH. Everyday you must make progress in the search for what is TRUTH and what is not. UNTRUTHS must be discarded other wise the consciousness gets confused about what is real and what is not. This stops REAL progress from taking place in the realm of higher consciousness.
Look for more high energy as we are now in the Solstice/ Solar Eclipse Gateway. Each day is a new day to pay attention to your feelings, be in the moment of NOW and feel those Energy Waves as they come in. They are here when they need to be which means, we must always be prepared.
