The other night while the house slept, I sat in meditation, I did so with the intent to understand how to help people through this process with greater ease. It was not long after my form relaxed that I felt myself being pulled from the state of simply being into one of co-creation. I soon found myself standing in front of the Venusian Council.
I explained to them that people are hurting and I wanted to understand a better way to help them, that I felt like something is missing. They agreed that many are focused on only one aspect of this process and were neglecting a very crucial element. That indeed something is missing.
We are being hit from all sides energetically at the moment, with the full purpose to dig up beliefs, resistance and old patterning that simply no longer works This energy is coming in waves from the CME’s, solar flares, planet & moon alignments, but also from our own inner earth. There is a mass effort to awaken humanity, to show clearly the dysfunction, the upside down thinking that has been our reality. These come in waves, peeling layers off until nothing is left but our own individual heart centered truth.
Editor’s note: I love grounding. Walking barefoot in dirt or grass, especially when you walk on those clumps that nicely massage the acupressure points on the bottom’s of the feet ~ wonderful feeling! I’ve even begun walking barefoot when going out for walks with my child. I walk slowly and with intention, which has its own benefits. ♥
Did you know that connecting to the Earth with bare skin may offer a host of health benefits – including healing the tired, stressed, and holiday-weary? This practice of connecting with nature is called ‘grounding,’ or ‘earthing,’ and it should be tried by everyone.
Do you remember running in green grass at the park with bare feet? Or sitting in mud or sand piles building castles? Even walking around on an earthen floor can electromagnetically ‘ground’ us, causing our bodies to absorb negatively charged atoms from the Earth. Since our bodies are naturally positively charged, the negative ions ‘neutralize’ disease and strain. This might be why gardeners feel so good! They are always re-charging their bodies with negative ions form the Earth.
Adrenal fatigue is caused by the ever-presence of stress, causing our adrenal glands to be overloaded. It can arise after prolonged periods of emotional crisis, but also after physical illnesses like the flu or pneumonia.
In the most serious cases of adrenal fatigue, the activity of the adrenal glands is so impaired that you may have difficulty getting out of bed for more than a few hours per day. With each increment of reduction in adrenal function, every organ and system in your body is profoundly affected.
This means that our ‘fight or flight’ system, which is largely comprised of the adrenal glands, is switched to a constant ‘on’ with no ‘off’ switch easily accessible.
Editor’s note: I’ve noticed a trend that now certain companies will put a label on the front of a food products telling you the product contains genetically modified organisms. I don’t know whether to feel gratitude or angst. It’s like admitting yes we are poisoning you. We won’t be changing that. We leave it up to you.
All too often we rely on the state to tell us what to eat and which companies are ethical. And all too often the companies that the state deems ethical and safe are proven to be quite the opposite. The giant agricultural companies that produce GMOs and use millions of tons of chemicals are able to do so because of monetary support. As long as we continue to purchase their products they will continue to pollute the environment and our bodies.
You and I have the power to stop this madness. We can choose to support those companies that do not use GMOs. The best way is to buy from a local organic farmer, or to grow your own; however there are plenty of ethical companies out there that you can support who practice sustainable methods and source from farmers that do not use GMO. A Massachusetts couple is in a race against time to save their 13-month-old son from an extremely rare, fatal disease often referred to as “childhood Alzheimer’s.”
Last month, Purnell “Nell” Sabky was diagnosed with the genetic disorder Niemann-Pick Type A, and doctors told his parents that, without intervention, he likely would not live to see his third birthday.
Niemann-Pick Type A is caused by a lack of a specific enzyme, and the disorder prevents the body from metabolizing fat, which leads fat to accumulate around the organs. Patients typically develop an enlarged liver and spleen by 3 months old, and fail to gain weight and grow normally. At around age 1, patients with the disease usually begin to experience a progressive loss of mental abilities and movement, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
“In addition to the complications of his body, he’ll start to grow distant from us,” Sam Sabky, Nell’s father, told Boston 25. “He won’t be able to smile, he won’t be able to laugh, and that’s really the hardest part to deal with.”
With no treatment or cure available, the Sabkys’ doctor told Sam and his wife, Taylor Sabky, that a genetic therapy was on the horizon but that a lack of funding was preventing it from moving forward. They are now racing to raise $750,000 by the end of June with the hopes of treating Nell before his disease progresses much more.
“You think of all the things that your child has ahead of him, and then you hear something like this, and it cuts short all those dreams and wishes,” Taylor told Boston 25. “We want him to have a future, to grow up, to do the small things like saying ‘mama’ and ‘dada,’ to do more long-term things. You think about him getting married, you know, what he’s going to do for a career.”
The money raised will go to the Wylder Nation Foundation, which is working with researchers at the University of California San Francisco’s Bankiewicz Laboratory to make the treatment available to patients, Boston 25 reported. While Nell would be the first patient to enroll in trials, the family is aware of how delicate the timeline is.
“We can dictate this timeline on our terms and try to give him a shot at life,” Sam told Boston 25. “And at the very worst, we can take comfort at the fact that we move the ball forward for maybe the next kid or the kid after that. And that’s a legacy we’d be really proud that Purnell left on the world.”

I am addressing & appealing to my brothers & sisters of our spiritual, progressive communities. Most people do not have the focus,serenity & conducive environments for meditation & spiritual pursuits. One cannot even see a counselor ( let alone a therapist or medium)..without sufficient funds or if it is available it is not efficacious. For millions their only recourse is psychiatric or street drugs. This is sad, despicable & unacceptable!!…I’d like to shine light & raise awareness on some serious shadow aspects, contradictions,hypocrises & social injustices that exist in our spiritual movement. In order to transform to a more compassionate, socially conscious & evolved state…these shadow aspects need to be brought up from our collective unconscious & into the light of understanding. I am a voice & spokesperson for all those driven into despair by factors in this oppressive & restrictive matrix that we collectively are disentangling & liberating ourselves from. It is unwise, falacious, self sabotaging & delusional to ” bypass” & not clear, heal one’s deep psychological programs, traumas & baggage by escaping & avoiding them through the spiritual realm & world of meditation, yoga, ashrams,etc. ….There exists now for the first time in ages a plethora of highly effective healing modalities, technologies that genuinely produce powerful changes, results & facilitates one to higher states of consciousness much more than years of meditation. Yet those without the golden coins are barred thus alienated. Millions that really need it, deserve it, yearn for it in their hearts & could benefit from it are denied entry into the New Age kingdom & such meccas such as Sedona, which are highly gentrified & commercialized. Souls that sincerely want to “work on their issues” & empower themselves are majorly hampered from doing so. Countless people’s lives have deteriorated & decades out if their lives lost due to this gross injustice of being barred due to not having the expendible income to do so. The opportunities for healing, transformation & empowerment need to be more accessible. It is currently outgradient & a significant gap exists within our society. A marijuana chemical known as cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) helps fractures heal faster and even make the bones stronger than they were before, according to a study conducted by researchers from Tel Aviv University and Hebrew University and published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research.
CBD has no psychotropic effects.
“We found that CBD alone makes bones stronger during healing, enhancing the maturation of the collagenous matrix, which provides the basis for new mineralization of bone tissue,” researcher Yankel Gabet said. “After being treated with CBD, the healed bone will be harder to break in the future.”
Bones contain cannabinoid receptors
The researchers inflicted mild femoral fractures on rats, then injected some of them with CBD, and others with CBD plus tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the ingredient that causes the marijuana high). They then evaluated the healing of the rats, comparing them with rats who had not received any marijuana chemicals.
The researchers found that rats injected with CBD had the same effect whether or not it was accompanied by THC.
“We found CBD alone to be sufficiently effective in enhancing fracture healing,” Gabet said.
“Other studies have also shown CBD to be a safe agent, which leads us to believe we should continue this line of study in clinical trials to assess its usefulness in improving human fracture healing.”
The study supported the same team’s prior findings that the body contains receptors that respond to cannabinoid compounds, and that these receptors are not confined to the brain.
“We only respond to cannabis because we are built with intrinsic compounds and receptors that can also be activated by compounds in the cannabis plant,” Gabet said.
The prior study found that the skeleton contains cannabinoid receptors that stimulate bone formation and inhibit bone loss. The new study seems to confirm these findings.
For many people that means flowers and handmade cards and Sunday brunches and waves of laughter.It means celebration and gratitude and warm embraces and great rejoicing.It means resting fully in all that is good about loving and being loved.
But not for some people.

“All are being invited to WAKE UP!”…..one of those messages I received that feels like a newspaper headline broadcast from the Divine Source News Station that we are all connected into as souls. ALL are being invited to awaken to the remembrance of this connection and to All That Is and to No-Thing-Ness too. ALL are being invited to awaken to their sacred humanity, the embodiment of their higher self (a higher dimensional fractal from Divine Source that we ‘left behind’ when we came into human body here) along with the maturation of our emotional bodies and healing of our soul legacy experiences from other lifetimes.
The invitation for this waking up is coming primarily in the form of increasingly higher vibrational frequency love and light waves that we’ve all been feeling the effects of, in the last six months especially. We are still adjusting as it rose from its consistent 7.83 HZ to 15-25 HZ in 2014 and now THIS level, which has never been experienced in our history of recording it. It seems to be a sign, some ‘physical proof’ of the higher vibrational frequencies that are caused by and are helping to cause the awakening of humanity beyond our previous chosen caps, traps, and matrixes that limited our consciousness.
Our DNA is waking up too, those sleepy strands that we put to bed after the fall of Atlantis (which is actually STILL happening beyond the linear time picture). Waking up DNA gives us access to so much more of our capacity as Infinite Creators, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities in human form. Waking up DNA helps us to remember, connect with, and integrate our multidimensional aspects that exist in the NOW, waiting to infuse us with expanded capacities in all areas.
Our bodies continue to adjust to these increases, upgrading from carbon-based to crystalline frequencies, transforming into light bodies at the cellular level. Our adjusting bodies ask us for connection…for us to feel and hear and respond to what their shifting needs are. To be able to sleep when needed, especially, as that creates a ‘reboot’ and integration time. To connect with nature seems to help our bodies A LOT through this transition. For me, it has been daily trips to the beach, to bury my hands and feet in the sand, take in the sun codes, feel the salty water and ocean breeze. If I had access to forests, I would walk in the trees, put my palms on the trunks, connect in with their root systems. The increased level of light waves seems to create a sense of being juiced on caffeine, like there is all this EXTRA energy somehow if you tap into it from a soul place. It provides juice for creative projects, service of love projects, and clearer communication and access to the bigger picture and vision around these projects. For me, I have felt like I am constantly being downloaded creative ideas to respond to….I am getting better at navigating these downloads so I can also rest, meditate, feel the priorities, respond to service, be and feel balanced.
“ALL are being Fast Tracked!” is the other Divine Source news headline. Gaia is being Fast Tracked, so of course so are we as her human guests. Fast tracked seems to mean an acceleration of the soul awakenings that you’ve been experiencing as your consciousness raises out of 3D reality processing and into 4D. Decompartmentalizations and bursting bubbles too that your 3D self may have created around your awakenings. The previous compartments and bubbles that ‘held’ the awakening from creating a rumble or changes in your life can be dissolved and collapsed FAST right now with linear time meaning nothing in terms of actual processing and digestion and decision making. Your soul is being supported to burst out of ANY container and express through you in any and all ways possible that serve love.
All this changing and transition brings our attention to our emotional body and the aspects of us that are still anchoring into ‘past’ traumas and pains, freeze frame stuck there with feelings of fear, resistance, being lost, disconnection, anxiety. These aspects of us NEED our growing awakening self (our soul infused self) to BE with them, to feel them, and to bring them into the current with us, into the now with us, into the new timeline with us.
ALL are being invited to wake up and to fast track this awakening. To enter this higher vibrational frequency timeline means letting go and most likely collapsing the one you are currently living. Shifting with love and inner negotiation into this NEW one with a NEW earth experience with an increasingly mature emotional body, experience of a deeply nourishing inner and outer sacred union, a light-based human body, and an inhabited frequency of our sacred humanity. A timeline which offers us increasing experience of our essence as Infinite Love walking, talking, and BEing here!
