For the last year or so, astronomers and sky lovers have been waiting for the explosion of T Coronae Borealis. The system is a notorious recurring nova, which is expected to go any moment now, but still has not. So, while astronomy can be a cruel mistress, making us wait, it can also be a generous mistress since there is also a brand new and unexpected nova in the night sky that you can see. Its name is V462 Lupi……
V462 Lupi is in the constellation of the Lupus (the wolf), a southern sky constellation which is visible across the whole Southern Hemisphere and up to 35 degrees latitude in the Northern Hemisphere. Which means anyone south of North Carolina has a chance to see it tonight or in the coming days.
Makes me think of the dream I had a couple years ago where I was watching some monitor and at the right moment KABOOM – saw the explosion – said “wow it really does blow up!” – and my girl and i (who had been hanging out playing cards) were immediately transported into a world that I can only describe as beautiful and sparkly.

Comments are interesting including one guy who said it looks like a headlight. Ya’ll know I’ve been seeing one headlight vehicles all year (still going on) – after hearing the song “We can drive it home – with one headlight” late last year.
Something that has stayed with me over the years is what Lisa Harrison said many moons ago: We have to let this play out. I feel I have come to understand what this really indicates. I was feeling into this today – again while I was working with the water doing things.
With time travel being pivotal to this plan/mission, those who came in from the outside using this technology, by using Project Looking Glass – the ability to see into the future, they – we perhaps – were able to see exactly what and where to insert new programs – agenda’s – actions – into the timeline – in order to change the originally designed outcome – another reset – reinsert back into the game. Once the over-riding “things” were inserted and locked in, they must play out. The overall timing of all of this can’t be altered. So, while I feel the whole operation has been controlled – for our benefit – we simply have to let it play out.
I also tuned in – quiet deeply – to my own inner version – present and future – and had a flash in my mind – a vision (which as I’ve said on numerous occasions – I simply do not have visions that often – I’m more of a sensing/feeeeeeeeeeeling type) – and it was future me – looking mostly the same but far more bright happy and youthful – almost peeking around a corner for a brief moment – saying “i’m so sorry but it really did have to be this way. hang in there. you’ll be ok.”
How do I get angry with a version of myself?
Later on, again while my hands were in water doing a mindless activity, I thought “what if this awakening is really, at its core, about having spells and thus those metaphoric blinders removed – programs – energies removed – from our minds – that has simply allowed us to see what has always been present?” Those who answer that call go through that process we all the awakening. And for those who didn’t hear the call – those who were so fully immersed into this reality and just fine with how things – they are the ones who needed to SEE the controlled clown show b.s. we see today? I see it like this – those who are behind all of this with higher vision/technology: “ok they ain’t going to see – so we have to make it SO OBVIOUS and SO RIDICULOUS so they DO have that inner PING that triggers their awakening”.
So while the rest of us who already know this movie inside out, it’s tiring to wait isn’t it? Many I see and speak with – no matter what their current focus away from the happenings on stage are – they still feel the fatigue and deep within still want, as one person put it, off of this evil “planet” – away from every bit of evil and control. For that is our truth – our deep inner desire. And as I’ve told counselors and other “professionals” over the years – just because I am forced to eat dirt when I want and need cake does NOT mean I will ever – E V E R – fully 100% in full enjoy the dirt OR convince myself it’s good for me and all there is – nor will I E V E R fully 100% be able to change that inner desire for cake.

Today has felt quite emotional. I released what felt like weeks of emotions. Inner ME being pushed up and heard – seen. I know I’m not alone. It’s feeling lonelier here and I am feeling most confined in it. Surrounded by too many with rigid tunnel vision. This slow drip of stupid is being done for THEM? And then there’s the toxins being emitted from those who took and continue to take the cvid vaxx making it a hazard for not only me to be around but my daughter now. Jesus – ENOUGH already.

I was explaining to my daughter how I went from a staunch democrat, voting for Clinton twice – to this independent who has no need for labels who just wants the Truth no matter how much my belief systems get dismantled and blown up. The need to know the truth grows while the part of me that clings to narratives and old stuff, stories, etc. withers. Good riddance to that burden being released from my body.
More than ANYTHING – I want to feel Connected to my community. I want to feel CONNECTION. I want to feel I BELONG. And mostly I want to feel SAFE in being ME. Feeling SAFE = Peace of Mind. And I do not have that here where I am. As I focus more within and truly heal – the more my need to find where I belong – wherever that is – my body speaks to me, heart and Soul. I’ve entered another space where isolation, quiet and questioning are priority. Doing some revisiting of pictures, I’m pretty sure no one in the Trump family is the original person(s). Late last night, I was nudged to do some things online that I decided to keep to myself. It had to do with SKY EVENT but then lead to John Kennedy and the whole “ALL WILL BE REVEALED”. It was a moment of synchronicity considering last week I was guided to remember the dream I had of him with the calendar and the whole “ALL WILL BE REVEALED” by that particular date. When I saw this my first thought was “What operation? Military operation? The Republican congresswoman who’s leading a task force on the declassification of JFK and other assassination files made a sensational claim on Friday evening, stating that NBC News possesses film evidence proving that Lee Harvey Oswald could not have shot Kennedy — and that she’s now working to obtain it.
Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna made the jarring allegation in an interview with Jesse Watters on Fox News. Luna is chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, a subcommittee of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. She told Watters that the task force will be holding an April 1 hearing on the tens of thousands of documents that have been declassified pursuant to President Trump’s executive order and a 1992 act of Congress.
She has “asked” NBC News to hand over the tape. Now who here thinks that will be met with resistance? Perhaps it’s time to make some phone calls?
Luna has been elevated by House Republicans to lead the House Oversight Committee’s “Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets,” and said she would be asking NBC to turn over this alleged video.

From 3 months ago. I feel we’re right here with what she said at the end – although I still feeeeeel and see this wax and wane. Some days there is so much coming out – other days – the slug fest is on screen.
When triggered – and who doesn’t get triggered – a little bit of effective, somatic-based refocus not only stops the mind chatter and body activation, but with practice, this will re-wire the brain, making new neuropathways. Give this a try next time you are triggered:
Pause when you notice the activation in the body and mind.
Breathe – slowly – a few times. In through the nose, out through the mouth. The idea is to slooooow down what’s happening with your body and mind. Sometimes it helps to look in the mirror if you happen to exit to the bathroom in those situations. Encourage yourself – reassure yourself. It can also help to move the body – again slowly – to release the energy.
Ground. Focus on your feet being firmly planted where you are.
Validate how you are feeling but:
This is important: Do not engage with your own self-triggered talk. The key here is to step away from that automatic reactionary response so you can instead respond from a place of being in your own Power. You are in control – in the present moment.
I found that by moving my body – again slowly – to be quite helpful when I am triggered. I used to think I was in a space of effective healthy self control when I would walk away and pound away on something or scream. Not that there’s anything wrong with this approach – it just won’t effectively help in healing the mind and body. So while it may feel like a release, if your focus like mine is to release trauma AND to re-wire the brain – this option isn’t useful and only re-traumatizes the body.
And who has not had enough of THAT.
But now and then wailing away on a pillow with that big walking stick or shoveling a few spoonfuls of dutch chocolate ice cream into the mouth – well that does seem to bring some momentary relief for that inner child/teenager.
Always learning and forming new habits. Fall off the wagon (I have metaphoric bruises to show for this)? Brush yourself off, remind yourself what an awesome human you are, give yourself a “YOU GOT THIS YOU CAN DO THIS” because you are WORTHY of the awesome – and keep going. Healing is like that. And falling off or struggling doesn’t indicate you aren’t healing.
Now all that said let’s bring in this New World where healing happens EASILY in an instant and there are ZERO controllers throwing poisons our way – where the demons are gone, and no one seeks to harm another. EVER. And if there is pay to live, there’s so much to go around, we are all free to do the things we want and need without ANY impingements.
