Terran Cognito ~ Update from Heather

i continue to see this powerful soul and all others free of this criminal enslavement system…

Update from Heather 5/7/2018

Heather filed two documents yesterday.

Doc 176 (click on the link for the  doc) STANDING DUE PRAECIPE, DECLARATIONS OF DUE CAUSE AND COMMAND TO FORTHWITH COMPLY, AND WITH NOTICE OF INTENT TO ORDER FINAL CALL ON ALL LEDGERS, WITH IMMEDIATE CLOSURES

Doc 175 (click on the link for the doc) LIMITED DUE ACCEPTANCE FOR SOLE PURPOSE OF EVIDENCE OF ACTS OF DONE BY FOREIGN AGENTS AND FOREIGN ACTORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CORRUPTION, SUBVERSION, COLLUSION, FRAUD, TREASON, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, SLAVERY, BREACH OF THE PEACE, AND OTHER HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES.  This document is the transcript of the January 23, 2018 Jury hearing, which was missing from the official record.

Doc 176 had an error upon filing yesterday, was a duplicate of Doc 175, but elbow counsel quickly corrected that once we notified him of the error.  We don’t know the cause of the error (court clerk?) but the important thing is that it was fixed promptly.

Doc 174 and Doc 173 were filed earlier.   Doc 174 is Transcript of the DC Removal Hearing which was not on the Knoxville record.  Doc 173 is the Tennessee Grand Jury Testimony of Parker Still along with the FBI 302s.

Heather sent me this note below this morning, I’m posting these accounts as we track the odd little things in the Knox County Jail so there’s a record in public view.  The women seemed to get locked down a lot more than the men. When there’s a shortage of male guards, the female guards are moved into control console positions and the male guards are moved into the male side of the prisons.  The female inmates are locked down during this for days at a time, due to “lack of staff”.  The resigning female guards quit and the reasons they give to inamtes are they don’t like how they are told to treat the female prisoners.  So this staff shortage is management attitude issue.

Just because someone has a colored jumpsuit doesn’t suddenly make them non-human.  There are plenty of people in there who shouldn’t be in there at all.  Tennessee is an ostensibly Christian state, and the scriptures remind its believers to treat prisoners the same way they’d treat Jesus. Prisoners, widows, orphans are all to be treated with respect. A human being is known by how they treat those in unfortunate circumstances.

Heather remains in good cheer, as always, in face of continual lock downs, random searches of her cell, and missing email communications.   She knows this will be resolved, one way or another. As it flows.

soooooooo……. our cell has been searched twice in a week, plus another check by corp. thornbury… a supervisor and officer osterman tossed it the night before last… and i was told officer osterman was hand picked to search my cell with the supervisor (not sure if he was a corp, lt. , sgt. , etc. ), although the inmates reported that it was the supervisor doing the cell search, while osterman stood at the door, lol

cell searches are supposed to be random

my cellmate, amber, came back to our cell at lockdown tonight reporting that she was up at the desk while the new pod officer was speaking with inmates about cell searches and how they were random… amber, asked why we were searched twice in less than two weeks if it was supposed to be random….pod officer laughed and said that was because they are trying to catch me with things i shouldn’t have… she asked how amber liked having me as a cellmate, and she told her i was awesome (i think amber is still overjoyed because she kicked me bum in our most recent UNO tourney lol! )…pod officer apparently responded that i seem pretty cool

when amber recounted all to me, i told her i am aware of the “facilities” orders they have been given (and the exposures that results/resulted for them in re to dirty fbi, doj, varlan, etc. , from our sting operation… and other past instances… to their already existing corruption and fraud)… i told amber if they find anything, it’s because the facility’s employees will have planted it… i search my cells multiple times a day (unless we have been in lockdown), especialy when i have cellmates… no offense to my cellmates… “awareness” is the best form of prevention for everyone!

this was same day, and right after, “women inmates’ discrimination class action lawsuits discussion”

bye-bye “prison bonds”!…. and my condolences to china, the largest prison bond buyer

5 Stories You Missed While The Media Was Obsessing Over Michelle Wolf’s Speech

STAFF NEWS & ANALYSIS
5 Stories You Missed While The Media Was Obsessing Over Michelle Wolf’s Speech
By Rachel Blevins – May 02, 2018

The name “Michelle Wolf” has dominated headlines and has become the talk of the mainstream media following the comedian’s speech roasting the Trump Administration at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday. While everyone seems to have an opinion on Wolf’s comments, the fact is that the debate has served as the perfect distraction from several incredibly important news stories from the around the world.

Here are five stories you may have missed while the media was obsessing over Michelle Wolf’s speech:

1. Military-industrial complex stocks crashed in response to a historic peace deal between North and South Korea

The leaders of North and South Korea reached a historic peace deal this week when they met in person for the first time and agreed to pursue an end to the Korean War. It signaled an incredible breakthrough in diplomacy that also sent the stocks of defense contractors in the United States crashing.

The same stocks that skyrocketed after Trump vowed to meet North Korea with “fire and fury like the world has never seen” in August 2017, fell significantly at the prospect of peace in Korea. Following the meeting, the five largest defense contractors in the U.S. lost more than $10 billion in value. Lockheed Martin (LMT) fell 2.5 percent, Northrop Grumman (NOC) fell 3.4 percent, General Dynamics (GD) fell 3.8 percent, and Boeing (BA) fell less than 1 percent.

2. The same people who begged for universal healthcare to save dying babies stayed silent as the UK government killed Baby Alfie

Alfie Evans, a 23-month-old boy with a rare degenerative neurological condition, died this weekend after he was taken off life support and he survived for more than four days without food or water, following orders from the UK government to end his life. Despite the fact that his family appealed every court decision, and even obtained Italian citizenship for Alfie so that they could secure extended treatment, he was still sentenced to die.

Unfortunately, this system is championed by many who claim that government should be in charge of medicine. For example, talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel delivered an emotional monologue last year about his new son, who was born with severe heart defects requiring emergency surgery. He used his experience to urge Americans to support state-run healthcare, yet he remained eerily silent when the same system he promoted was responsible for the death of Baby Alfie.

#ALFIESARMY@Alfiesarmy16

It’s with the heaviest of hearts we have to announce Alfie gained his Angel wings at 2.30am this morning..Please continue to show your love & support to Tom & Kate.. We love you Alfie 💜💙💜💙

3. The police officers responsible for breaking into an innocent man’s home and shocking him with a Taser 18 times while he was in the shower, will face no charges for his death.

Officers Michael Rohleder and Anthony Munoz reportedly responded to a 911 call about a disturbance, and when they arrived at the location, they broke into the apartment and found Adam Trammell, 22, taking a shower. Trammell suffered from schizophrenia, and when police ripped open the shower curtain and started calling him “Brandon,” he did not answer right away because that was not his name and he was confused.

The officers responded by shocking Trammell with a Taser at least 18 times while he lay naked and helpless on the floor of his shower. He spent his last moments of consciousness in agonizing pain while vomiting profusely before his body went into distress and he died.

Not only did the officers not face charges, but the district attorney claimed there was no basis to conclusively link the death of Trammell to the officers’ actions.

Warning, the video below is extremely graphic.

4. Israeli soldiers executed three Palestinians in one day for the crime of standing too close to the Gaza border fence

Nearly 50 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli Defense Forces in the last six weeks, according to statistics from the Gaza Ministry of Health. That number increased by three in just one day when three men were shot and killed in two separate incidents on Sunday.

The three men were among many who have been killed by the IDF soldiers who later claimed that they opened fire because the suspects “attempted to infiltrate” the Israel-Gaza border. However, a video was leaked earlier this month that showed multiple Israeli men celebrating after a sniper targeted and shot a non-threatening man who was standing in a field on the other side of their border fence.

5. Seattle has become the latest city to give a second chance to citizens who have been convicted of marijuana possession by clearing their criminal convictions

Washington became one of the first states to legalize recreational marijuana in 2012, and the city of Seattle is now working to give its citizens a second chance by clearing decades of marijuana possession convictions.

Officials filed a motion in municipal court that will vacate—retroactively void—all misdemeanor marijuana convictions in the city. In a statement, Mayor Jenny Durkan said the request would affect 542 people, and that she sees this move as an important step to right the wrongs [of] the failed war on drugs.”

Cannabis legalization in California also brought about the hope that as many as nearly half a million people who have been labeled as felons for possessing a plant, could also have their cannabis convictions cleared.

The Vision Alignment Project

A Vision for Home

We see a world where everyone who chooses it for themselves gets to go home; where those whose home is focalized in the loving arms of God, get to go there; where those who resonate with planets and places among the stars, get to go there; where those who have a country and family ties in a certain area, get to go there; and where those who have a particular piece of land here on Earth that feels like home to them, get to go there and stay for as long as they like.

And for those who do not have a home, or a place to sleep for the night, or the love of family and friends to share good times with, we see them finding a special spot on this Earth that becomes a home where they can be happy, warm, safe and at peace. For these wanderers we envision them locating that special place and truly feeling and understanding that which is meant by the word “home.”

President Donald J. Trump Proclaims May 1, 2018, as Law Day, U.S.A.

editor’s note:  i am sharing this as one of those “allegedly” intel drops.  i was told that (allegedly) the reason for Q’s drop on “MOAB” was in reference to the ancient Moab tribe from Jordan and that Obama was hiding there and has been captured.  if true how appropriate for DJT to proclaim tomorrow, May Day, (Happy May Day) as “Law Day”…  Obviously not the first president to honor this day as such, however there is something to be said for this:  “On this 60th annual observance of Law Day, let us rededicate ourselves to the rule of law as the best means to secure, as the Preamble to our Constitution so wisely states, “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”’

***

On Law Day, we celebrate our Nation’s heritage of liberty, justice, and equality under the law.  This heritage is embodied most powerfully in our Constitution, the longest surviving document of its kind.  The Constitution established a unique structure of government that has ensured to our country the blessings of liberty through law for nearly 229 years.

The Framers of our Constitution created a government with distinct and independent branches — the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial — because they recognized the risks of concentrating power in one authority.  As James Madison wrote, “the accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands . . . may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”  By separating the powers of government into three co-equal branches and giving each branch certain powers to check the others, the Constitution provides a framework in which the rule of law has flourished.

The importance of the rule of law can be seen throughout our Nation’s history.  This year marks the 150th anniversary of the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment to our Constitution.  The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits States from denying persons the equal protection of the laws or depriving them of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.  The commitment to the rule of law that led the country to ratify that Amendment was no less powerful than the commitment to the rule of law that led the country to ratify the original Constitution.

That commitment to the rule of law lives on today.  It drives the debates we see around the country about the growth of the administrative state and regulatory authority, and about the unfortunate trend of district court rulings that exceed traditional limits on the judicial power.  We also see that commitment in the people’s demand that their representatives comply with the Constitution, and in the Representatives and Senators themselves who take seriously their oaths to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower first commemorated Law Day in 1958 to celebrate our Nation’s roots in the principles of liberty and guaranteed fundamental rights of individual citizens under the law.  Law Day recognizes that we govern ourselves in accordance with the rule of law rather according to the whims of an elite few or the dictates of collective will.  Through law, we have ensured liberty.  We should not, and do not, take that success for granted.  On this 60th annual observance of Law Day, let us rededicate ourselves to the rule of law as the best means to secure, as the Preamble to our Constitution so wisely states, “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, in accordance with Public Law 87–20, as amended, do hereby proclaim May 1, 2018, as Law Day, U.S.A.  I urge all Americans, including government officials, to observe this day by reflecting upon the importance of the rule of law in our Nation and displaying the flag of the United States in support of this national observance; and I especially urge the legal profession, the press, and the radio, television, and media industries to promote and to participate in the observance of this day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of April, in the year of our Lord two thousand eighteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-second.

DONALD J. TRUMP
