Missing 13th Amendment Found: “No Lawyers In Public Office”

The information contained in the article below contains stunning revelations that the entire U.S. congress should be deemed illegitimate, after evidence that a clandestine plot to alter the U.S. Constitution has now emerged.

In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine.

By chance, they discovered the library’s oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment’s language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this “missing” 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government. So began a seven year, nationwide search for the truth surrounding the most bizarre Constitutional puzzle in American history — the unlawful removal of a ratified Amendment from the Constitution of the United States.

Since 1983, Dodge and Dunn have uncovered additional copies of the Constitution with the “missing” 13th Amendment printed in at least eighteen separate publications by ten different states and territories over four decades from 1822 to 1860. In June of this year (1991), Dodge uncovered the evidence that this missing 13th Amendment had indeed been lawfully ratified by the state of Virginia and was therefore an authentic Amendment to the American Constitution. If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from the U.S. Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous.

The story of this “missing” Amendment is complex and at times confusing because the political issues and vocabulary of the American Revolution were different from our own. However, there are essentially two issues: What does the Amendment mean? and, Was the Amendment ratified? Before we consider the issue of ratification, we should first understand the Amendment’s meaning and consequent current relevance.

MEANING of the 13th Amendment

The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the “title of nobility” Amendment) seems obscure; unimportant. The references to “nobility,” “honour,” “emperor,” “king,” and “prince,” lead us to dismiss this Amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. The U.S. modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, make anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored.

Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, “titles of nobility” were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787);

Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional “title of nobility” amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819. Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in “titles of nobility” and “honors” that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited “titles of nobility” several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though “titles of nobility” were already prohibited by the Constitution), it’s obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.

Open Letter To Meryl Streep From Randy Quaid

 

Dear Meryl,

I empathize with your heartbreak concerning the results of the recent election. Losing is never easy, especially in the face of certain victory reported by fake news.

But please, you just worked with Hugh Grant, probably the biggest victim and advocate, other than me, concerning false, faked media stories. It’s hard to believe that you never talked to him about the Leveson inquiry in Great Britain that dealt with government / media corruption and its victims. If you did, it seems to have had no effect on you. Thus far you’ve been able to stand outside the harsh reality of what Hugh, Sienna Miller and myself, and many other actors and people have suffered at the hands of false media stories directed at us to promote and profit the corporate agenda. The good news is that the American people have finally found their voice concerning corporate agenda’s control and corruption of our news feeds and political results. As artists, that’s what we all should be celebrating. (The Obama administration squashed a similar inquiry into news media corruption that was intended to cross the pond targeting Rupert Murdoch and News Corp.)

The reason you are heartbroken is not because Hillary lost. She was always a lost cause. The reason you’re heartbroken is because you and many other celebrities who share your beliefs realized on November 8th that the corporate media agenda has failed you and you failed it, even as corporate tyranny inversely failed the American people by twisting perception and manipulating public opinion with lies and deception in an attempt to lure voters to the corporate’s candidate. The biggest shocker, however, was the realization that your collective and individual voices really don’t matter , that the majority of your audience voted against you. Your fans realize that the problems facing this country are big. They realize that it’s all about trust, and the American people don’t like being lied to by NBC and CNN, you or anybody else.

You stated in your speech that “when the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.” So true. So why not attack the bullies that run the entertainment news conglomerates. Why not speak in support of their victims. You’ve got bullying galore going on right in front of you, but either you’re pointedly ignoring it or you just don’t have a clue. How nice it must be not to have a breath of fake negative press ever written about you, or lies manufactured against you by dishonest media attacking your character, your spouse, and your career. How warm and fuzzy not to have your home stolen from you by a Warner Bros executive using a forged deed created in the prop house then publicly denigrating and embarrassing you by having you falsely arrested to cover up his crime. How fortunate you are that lucrative contracts have not been cancelled and looted due to the media condemning you with lies and misrepresentations from “anonymous sources”. And I don’t see your passport being illegally revoked by Hillary Clinton’s state department in the service of a corrupt judicial system taking pay offs from Time Warner. When all of these things happened to me, no one in Hollywood, including you, came to my side. Forty years in the business and not one brave soul stepped forward to put in a good word affirming my professionalism and character.

You are fortunate that you have been shielded from this type of muckraking, that executives at studios you’ve made millions for haven’t stolen your home and junk bonded you. You’ve been fluffed your whole career. I know how that goes; it’s great as long as you oblige them, but call them out for stealing and lying and they bring in their news arm along with a detective who also happens to moonlight for TMZ, hired to drum up enough false evidence against you to sustain fake news stories created to destroy you. Or they cast you as the lead in a musical where they falsely accuse you of multiple idiotic acts that are actually the traits of the character you’re playing. Then they publicize their atrocities in the NY Post, telling the world what a depraved creature you are and how the show had to close because of you, when all along your were getting standing ovations at every performance. I truly hope you don’t wake up one day to find fake news blogs accusing you of groping 32 men on a film set like they did my wife.

It’s time Meryl, that you stopped parroting all of that corporate blather about Trump, and spoke the truth; and/or talk with your co-star, Hugh Grant or Sienna Miller. They’ve got horror stories of their own to relate. The American electoral system has spoken louder than anything you could possibly say in your best voice and microphone. Defending the lies of corporate stiffs does not become you; no matter how eloquently you articulate them, the truth will always show you up with the American people.

You have it all: awards, great reviews, fluff pieces falling off the magazine shelves, but if I got praise heaped on me ten stories high 24/7 for everything I did without questioning motive, I too might absorb a crippled viewpoint about myself, my power and its use. And maybe I would question why I was being built up, for what reason do the powers cast me in films reviewed by critics working for those same powers who also produce award shows and promote candidates for the White House.

Ironically, I suspect that you would agree with Trump when he calls you an “overrated” actress. In your heart of hearts, as good as you are, you have to know there’s truth to what he says. There is always truth to what he says.

Personally and professionally, I would be honored to work with you on any project to fix your broken heart through art, and perhaps you can help me to fix mine, and perhaps together we can entertain and fix America’s broken heart.

CNN: Feds actively investigating Clinton Foundation

(CNN) – Federal authorities are actively investigating allegations of corruption related to the Clinton Foundation, the charity of Bill and Hillary Clinton, according to a US official briefed on the matter.

The FBI and federal prosecutors are looking into whether donors to the foundation were improperly promised policy favors or special access to Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state in exchange for donations to the charity’s coffers, as well as whether tax-exempt funds were misused, the official said.
The investigation, led by the FBI field office in Little Rock, Arkansas, is being overseen by the US attorney’s office in the state, according to the source.
The inquiry was first reported by the The Hill, which cited law enforcement sources and a witness who was interviewed.
It’s unclear precisely what, if any, new evidence ignited the current federal investigation, after initial inquiries had stalled prior to the 2016 election.

A Mighty Girl

For 20 years, Romanian psychologist Iana Matei has rescued hundreds of girls and young women from sex traffickers — a mission she embraced after a chance encounter with three young trafficked girls in 1998. The local police asked if she could provide clothing for several “prostitutes” being held at the station; there, she discovered three terrified girls in their early teens covered in bruises and dressed in skimpy clothing. She was shocked when a child protection official told her, “I cannot put these whores in an orphanage because they will set a bad example for the other children.” Determined to find a way to help the girls and others like them, she opened Romania’s first shelter for sex trafficking victims that week. Since then, she has opened multiple shelters as part of her non-profit Reaching Out Romania and helped approximately 470 young survivors of trafficking start a new life — often rescuing them directly from the traffickers herself. “I don’t know if I am courageous, but I do know that I am angry,” Matei says. “I’m angry at the people who do this, who beat up a young girl, rape her and force her into prostitution so she’ll be traumatized for life. And I’m angry at society for turning a blind eye. It’s so unjust.”

Romania has the highest reported rate of trafficking in the European Union, and girls and women sold into the sex trade make up the majority of victims. The problem exploded in the late 1990s with the wars in the Balkans, which provided both vulnerable populations and a network to “distribute” trafficked girls. “Human traffickers had the networks of arms smugglers and drug traffickers. But selling humans proved to be much more profitable,” Matei reflects. “You can sell a gun only once, but a girl, you can sell her a thousand times. Depending on how long she lasts, of course.” In recent years, Matei says the victims are getting younger. “You’ll find nine-year-old girls working the streets,” she says. “The traffickers put make-up on their faces and dress them up provocatively. But you can still see that they are very, very young.”

When Matei set up her first shelter in Pitesti, she gave up a comfortable life in Australia, where she had lived for nearly a decade, so that she could live in a rented apartment with the first girls she rescued. Charitable donations allowed her to hire social workers and provide other resources to help the traumatized girls recover and resume regular childhood activities — including school and arts and crafts, which Matei explains “keep them from thinking too much.” Integrating the girls back into society is a challenge, Matei says, because “the hardest thing is to change the mentality of the people… In the village, my girls are called names. Once a girl has been in prostitution, the people here don’t want to have anything to do with her. No matter if the girl was forced or if she is underage — she’s just a filthy prostitute, they’ll say. But how on earth can you call an abused 13-year-old girl a prostitute?”

As Reaching Out Romania has grown, however, attitudes have started to shift, and now many of the girls are referred to Matei by police, other NGOs, or the Child Protection Department. Once there, Matei and her colleagues provide counseling and set up an individual plan for each girl, with a focus on developing education and other skills. “These girls often have absolutely no life skills; they don’t know how to do anything,” explains Matei. “Their story is always the same: They come from extremely dysfunctional families where they have suffered all kinds of violence and emotional abuse.”

Even as more girls are referred to her by organizations, Matei — who was named the 2010 European of the Year — is still more than willing to “kidnap” girls right out from under their traffickers’ noses. “It’s dangerous because anything can happen. But, on the other hand, the traffickers don’t expect you to challenge them. They know everyone is afraid of them, so they’re not vigilant. Whenever I kidnap one of their girls, they are in shock,” she says with a smile. But she keeps most details about her direct rescues to herself: “We always plan these rescue operations carefully, but I don’t want to give you too much information because I want to save more girls in the future.”

Attorney General Sessions Appoints 17 Current and Former Federal Prosecutors as Interim U.S. Attorneys

 

Ok people, this is huge.  Perhaps related to all of these indictments? Hmmm…  First, “interim” is defined as temporary.  And now of all times?  I have done some research on some of these attorneys and below are the results of what I learned.  All of these appointments are effective January 5, 2018.

  1. Shawn Anderson ~ “Anderson has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, including cases involving murder, kidnaping, narcotics, crimes against children,”
  2. Geoffrey S. Berman ~ “Geoffrey S. Berman, shareholder in the New York and New Jersey offices of Greenberg Traurig, has more than 30 years of legal experience in both the government and private sectors. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and criminal and regulatory investigations…”
  3. Gregory Booker ~“For the past 18 years, Gregory Brooker has ably represented the people of Minnesota as a leader in the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” said Attorney General Sessions. “He has invaluable experience both in private practice and as a federal prosecutor. He has put fraudsters and other criminals behind bars. I am confident that he will make an excellent Interim U.S. Attorney for Minnesota, and I am pleased to appoint him today.”
  4. Craig Carpenito ~ “During his tenure in the government, Craig was primarily responsible for several high-profile investigations, enforcement proceedings and trials, including:  The successful prosecution of the chairman of Cendant for his participation in a securities fraud conspiracy that resulted in a $14 billion loss to shareholders (U.S. v. Walter Forbes).  The investigation and successful prosecution of numerous insider trading cases, including the successful prosecution of a former Cirrus Logic director (U.S. v. Alfred Teo, Sr.) and a successful civil enforcement proceeding against a former director of Interstate Bakeries Corp. (SEC v. E. Garrett Bewkes, et al.).”
  5. Stephen Dambruch ~ “For decades, Stephen Dambruch has prosecuted criminals in Rhode Island,” said Attorney General Sessions.  “He has successfully taken illegal guns and drugs off of our streets, and has worked significant public corruption matters.  As Interim U.S. Attorney for Rhode Island, he will continue to have a positive impact on the community. … leading coordinated federal, state and local law enforcement efforts to address the opioid crisis across Rhode Island.”
  6. Richard Donoghue ~ “Among the cases he investigated and prosecuted were MS-13 racketeering cases and other violent crime, white collar crime, public integrity offenses and drug trafficking.”
  7. Dayle Elieson ~ “Dayle Elieson has served this Department for more than 15 years and has prosecuted criminals for more than 20 years,” said Attorney General Sessions. “At the federal level, she has successfully taken on fraudsters, money launderers, and terrorists. She is experienced, highly respected, and she will be an excellent leader as Interim U.S. Attorney for Nevada.”
  8. Duane Evans ~ “For nearly two decades as a prosecutor, Duane Evans has worked tirelessly to take on public corruption, drug trafficking, and racketeering,” Sessions said in a statement
