Workers from more than 40 charity organizations exploited refugee children and women in West Africa by trading food for sex, according to a leaked report — that the United Nations has known about for 16 years.

The disturbing scandal is laid out in an 84-page report produced in 2001 by researchers for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Save the Children working at refugee camps in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

The report was handed over to the UNHCR in 2002 but only a summary of the allegations was published.

Identified in it are 40 organizations “whose workers are alleged to be in sexually exploitative relationships with refugee children,” according to The Times in the UK, which obtained a copy of the full report.

Aid workers were “among the prime sexual exploiters of refugee children, often using the very humanitarian assistance and services intended to benefit refugees as a tool of exploitation.”

They allegedly traded basic needs — like food, oil, access to education and plastic sheeting for shelters — for sex.

Women at a camp in Guinea told the researchers, “In this community, no one can get corn soya blend without having sex first. They say, ‘A kilo for sex,’” the Sun reported.

I envision the breathtaking beauty of our auras glowing with rainbow light as the divine within each of us recognizes and honors the divine within others. I envision a world of such love that we see one another’s beauty and delight in the sharing of our gifts. The diamond-like, radiant core of our beings becomes brighter, still, as we openly witness the awakening, opening, and expanding of heart spaces throughout the Universe. Deep within my spirit I see and feel the utter joy of being in LOVE with life.

One of the things I began to learn when I started to study the Sabian Symbols is that the evil wizards imprinted the words of the symbols to create a sort of story board for a world I did not and do not consent to living in.

I’m what has been referred to as a ‘seer’ by some, which means, I see.

I could clearly see what they were doing.

The more I learned about language, the more frightening it became.

Especially when the symbols were translated into other languages.

Art’s curiosity finally got the best of him. “I really want to know what the evil wizards have been up to. I know some, of course. They used the symbols to dictate life on earth – but how did it all work?”

Hap looked to Blue, who paused to consider before he began…

“The short story is the original codes, the Legend of the Three, were intended to be used to create a Reality Based On the Light.

The evil wizards hijacked the codes and distorted them to create a matrix of algorithms they used as a tool for mind control through a system of artificial intelligence that works in reverse of what was initially intended.”

“Fear instead of Love?” Art asked.

“Pretty much,” Blue answered. “Because they have not been capable of love, nor willing to be, they have not been self-sustaining. They created the false matrix so to siphon our energy.

It’s hard to imagine, but they have been literally feeding off of our fear, guilt, grief, shame, anger, and all the other negative energies born of fear.

It became a vicious cycle and as technology advanced, so too did their means to harvest the energy of earth – and all life on the planet. They feed on pain and suffering.”

“Are you talking about loosh?” 

“Loosh is evil wizard food. Yes.” Blue didn’t sugar coat it.

Art could see it and he was receiving images as Blue talked.

The evil wizards bred fear, fed on the energy, and used it to create more of the same – and worse. They used our fears, often propagated through false news in the media, to incite anger and create division.

“Scarlett talked about ‘loops’ when we were on Christmas Island, and how the evil wizards imprinted certain symbols to create repeating patterns of low vibrations they could use to further their agenda.

She mentioned certain symbols that were almost always in play when they carried out horrible events. Like shootings at schools, bombings at certain types of locations, and terrorist attacks – all kinds of evil deeds.

In fact, she said they planned events far in advance so they would coincide with the time those specific symbols would be activated by particular planets.

Some of them didn’t even make sense, but I guess the evil wizards used them to enslave people. I remember one had to do with drunk chickens. When I asked her about it, Scarlett said the evil wizards manipulated the energy to influence cycles of addictive behavior.

As if a chicken would really get drunk. Chickens flap their wings and fly!”

“Yes. They do,” Blue agreed. He knew the what Art was referring to and hoped he would never know the whole ugly truth.

Right after I posted my first blog, in which I mentioned ‘words are like spells,’ or something to that effect, I found an article that spelled it out.

 “Words are energetic symbols and the representation we use to connect and to process our own reality.  Words and conversations are alive, dynamic, interactive and impactful.  

They allow us to shape reality, mind-sets, outcomes and to experience a shared reality.

Words allow us to build trust or break it, divide and conquer, bring us together or tear us apart.”

When I started to study language and translated some of the old, no longer in use, Sabian Symbols in other languages the results were frightening.

Just as the evil wizards intended, no doubt.

But that part of our story is over now that the Sabian Symbols are enlightened, and it’s because of the power of love that they translate well no matter the language.

Some Thoughts of What is Going on With Our Magnetosphere

Pamela Johnson Amanda, this is our AMazing Miracle. Neither the Schumann or solar activity are anywhere close to the energy WE ARE feeling today. I have to say, my guidance was pretty insistent that I focus on researching Tachyons BEcause that is what I BElieve WE ARE seeing infiltrate our Magnetosphere since the BEginning of June. And it has reached our Poles. I only saw this once BEfore in 2013 and that might have been an aborted ascension attempt. I will use the graphs from last night so you can clearly see what I AM talking about. It is the Violet spectrum of low density atoms that I BElieve are Tachyons. I am really no expert by any stretch of the imagination. I just have studied spaceweather for two decades and this is the most scientific/spiritual explanation for what WE ARE experiencing. They say Tachyons cause quantum healing to the body and increase psychic abilities. All of the same affects WE’ve been told the ‘Event’ are supposed to have on us. And it is happening. WE feel it! Remember, Earth is the white dot inside the black circle to the far right. I posted several research papers on my page, under a similar graph a couple of days ago.

Pamela Johnson Amanda, this is the graph of just the Earth. Note all the Violet surrounding our planet @ 2am this morning. Tachyons are ‘theorized’ to be subatomic particles faster than the speed of Light and they go straight through everything. You could be in a bomb shelter and still get Tachyonized!

QHHT Message About The Event ~ It’s Coming This Month

 

editor’s note:  this comes from a private group i belong to on the event.  just posted 15 minutes ago.  major chills reading this……i have had the feeeeeeeeeeeel for awhile now that the event coincides w/the government exposure and arrests/indictments.  i have had the feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel the best way for people to accept the full disclosure of what is being released (i see it like a leaking pool that cannot be contained any longer) ~ is to have the awakening wave event.  (i also saw the “wave” as coming from the ESE….daily now i intend throughout the day to pop the net/bubble and let it come in)……two that i know and speak with quite regularly are seeing the white fog/light now…..so uh there you go!  [wp-svg-icons icon=”grin” wrap=”i”]

BRAND NEW EVENT QHHT SESSION AND TWO DREAMS!!!

Ready or not HERE IT COMES!!! I KNOW this because I REMEMBER it!! My memories of who I AM, who WE ALL ARE are all coming back. We are LOVE!!!! It’s just days away…….The RAINBOW WAVE OF LOVE………

My EVENT experience via my QHHT Session: QHHT session begins with a painful past life experience that I had been holding on to during this life and the cause of much of my pain here. After leaving that life and working through that pain my higher self randomly begins to sing Bob Marley “Don’t worry about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be all right..” then proceeds to say “There is a Rainbow wave of LOVE coming…..June 2018!!” I am then taken to my home. I am standing at the front door of my home in Austin, TX and I see it coming in from the East. It’s PINK with hints of yellow and it’s moving slowly. I start to burst in to tears of gratitude that is it FINALLY HERE!!! Sobbing tears of relief and just saying it’s finally here over and over again! The energy is AMAZING!! I am in utter bliss! My QHHT practitioner asks me what I am seeing and as I look around all I can see is my turquoise couch but wait…….I am ABOVE it!!! I AM FLOATING ABOVE IT!!! Holy cow I’m floating!!! I then see a beautiful white wolf perched in a tree in my front yard just staring at me. It was amazing!! I also noticed my neighbors coming outside and staring at the sky with their mouths wide open. Not scared just in awe.

Saturday morning my husband (twin flame) and I had tandem dreams about the event/government/cabal takedown happening this week. I awoke once repeating our anniversary date 9-11-09 over and over again. I now realize it was telling me to mirror it. Which makes it 6–11. Tomorrow. Meaning this takedown is starting on 6-11-18.

My dream: I dreamed that I bought a Hollister store (I have never shopped there so very random) and it was right outside of Nordstrom at the mall in Austin (not where it actually is). I made sure the store was completely different from a normal hollister store. It was bright with light and did not smell of strong fragrance. I was working in there alone and suddenly noticed a mother/father/son trio walking in the front door carrying very large leather bags. They were coming to rob the store. The mother was wearing a black wig and sunglasses. I ran out of the store yelling for security and as the security guards came around the corner they started falling off of segways, bumping in to each other and tripping and falling over and over again. Rendering themselves completely ineffective. Then suddenly I woke up singing a line from the Better than Ezra song “King of New Orleans”

So set him up
Then let him fall
Turn him over in your hands
God save the king of New Orleans…

Meanwhile……. My husband is laying next to me having THIS DREAM:

He is driving down the street in an old neighborhood that we used to live in when suddenly he sees police cars everywhere and the thing he notices is that they are all looking very confused and telling people they have it under control when they are obviously have no clue what is happening and have zero control of anything. Then he looks up in the sky and sees a huge holographic BOMB that spells out MOAB(mother of all BOMBS)!!!!! It is then that he realizes it is HAPPENING!!

The Event directly coincides with the government takedown! We made it! It’s here!! Get ready for the most exciting time of your lives!!!

Interesting Post on the 3/6/9

 

editor’s note:  i found this one quite interesting.  last year i read some info on how the frequencies of the 3/6/9 were hijacked – infiltrated.  this has bothered me ever since for as long as i can remember, i have had a natural infinity for triangle’s and the 3/6/9.  i can feel into the truth of this message.  what was once light, only to be hijacked, is now restored to it’s energy of truth.  purity.  Divine.

Being told a New
3-6-9 patterning is being established.
Old concept defunct.
Not sure quite yet I’m this meaning.
But I’m feeling that old conceptual belief of said programming was infiltrated, giving equation an energetic distortion.

New 5D Relationships

While living in the 3D Matrix, an entirely distorted reality dominates the collective consciousness perpetuating human ‘halves’; men and women seeking to unite and merge with each other to become whole again. Men who have yet to integrate all their yin energy are deficient and plugging into women’s sexual energy. Women who are deficient in yang energy are dependent on men for more masculine energy. The 3D relationship is outward seeking, parasitic and taking energy from others. This is not a system that supports human bonding or trust…far from it!

3D relationships are driven by dependency and controlling the other person…leading to fears of loss, repressed expression and deep-seeded resentments. This is a ‘lack program’, creating separation, loneliness and yearning for someone to ‘complete’ us. 3D relationships do not sustain healthy intimacy when both individuals are needy, desperate, lonely and empty inside. Relating in Duality is outdated and dysfunctional. Humanity needs to evolve into 5D relationships of harmony and collaboration – to relate to each other as whole, integrated Beings that enhances loving connection, personal growth, authentic expression and joyous fulfillment.

As we ascend into higher consciousness, we shift our focus and awareness to relating in the Now! It requires being Present, conscious, paying attention, listening, expressing your truth, offering support, allowing and honoring. It does not involve controlling, demanding, judging, criticizing, reacting, manipulating, or over-powering others. It does not include taking energy from others.

A Vision for Our Neighborhoods

Our Vision for today was sent in by Peggy Covert – and we can see it manifesting, even now as we speak. Thank you very much for sharing it with us, Peggy!

We see a world where the Adopt a Neighborhood Program has been accepted and implemented universally. This program involves those with resources, contacts and reputation sponsoring an area or neighborhood. The sponsoring involves personally helping to coordinate and support established organizations. These might include such things as food banks, youth centers and other organizations already focused on helping to encourage change and improvement of life style. This includes such things as building and home repairs, neighborhood cleanup, community gardens, job training and placement as well as support of small businesses and start-ups. It also includes improving schools and youth mentoring programs. and providing all that is necessary for ongoing music, arts, drama and any other programs needed within the individual school. These programs are all completely individualized according to the needs of each specific area or neighborhood.

We see a world where we no longer rely on government to solve our problems. These solutions now come from Grass Roots organizations run and managed by caring individuals and sponsored, supported and encouraged by the wealthy. Wealth and “celebrity status”. are no longer used for personal gain and luxury but for the betterment of society. In this world we understand that anyone can succeed when they know someone believes in them. With their reputation and achievement, successful business people, entertainers, sports stars, etc. who are sponsoring these programs give great example and encouragement to those living in these areas. As these people are helped and rise to a higher level they, in turn, sponsor and encourage others in the same way.

We see that this process has expanded throughout the world so that all people everywhere are living with dignity and respect of one another. In this world we see all neighborhoods being safe, positive places to live and experience joy and peace. In these neighborhoods all people are honored for who they truly are.

Time to Manifest ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

We are pleased to announce to you that the placement of your solar system in the galaxy in the past few weeks, and in the coming months, will be ideal for manifestation. You are always receiving support in accessing more, but now is a particularly opportune time to be letting the manifestations in that you have been desiring for quite some time.

Many of you have perhaps faced unique challenges and hardships of late, and you are using them as the set up for this time of increased photonic activity. You are able to access more streams of energy because of where you are at this time in the galaxy, and the process of manifestation could not be easier because all you have to do now is relax and let these supportive energies bring you what you’ve been asking for.

It’s not a question of taking action, earning, or being worthy of what is there for you to manifest. It’s simply a function of where you are right now, physically speaking. Your solar system is spiraling up, and will continue to do so. And you are ready now to reap the benefits of hanging on this Earthly ride for as long as you have. This is a culmination for most of you of hundreds, if not thousands, of lifetimes.

And where you are right now is the culmination of all of those lifetimes and all of the asking and summoning that you’ve done in those lifetimes. Now is the time for the payoff.
