So – are we all in agreement that sleep is not the antidote to our constant exhaustion? Our nervous systems have been a constant target here. From world stage happenings to disclosure to the war on our minds to the poisons to the targeted attacks to just being trapped in this pay to live reality of totalitarian bullshit, we are in survival mode and have been for who knows how long. Our nervous systems, who don’t do well in such an environment, have become wired to live this way and depending on who you are and your experience here, your background, your families and connections and locations and choices, some are having it easier, some more difficult.
The nervous system as I have said is like the wiring harness of the car. If all of the wires aren’t properly connected or in good shape, your car is going to feel it. Doesn’t matter if you put on new tires or new brakes or clean it up with natural cleaner, if the wiring system isn’t functioning properly, you’re going to have a car that can often be sluggish and unpredictable. This is why supplements alone aren’t enough. Diet. Exercise. While important, they only offer SUPPORT. To heal, the nervous system needs more than just support. It needs to begin to feel SAFE.
Healing happens in micro moments. Focused intention on what’s going on within. Find where there’s tension – ask what is needed. Movement? Warmth? A gentle rub?
Micro-moments. Moments of certain breathing techniques. Mindful movements. Placing gentle pressure on certain parts of the body. Yoga and stretching. Humming. Tones. Eye movements. Pausing before entering and exiting places. Focus on neutral or pleasing scenes. Identifying where you are and what you see. Asking the body what it needs and be prepared to talk to the nervous system in the way it needs – via sensation. And acceptance.
And realize sometimes, nothing works. And when that’s your situation, just sit with that.
All that said, this reality doesn’t support our nervous systems. It commands us to be robotic and tough. Survival of the fittest was never about our needs. It was always about competition and who is the toughest in the game.

While the Democrats and their Mockingbird Media counterparts have tried to distract you with the fake Jeffrey Epstein-Trump birthday card as part of their new hoax, the NY Times released a bombshell report today detailing Epstein’s relationship with JPMorgan and named several names of Epstein alleged associates including Benjamin Netanyahu, Barack Obama, the Rockefellers, the Pritzkers and more.

Epstein introduced JPMorgan executives to men who would become lucrative clients such as Google co-founder Sergey Brin, and to global leaders, like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel. In 2011, Epstein granted JPMorgan’s investment bankers in Israel an audience with Netanyahu. A bank spokesman said JPMorgan “neither needed nor sought Epstein’s help for meetings with any government leaders.” –
Epstein in the words of close friend, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, was a collector of people. –
Epstein told JPMorgan legal counsel that prominent names could vouch for his character. “Go talk to Bill Gates about me,” Epstein said at one point. –
Epstein told a JPMorgan chief executive he managed money for the Rockefellers. –
A 2003 JPMorgan internal report put Epstein’s net worth at about $300 million. The report, which hasn’t previously been disclosed, noted that Epstein’s occupation was advising wealthy individuals like Leslie H. Wexner, the billionaire operator of brands like Victoria’s Secret and the Limited. However, bank documents at the time did not list any other clients.
JPMorgan also provided financial backing for alleged Epstein co-conspirator Jean-Luc Brunel who allegedly trafficked victims via his MC2 modeling agency. –

Holy guacamole am I facing the deepest fears and telling them and all who push them on me NO. You know what it’s like – you wake up in the middle of the night or early morning – gasping for air because you’re in that state of panic. Money can make us desperate and do and think things we wouldn’t otherwise want or choose to do. It has nothing to do with choice or needing to be a better person. This place can crush the most brightest light to the point where it’s barely a flicker. People in positions of financial power are particularly twisted enough to do just that. Suck it up buttercup types. Always pointing the finger at their victim(s) while 4 more come back at them, unseen. Money gives them the illusion of power.
But there is man’s law and man’s ways and then there is God’s law and God’s ways. Which is why I find religion to be the biggest bucket of hypocrisy around given how many attend church but give their power willingly even joyfully to man’s ways and judge others who can’t keep up.

I have shared this here, although it’s been a few years so I will share again for new friends. Over 20 years ago I had this incredibly vivid dream that looked to be like the end of the world. The main theme was volcano’s suddenly going off all over – volcano’s that had been dormant (given what I saw in my particular area). At the time I put it on a website, heard back from the site owner who put me in touch with two other women who had also had the same dream. I have since come to feel that was the old timeline of “theirs” and while “they” are pushing their agenda hard, the finale will not be the catastrophic one planned.
