Tuesday notes:
Heather has not given consent nor jurisdiction to the court in Knoxville. Neither has Randy.
However the judge did proceed to pick the jurors and begin a trial.
The judge struck Heather’s new Praecipe, Heather wrote another one by hand in court and filed it.
The prosecution tried to reassert (monetize) the rejected indictment “true bill” by issuing an amendment which was rejected by Heather and filed.
Courts are banks and issue bonds against the inbodyment, which eventually get charged against the so called “fictious” Treasury Deposit Accounts (TDA) of the individual charged, which is probably the great irony of this whole case. That which is said not to exist is what funds the trial of a man accused of accessing the TDA. Fingerprints and photos are the biometrics required by banks to monetize court bonds. Indictments are like writing a check against yourself.
Our banking system consists of registrants (human chattel property as capital) and agents/brokers. The registrants (you and I) are not given access to the value but the brokers (financial firms, utilities, courts, major hospitals, for-profit prisons) have unpublicized access for which they charge interest for money not at risk by them.
In the case of central banks who hold these registrants value captive, they’ve arranged treaties with their host countries that give them effectively a kind of diplomatic immunity against law enforcement (which is why when trillions was stolen in 2008 no Federal Reserve member banker went to jail). Yet the banks are freely able to get the FBI to act on their behalf with little or no proof a crime took place.
FBI Agent Parker Still, upon cross examination, was unable to define how he knew a crime took place and presented no criminal complaint from USAA bank, but represented he relied on an undisclosed email and an Internet IP address from the bank.
Agent Still was unable to explain what it was that made him determine would require a brutal Swat style assault takedown of a 50 something year old man in a very difficult to hide RV. When confronted by Randy as to why they were mocking him and laughing at the bloodied Randy when they passed him in the squad car, Parker admitted to laughing at Randy because “we took down a bad guy”. Parker did not verify that an outstanding warrant existed (it did not). His defense for this sloppiness was that “I work in a team”.
The explanation Parker offered as to why it would require a team of 8 or 9 officers to “pass out” Mr Beane (Parker Still’s choice of phrase for extracting Randy from the RV – chokehold?) was a vague reference to incidents of Muslim extremist mowing down people with large vehicles. None of those incidents was a large custom built luxury motor home. Randy is well known to be a Christian, and his father a preacher.
Parker Still’s bona fides claim he is a Jag Corps Officer in the Army National Guard, but could not recall whether he had held a military tribunal or even participated in one.

this one resonated so much. i am relieved to know i am not the only one who has held the feeling for years that many people aren’t “real” – don’t have Souls. are either artificial projections/holograms or just physical forms. today while on a walk with my girl, i looked around and said “most of this is fake. new earth is authentic earth. real earth.” i have no proof – no science to back that up. just the feeling within my body that, more and more as “time” passes, grows louder and quicker in reaffirming that yes victoria, this is an illusion and some people i encounter really are background people. in fact in the shower today – yep – got another message. i could feel in my body when the final energies arrive returning us to our fully awakened state, we will, much like yellow rose for texas says – wake up for the first time – rise up in our bodies – and SEE ALL. (then choose where to “go” – a simple statement but means go where we resonate.) i have also been receiving the image from the matrix when neo is first literally removed from the matrix machine. he’s disoriented ~ but fully awake.

By now, many people in this field have heard of the background people, or as Dolores Cannon calls them, the backdrop people.
At the initial onset of the backdrop people, Dolores was receiving her information from her client, Suzette. When asked if the backdrop people have a purpose, Suzette stated, “They come to live, breathe, work, and die. They’re kind of like slaves. They’re taken from one place to another and do whatever they need to do because they are just energy. They go from one star system to the next and they are used as a backdrop.”
Similar to making a Hollywood movie, extras are always needed. In other words, we are creating our own realities while co-creating with other beings of consciousness. During our individual and co-creating processes, background people interact with us but are not playing a major role in our co-creation. They’re just like movie extras. They’re in the scene but don’t play a major role, yet are needed to make the scene seem “real”.
According to Suzette, the backdrop people are here to destroy Earth, yet Earth cannot be destroyed. The backdrop people will stay with the old, 3rd dimensional Earth while she’s going through catastrophic changes. The rest of us will already be on the New Earth when this occurs.
“They won’t survive. They’ll be gone. The others (us) will move on. This new place will be so beautiful. The vibration will be so high and this will be a learning place. The old Earth will be on one level and the new Earth will be on a higher level, but they won’t see each other, like they’re in two time warps.”
Dolores related the backdrop people to The Truman Show starring Jim Carrey, where Truman lives his entire life inside a created illusion while actors play their roles before he realizes that none of it was real.
Dolores added, “This is why it is important for us to realize that it is only an illusion and (to) find our role in the creation of the New Earth, and our part in helping others find theirs.
Another client by the name of “D” stated the backdrop people are holographic images. “The attention that everybody gives them makes them solid. The attention is giving them reality so some of them get to have a real identity at a point. And many of them never get that chance.”
They’re basically images that have “the potential to become real.”
Just like the story of Jesus, who was created by the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD. If enough people believe in this creation, then he takes on a life of his own. A while back, I wrote an article called, “The Fictitious Jesus” and stated the facts about how he was created at the Council of Nicaea. In retrospect, despite what my research concluded, I have to respect the fact that he was the creation of someone and to many people, he exists. This is part of the co-creation process and while I don’t need to believe in the Jesus story, I accept and honor that others do.
“D” went on to say that the backdrop people do not have souls or higher selves.
Because “D” also stated that at some point, it’s possible for them to gain an identity, then I’d imagine that in time, they could receive a walk-in soul, although this was never mentioned in the book.
It gets easier and easier to identify these background people. For example, if you’re shopping at the grocery store, look into people’s eyes. Most won’t even acknowledge you but on occasion, you’ll see another real person as your eyes connect with one another. You’ll simply smile, knowing that this other person is part of the co-creation process while most of the other people were probably background people.
So, the next time you’re out and about in public, take a look around you and see if you can find the backdrop/background people!

This cosmic Event Horizon is created by big solar waves reaching the Earth from the Galactic Central Sun causing the activation of “the Event.” When the light forces from above the surface of the planet and from below the surface of the planet meet in the middle, which is on the surface of the planet.
On the non physical plane: there will be a “big wave or flash of Divine energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet”. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.
Which we are slowly experiencing NOW. When this wave hits us in the next few days/this month…
It will calm humanity in the light of love energy and end duality. It’s a magnificent energy not seen or felt before on earth. Everyone on Earth will feel and know something has happened. When this EVENT happens then the RV will begin and we will exchange. For the lower density frequencies of the 3rd dimension will not exist and permeate all evil and polarity. They cannot exist in higher frequencies. In higher dimensions. It will then be safe for the exchange and the Uplifting of Humanity.
We can speed up this event with our thoughts and meditations of a peaceful and abundant Earth for all of Humanity. Concentrate on what you want, do not get distracted by anything else. Think about Peace, Abundance, Love and Freedom.
The drive here is to get 8000 people meditating every single day for 30 minutes for the betterment of humanity with unconditional love energy, saturating everybody and everything.

Now…. what a start into 2018. If anyone expected things to settle down – sorry to dissapoint you, but that is not the case. Since the beginning of the year we have entered the second phase of inner and collective balancing. Look who’s back: The Divine Masculine energy!
The past years, when we went through our awakening process, we were in an energetic environment of the Divine Feminine. Swimming in her sea of endless possibilities, wrapped into her rather gentle and slow waves of compassion, being nurtured, given time to go through our process at our own pace. The Divine Feminine tolerates free will, gives us the time to really find out what our essence is, and what is not authentic about us. The feminine energy is the patient and nurturing energy, moving slowly without any focus or direction. Although it was painful, it was intense and many times we thought: “I can’t do this, I just want to get out of here”, we moved forward in our own speed, being caught and held in this sacred womb of the Universe.
As many of you can see and feel now…. These times are over. The Divine Masculine energy is joining that dance and is really ramping up now. This energy is fast moving, direct, sharp like a knife and shows us merciless where we are still not in alignment. In a positive sense of course, but we have to get used to this, and learn to integrate this energy to be able surf these waves.
The Ego will be overruled
Have you had an accident lately and/or a feeling as if the whole universe was pulling out all the stops to push you into a direction where you did not want to go to or look at? Were your biggest fears triggered like never before, e.g. losing people dear to you, losing money, losing your job? The Divine Masculine does not tolerate free will. It does not tolerate blame or judgment for your situation. It asks us to own our creation, individually as well as collectively. It brings in the divine will and the moment you go against your essence, it will hurt. This energy drives us into surrender to the Divine. The time of separation, lack and free will is over. We are returning to collective consciousness, unconditional love and abundance. Anything and anyone on this planet that tries to go against this, will have a very unpleasant time. The Divine Masculine destroys what does not match the new frequencies. It creates chaos to make space for the new. More than ever, we need to go within, check in deeply with ourselves and feel what we truly want and need. Pay attention to our body and the syncronicities and how perfectly they guide us. It seems paradox, and yet that is the key. Slowing down, listening carefully, while everything speeds up. Trying versus allowing, believe vs. faith, mistrust vs. trust. Trying and having rigid beliefs is an effect of free will, manifesting as the need of control. We are holding on to old concepts and beliefs that we had been ingrained with for such a long time,which kept us in dependency and fear. And that will be no more. This energy now is truly forcing us back into our essence. The ego will be overruled, whether we like it or not. Until we surrender. Accepting what is. Accepting our fears, seeing them, allowing them to be there, and yet having the deep faith that it is perfect, and that these layers need to be stripped away to fully anchor in the new fifth dimensional frequencies and experience heaven on earth. The moment we are fully aligned and step into our true power of authenticity, the most amazing magic happens and everything falls into place .

This energy comes exactly at the time when we are getting ready to fully step into creation. This energy has different effects for the different ascension waves and is depending on your personal energetic mix and set-up. (I wrote about the energetic make up in the last blog on twin flames, which is just as true for anyone).
Faith moves Mountains
So depending on where you are at in your personal process, you might experience this sacred marriage of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine as intense triggers, intense mental, physical and emotional pain, as it flushes out what no longer serves and keeps us from our inner balance. Many will also experience this as intense sexual kundalini rushes as the own energetic system is shifting and coming online on a higher frequency.

In German, there is a saying: “Glauben versetzt Berge.” You can translate this in two ways: “Belief moves Mountains.” or “Faith moves mountains”. How beautiful to see how you can see this from two perspectives and that the English language offers the understanding of the difference. Seeing it from fear, or from love. Are you ready to let go of beliefs that are tied to certain rules, rituals and expectations, and step into the pure openness and wideness of trust in the perfection of it all, without having any idea how this will play out? Are you ready to let go of control and commit to your essence instead? Are your ready to trust your own intuition, instead of blindly following the teachings and messages of others? Are you able to have and keep the faith?
The more our DNA shifts, the more we come back into our true power, the more we learn about frequencies, sacred geometry, sound, free energy – the more we realize the true meaning of this saying. Faith indeed literally can move mountains. And yet, our full creative power will only be unlocked when we are able to remain in a state of deep trust, faith and allowing things to unfold. The slightest attempt to control something will keep the door locked. So acknowledge the power that lies within us, appreciate the sharpness of the Divine Masculine to cut through everything that still keeps us tied into the old paradigm.
We are getting ready to fly. I am beyond excited to take off into this adventure together with you, creating a new world. A playful, loving, light one, exploring jointly how the new energies work. There is no more rulebooks, no bibles, no instruction manual. We are all new to this and are all part of this big learning organism called humanity, which is about to find back into wholeness, unity and oneness. And each and every single one of us has an important part in this transformation. Godspeed!
