i had to get out of the house tonight….the tension in the house was far too intense….the energy was heavy today and agitating….i know why – but knowing at this point doesn’t make it any easier….so girl and i headed out. our city is a ghost town at this point – especially at night.  perfect situation for someone like myself.  so we enter the store, without our masks.  every clerk forced to wear a mask…. those clear plexi-glass partitions everywhere. what few shoppers inside – all wearing masks.  my goodness – walking around in a plastic bubble – totally defeats the purpose of maintaining a healthy immune system.  so girl and i – the only two “rebels” to be seen – shop for summer sandals.  they just put out their summer merchandise maybe 2 weeks ago and now everything is marked down by up to 60%…trying to generate sales. so as we try on sandals, we’re giggling – and receiving looks.  we walked by one clerk who stopped and backed up and away from us.

it’s interesting – usually when we are out and about most people don’t look at us.  but now?  if you go out without a mask?  it’s like being a visual target. we “normal” looking folks now get the looks.  lol  who’d of thunk?

i know laughing is probably lacking in consideration – but what else is there to do at this point?  we need the full truth to be broadcasted everywhere at this point 24/7 until they all SEE IT… for the fear programming has worked.  it already had but now we have this pandemic – as though it’s the first time we’ve had such a thing.  it annoys me – especially considering these same people in my area who are now militant on social distancing and mask wearing are the same people who have invited us into their homes when someone has been sick or sent over a child who is sick and only tell us after-the-fact- numerous times over the last several years.  SMACK SOMEONE’S DAMN HEAD PLEASE!!  and it ain’t mine!
