check out that black line.  this has showed up before.  any ideas?  i once thought timeline insert.  i know my dream last night was of a previous/past experience that i no longer want in my energy field/memory ~ at least not the “feeling” of the experience.  maybe some last minute “suck you back” matrix crap?

WOW!  Big bam boom!!  You feeling this anyone?  I’m feeling pretty grounded blissful calm serene….but a bit nauseous though.  Could have been the soup we ate.  Delish but a bit spicy (purchased at the local co-op last night for mama’s day).  Figured out the ingredients….coconut milk, shredded chicken, rice, spinach and spices.  Next time I will make myself and just not put in those little red pepper flakes.  Time for bathing and peppermint tea…

I have noticed an extra sensitivity in my vessel when the spikes are pronounced and sudden and short.  It’s a little jarring.  I did, however, awaken this morning with the most blissful feeling in my heart.
