While the Nation is preoccupied with the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, it appears there will soon be another vacancy on the US Supreme Court
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has had a re-occurrence of malignant melanoma, she has told her law clerks. Ginsburg was treated in 1999 for colon cancer and had surgery in 2009 for pancreatic cancer.
She has told key Democratic members of the Senate about her medical condition, including randing Democratic member of the Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein. This explains in part the “take no prisoners” attitude of the Democrats during the Kavanaugh nomination, carefully orchestrating weak 37 year old allegations against Kavanaugh by Women he barely remembers knowing in High School and College.
Kavanaugh is a player in this drama. He’s in the wrong place at the wrong time . President Donald J Trump will be replacing Notorious RBG, the lovechild of the left, and so will remake the Supreme Court for a generation. The Democrats simply must win back the Senate in November 2018, progressives feel. (editor’s note: not gonna happen)

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley also revealed that Hillary Clinton’s aide (who magically became her lawyer) Cheryl Mills along with four others also no longer have clearance.
Via the Senate Judiciary Committee:
The U.S. State Department recently confirmed that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s security clearance has been withdrawn at her request. Clearances for five other individuals whom Clinton designated as researchers have also been withdrawn, including close aide Cheryl Mills, according to the State Department’s update of its ongoing review of the mishandling of classified information related to the use of Clinton’s non-government email server.
Documents containing classified material have been sent to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, and all valid security incidents have been added to the security file for some individuals. Department authorities are continuing to review tens of thousands of documents for classified content.
The update was provided to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and is being released for the first time following consultation with the State Department. The update follows a letter from the Department in May of 2017 confirming the Department’s review into any mishandling of classified information stemming from the use of Clinton’s non-government email server. That letter, which responded to an inquiry from Grassley, also outlined the review and adjudication process.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said on Tuesday it would not prosecute actor Kevin Spacey on a 1992 sexual assault accusation because it fell outside the California statute of limitations.
The 1993 accusations against action star Seagal fell outside the statute of limitations, while Anderson’s accuser declined to be interviewed and prosecution was declined due to lack of evidence, the office said.

A relative of a child abused by a perverted pastor is facing assault charges after leaping across a courtroom and attacking him.
Navy veteran Kevin Patrick Smith, 45, has been arrested on misdemeanor charges of obstructing governmental or judicial administration, fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following the attack.
Donald Biggs, 40, was being sentenced in US District Court in Medford Wednesday after previously admitting to taking a 14-year-old girl on a church trip to Southern California in March 2013 with the intent to film her getting out of the shower.
Authorities previously said an investigation revealed he had hidden camera recordings involving some three dozen teenage victims.
