I woke up this morning and heard in my mind: “You are the news now. Get to it!” For me it felt like it is time to throw caution to the wind – buckle down even more. I don’t know how to put it into words – just the sense that it is GO TIME. The sense was a shift is here allowing we Truthers to share our truths w/o the usual b.s./drama we have become accustomed to. The attacks. The censorship. For now I sit with it – still doing what I do – for I know how this place works.
Then there was this puzzle piece I saw (from a couple of weeks ago but still – it’s one of my end game pieces given the dream I had almost 7 frigging long arse yearssssssss ago):
The USPS plans to reduce its workforce by 10,000 employees through a voluntary early retirement program, with the first phase starting in April 2025 and a second phase potentially in July, to address financial losses.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
Layoffs:USPS aims to cut 10,000 jobs through a voluntary early retirement program.
Timing:The program is expected to start in April 2025, with the first phase of the plan rolling out in April.
Second Phase:A second phase of streamlining efforts is scheduled for July 1.
Financial Situation:USPS is expected to close the fiscal year 2025 with a $6.9 billion net loss.
Early Retirement Incentive:Eligible USPS employees have until March 7 to accept the early retirement offers, and would agree to retire from the agency effective April 30.
I’m also feeling into this whole idea Trump’s been pushing – about running against O’B. This morning as I was getting “stuff”, I felt this is about exposing his real birthplace and to see how many support the idea of an O’B 3rd term run. If O’B can do it, so can Trump. Expose the hypocrisy even further. Also seeing the election fraud will be brought in along with this.

Here is my sense in this talk of a “third term” – which I see as mostly smoke and mirrors aimed to poke at the enemy. When have elections ever been legitimate here in the states? Disclosure will reveal this fraud, thus likely classifying each election as fraudulent and null and void, enabling him to run again. And/or the concept of going from a CORPORATION to a Republic.

This. Just THIS. It’s true. I listened to someone over the weekend who had such good insights about the Universe but was otherwise without a CLUE as to the nature of this realm. When she said those who achieve great wealth do so only by doing all of the inner work (saying “trust me – they are doing the inner work to get that big house”). I was like uh huh – riiiiiight. Governments do inner work and hollywood celebrities and sports figures and those who run it all and heads of big corporations and that’s how they get to the top – that’s how they are able to achieve abundance $$ speaking. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. No – they are PROPPED UP because they SELL OUT and if you are SELLING OUT you are absolutely f’ing NOT doing the inner work.
That said – I know the Universe is within me and supports whatever it is I seek.
The markets were in the red 5 hours ago – like some big losses – but suddenly they’re back in the green again. Must have happened because those at the controls did some of that “inner work”………

Letting go of what doesn’t feel good, although it doesn’t feel good to pay what I do just to survive so that’s one to reflect on.
Letting go of the matrix version of self and returning back to the inner that is the Universe. And staying in that space.
I know this – after making some new focus the past 48 hours that m a t r i x thing really came in likely with the help of my own inner old false programs that could be bouncing around also triggering the machine that “hey she’s at it again she’s trying to break free!” We’re talking spiders and water and outside appliance issues and unwanted ugly drama pushing me all. day. long. I had one moment of UGH ENOUGH as everyone has that breaking point until we master what it is that threatens TO break us – and yet sometimes what comes out in that moment is unspoken Truth and so spoken Truth can be very empowering. It can be a paradox until you realize in the end does it matter? Because I reached this inner point of peace within where I literally did not give a f.u. A place of no. fear. Not that it was POOF gone for good – that is the focused inner experience of course.
Yeah I’m up to my Crown Chakra in debt. Yeah I have no clue what to do next that doesn’t ask me for several hundred dollars the Universe has not quite yet delivered my way. Yeah this clown show is unbearable now to step into. People are still lost in duality – left vs. right. A video was being played here that started to get me riled up until I said “not going into this” – a young woman infiltrating those Tesla protests – ended up in ridiculous arguments – her ego was still lost in the “the left are crazy and ignorant” red camp just as those in the blue camp think she’s just as crazy and ignorant. Both sides have truth to share; truth that deserves to be heard.
BOTH SIDES.
Do we need a Buffalo Springsteen reminder? “Nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong.” I don’t know who came up with this plan and while I still have a wee ounce of faith in the end there will be Unity, at that time I will see this alleged brilliance behind it.
But for now? I see people more locked into their ideologies than ever before.
And me?
I just want to be free.
To be healed and restored.
To return to that state of who I am underneath all of the matrix trauma and drama.
I know who I am.
I know my worth.

From 3 months ago. I feel we’re right here with what she said at the end – although I still feeeeeel and see this wax and wane. Some days there is so much coming out – other days – the slug fest is on screen.
When triggered – and who doesn’t get triggered – a little bit of effective, somatic-based refocus not only stops the mind chatter and body activation, but with practice, this will re-wire the brain, making new neuropathways. Give this a try next time you are triggered:
Pause when you notice the activation in the body and mind.
Breathe – slowly – a few times. In through the nose, out through the mouth. The idea is to slooooow down what’s happening with your body and mind. Sometimes it helps to look in the mirror if you happen to exit to the bathroom in those situations. Encourage yourself – reassure yourself. It can also help to move the body – again slowly – to release the energy.
Ground. Focus on your feet being firmly planted where you are.
Validate how you are feeling but:
This is important: Do not engage with your own self-triggered talk. The key here is to step away from that automatic reactionary response so you can instead respond from a place of being in your own Power. You are in control – in the present moment.
I found that by moving my body – again slowly – to be quite helpful when I am triggered. I used to think I was in a space of effective healthy self control when I would walk away and pound away on something or scream. Not that there’s anything wrong with this approach – it just won’t effectively help in healing the mind and body. So while it may feel like a release, if your focus like mine is to release trauma AND to re-wire the brain – this option isn’t useful and only re-traumatizes the body.
And who has not had enough of THAT.
But now and then wailing away on a pillow with that big walking stick or shoveling a few spoonfuls of dutch chocolate ice cream into the mouth – well that does seem to bring some momentary relief for that inner child/teenager.
Always learning and forming new habits. Fall off the wagon (I have metaphoric bruises to show for this)? Brush yourself off, remind yourself what an awesome human you are, give yourself a “YOU GOT THIS YOU CAN DO THIS” because you are WORTHY of the awesome – and keep going. Healing is like that. And falling off or struggling doesn’t indicate you aren’t healing.
Now all that said let’s bring in this New World where healing happens EASILY in an instant and there are ZERO controllers throwing poisons our way – where the demons are gone, and no one seeks to harm another. EVER. And if there is pay to live, there’s so much to go around, we are all free to do the things we want and need without ANY impingements.

What’s been on my mind lately, other than remembering how to manifest and create with ease from my point of Origin has been the Q phrase: “you forgot to play the game”. The game of life – think of that board game – again right in our face. Life – here – is a game. So, I reflect on remembering. Who am I really – beyond this human experience – and how to play and master this game here so it 1) works FOR me and 2) in working for me I remember everything I seek to remember, know all I seek to know and Create as the Point Of Origin (for some reason that phrase has just come to me)………That my friends is Real Freedom – it is far more than just a state of mind. That’s the start – after we are at that frequency within – it expands out showing up in our 100% from us creations.
However, I also think about not playing the game as is depicted in War Games. What if we all just focused on this consciously creating the energy to just shut it down because there are not enough players? I would think the AI here knew that was a possibility so created backup protocols to keep it going in case we got “smart”.
But don’t we need to know HOW to play the game in order to know how NOT to?
Or is simply escaping this place via the Dome – or as I called it when I was a child – out the tube straight up in the sky above me – always in the center? Is that THE END?

Listening to some more material on manifesting and with each and every one of these concepts and tools – which in and of themselves are good tools – but there is that one. little. piece. of. information. missing: we are inside a simulation – an unnatural realm – with many dimensions we cannot see containing who knows what in them – some directly targeted by whatever operates this place more than others – with Us removed from our full unadulterated connection to the Universe – which makes it a wee bit of a challenge to manifest and create in the way our inner Us knows it seeks and is capable of.
When you know more of what you’re working with, you have the opportunity to be more of an observer, more neutral, and more forgiving.
Here’s what I am seeing. Aligning with what I share above, Greenland continues to be curious for me.

Well to be honest, no answers today.
I woke up feeling low – agitated – tears right there.
Again.
So, I self-soothed, did the self-talk and decided to stop. After another night of disrupted sleep, my brain just did not want to cooperate and neither did my Heart.
Which bleeds with worry and sadness – mostly worry. I have a child as most know and I am not seeing anything remotely encouraging indicating positive change is actually happening out there. It feels like it’s still behind this wall – a wall I have yet to be able to penetrate at the least, tear down at the most.
Listening to a song – a beautiful, poignant tune – on a public radio channel about hate cannot be the way of the american dream – and how change begins right here – within.
And yet does it really?
How many generations have protested against the system?
How many well-intentioned people entered government – the systems – to change the machine? (and as I have shared here, I knew one and she got run out by the rats – she fought back and lost)
How many of us have held visions and desires for New – putting that energy out into the Universe?
And yet – here it all still remains. Ugly pay to live. Competition for resources. Controls and laws that punish the good and protect evil. The most vulnerable targeted, abused and worse.
How is this possible if the phrase “WE CREATE OUR OWN REALITY” actually works here?
Fires still burning in the Carolina’s. Think the people are creating that?
That horrible quake last night – think the people created that?
The children who have been trafficked and experienced horrific unimaginable things – anyone want to be stupid enough to step forward and say those children created that experience? I have no problem these days smacking the new cage b.s. out of anyone’s mindset.
We outnumber them so I would think – using my logic – that if that program really works – the machine would have collapsed by now – long ago actually. We would have fairness and generosity and purity and honesty.
I now admit – out of necessity – I’ve become laser focused and concerned about one thing: money. Earning and generating as much of it as I can. Out of necessity. And I see I have become quite high in my demands in this area. Survival mode. And while it tends to not align much with my heart, I cannot afford to put the same amount of energy on “holding space for the new” and “bringing in the new”. It. has. exhausted. me. Almost 30 years I’ve been doing this. “Live your life,” I have been told. And yet living my life requires money to DO those things I want and need to do. Sitting outside coloring or watching the sky only brings temporary relief.
And temporary relief is not. what. I. need.
Looking at my electric bill – no clue how I will pay it. Last month I had to charge it, using up the last chunk of “debt space” I have.
In some painful way, holding that space for the new and all of my truth seeking that felt like a calling has left me terribly disappointed. I feel duped. Royally manipulated. Deeply weary.
And yet that’s how the frequency of evil operates – it manipulates and has mastered the art of lying so much it can convince just about anybody that what you are not only seeing but feeling within is true.
So, is change a-coming? A new experience, a new reality? Purity. Freedom. Love. Sparkles of Light everywhere? It has to. My body does not hold a different frequency of this. She feels it – she knows it. It is my Truth.
But my brain seeks survival and as such, the focus has to be on having better for my child here now no matter how much I have to work with the very system my Heart despises to get there.
