THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

THE SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY

SUBJECT:       Department of Defense Security for the Protection of Department of Homeland Security Functions

Numerous incidents of violence and disorder have recently occurred and threaten to continue in response to the enforcement of Federal law by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other United States Government personnel who are performing Federal functions and supporting the faithful execution of Federal immigration laws.  In addition, violent protests threaten the security of and significant damage to Federal immigration detention facilities and other Federal property.  To the extent that protests or acts of violence directly inhibit the execution of the laws, they constitute a form of rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States.

In light of these incidents and credible threats of continued violence, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby call into Federal service members and units of the National Guard under 10 U.S.C. 12406 to temporarily protect ICE and other United States Government personnel who are performing Federal functions, including the enforcement of Federal law, and to protect Federal property, at locations where protests against these functions are occurring or are likely to occur based on current threat assessments and planned operations.  Further, I direct and delegate actions as necessary for the Secretary of Defense to coordinate with the Governors of the States and the National Guard Bureau in identifying and ordering into Federal service the appropriate members and units of the National Guard under this authority.  The members and units of the National Guard called into Federal service shall be at least 2,000 National Guard personnel and the duration of duty shall be for 60 days or at the discretion of the Secretary of Defense.  In addition, the Secretary of Defense may employ any other members of the regular Armed Forces as necessary to augment and support the protection of Federal functions and property in any number determined appropriate in his discretion.

To carry out this mission, the deployed military personnel may perform those military protective activities that the Secretary of Defense determines are reasonably necessary to ensure the protection and safety of Federal personnel and property  The Secretary of Defense shall consult with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security prior to withdrawing any personnel from any location to which they are sent.  The Secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security may delegate to subordinate officials of their respective Departments any of the authorities conferred upon them by this memorandum.

Hegseth wrote in a social media post: “Under President Trump, violence & destruction against federal agents & federal facilities will NOT be tolerated. It’s COMMON SENSE. The @DeptofDefense is mobilizing the National Guard IMMEDIATELY to support federal law enforcement in Los Angeles. And, if violence continues, active duty Marines at Camp Pendleton will also be mobilized — they are on high alert.”

I have this Raven that continues to visit.  This morning as I was making breakfast, I saw him walk up my sidewalk, onto the grass, look at me through the window and squawk – twice.  He’s never done that before.  So he received his usual treat.

Tonight on a ride my girl and I heard an unusual bird call, stopped to observe and learned from a neighbor who was out enjoying the warm evening that these were woodpeckers – a species I had not heard of (and have since forgotten) – who had migrated from a couple of miles away.  Around that time, the Falcon who lives in the nearby Seqouia flew overhead.

So we know Patel and Bongino both have been saying Epstein committed suicide, right?  There has been a lot of backlash against their comments.  Anons know we are seeing actors – a movie.  Well today the movie script shared this:

Kash:  He committed suicide.

Pathologist:  m-rdered by strangulation.

Kash:  I didn’t see that report.

Reminds me of the Q post “THESE PEOPLE ARE STUPID”

Talk about incompetence being played out for all to see now.  Anyone knows a legit FBI looks at all reports including and most importantly the reports of a pathologist when it comes to determining the cause of death.

So there was a post circulating – getting a lot of attention – I was not able to find documentation verifying it anywhere – turns out it was fake.  😠  Special karma smack for those who spread such b.s.

But the idea is good and is something people need – a penalty – tax-based – on homeowners who rent their properties and jack up the rent at grossly unreasonable levels.  It’s a good idea and I want to see this come to fruition.  WE still have a “have” and “have nots” and I have YET to see the have nots get any sort of relief.  Housing is a right.  I part ways with the MAGA folks when it comes to this issue – as well as money – for they are far too individualistic thinking they are somehow immune from facing homelessness when in truth – NO ONE under this system is – no matter how “hard” you work.  And I don’t want to see more money for housing vouchers for crappy apartments and run down homes where you must submit to “check ins”.  EVERYONE deserves to own their own land and home because the truth is – this land belongs to ALL of us – not just the banks and not just those who have more green paper in hand.  Today, overall, was one of “their” days on stage.

A Really Scary Situation For Me Today (i am desperate for help!!)

 

I’ve shared here I have a driving issue.

Specifically – I get panic attacks when I feel stuck while in the car.  If there’s bright lights or noise – even sunlight – it creates more heightened sensitivities in my body.

Today we headed out for a hike.  I realized the area was far too crowded.  I should have known better – rush hour.  So I turn off into a church parking lot and proceeded to go out the exit – the safe exit – safe for my body as I don’t have to deal with any situation that would make me feel stuck/trapped.  I was already on elevated alert because of the traffic.  I quickly realize the exit is blocked off with 2 cars.  There was a group of moms and kids off to the left in the park that borders the church parking lot.  So I get out of my car and ask if someone can please move the car.  I explained my driving challenge and said it would only take a few seconds then they could move their car back in position.

Nope.

I got told to go out the other way.

So I explained again – that way would trigger my panic – and asked – as a mom (pointing to my girl in the car) – to please just help me.

To my shock – I got told “no” again.

I couldn’t believe it.

So I had to wait for the right opportunity to exit out the other side – and was in a state of panic the whole time – regardless of what I told myself.  My body was not believing a word I was saying.

I made it home – and sat in the car – shaking.  Crying.

I want to heal from this.  I AM DESPERATE TO HEAL FROM THIS ONE ISSUE.

And I NEED someone who will do the field work WITH me – in person.  Help me take those steps to improve and expand and feel SAFE again – at least safe enough so that I don’t have panic attacks that shut me down.

I found someone last year but she charges $100/hour and doesn’t take insurance.  I had worked with her in the past – sliding scale fee – but she doesn’t do that anymore.

I called my insurance and asked for help finding me someone who will do this kind of work.  They weren’t of much help.  I reached out to the woman I am seeing – and asked her again for her to help me find someone like her locally.  I said I was desperate.

And at this point?  Not willing to take no for an answer anymore.

I can’t believe my fellow mom’s wouldn’t move their two cars – for just a few seconds – for another mom who was clearly in distress.

But it’s making me more determined than E V E R to find SOMEONE who will help me overcome this decades long issue.  I just need help finding them.  I had someone – someone who was supposed to be a friend – offer to do that last year – but she ghosted me out of the blue and I never heard from her again – even with my attempts to reach her.  Talk about a huuuuuuuge let down – considering how much I want to get over this.  Heal from it.

ANYONE reading this who can help me – whether by knowing of someone in Oregon – or who has the money to pay this other person – please.  And no advice needed – trust me – I’ve done so many things to overcome this – I know I need a safe person with me holding my hand – literally at times – to help me heal from this and feel safe and free again.
