Trump is speaking.Ā  Was with him until he began talking about the GOLD card for people outside of the country what is essentially buying citizenship – wealthy individuals – to create jobs.Ā  We already have very WILLING people who have ideas but lack the $$ to implement them.Ā  This idea is a slap in the face to all who fall into this category (including me).Ā  Also disagreeing w/him on paying down the deficit/debt.Ā  On what?Ā  The US INC?Ā  Are we returning to a Republic or not?

Difficult day.Ā  About the only calls I get are debt collectors.Ā  Frustrated as hell over the whole $$ issue.Ā  I do very good work and I’m finished not getting the recognition and return I deserve.Ā  I have a child to support.Ā  How many know this – come here – read for free and walk away?Ā  Then there are those with the means and audience already on stage who could do the right thing – step it up – and support those of us trying to get up on the same dayem stage.Ā  There’s room for us all.Ā  Is this an Awakening for NO ONE IS ABOVE ANOTHER or not?Ā  Walk the talk.

It is time.

I was having a conversation with my girl last night, the topic focused on anxiety.Ā  How many deal with this, often in private, in silence, because even though it’s a pretty mainstream, accepted condition to speak of, many still carry the thoughts and energies of shame around it.

She told me she read about people who have anxiety are “toxic”.

Hmmm.

So we discussed just what is meant by “toxic”.

Is toxic behavior harmful?Ā  Is it cruel?Ā  Abusive?Ā  Unfair?Ā  Unjust?

We talked about what toxic looks like.

As we spoke, I helped her see that anxiety itself isn’t toxic.Ā  Anxiety is a feeling our bodies hold coupled with thoughts of fear, shame, not being good enough, not being worthy, fear of not having enough, fear of not doing enough.Ā  WILL I BE GOOD ENOUGH AND DO ENOUGH TO FEEL AND BE OK IN THE WORLD?

That is the big one isn’t it?Ā  WILL I BE GOOD ENOUGH AND DO ENOUGH TO FEEL OK IN THE WORLD?

I told her, as someone who has dealt with anxiety since I was a young child, that I was never the problem, just like she isn’t the problem.Ā  We were never the toxic.Ā  No.Ā  It is the system that is toxic.Ā  Pay to live.Ā  Compete.Ā  Must keep up and stay ahead of the game.Ā  The race.

The bills we are required to pay just to survive.

Companies allowed to charge whatever the fuch they want.

It creates a slave/master toxic soup.

Nope, slavery never ended.

It just expanded – making all of us slaves.

Deep down we know it.

And it is our anxiety that lets us know.

So as I told her – again – she is not what is toxic.Ā  Her anxiety is not toxic.Ā  It’s a natural response to a toxic reality.

And to deal with that involves telling yourself those words, loving yourself first, being kind to yourself and to others.

But also take no sheot because this is, after all, a toxic reality run by psychopaths who pit us against one another in the simple (yet twisted and complex) task of paying and competing to live.

So I was thinking perhaps what my girl and I have been experiencing was just us shaking this virus – but I had a hunch it was something more collective that aligned with what I felt back in 2018: how the closer we got to the end of the experience here/energy frequencies/whatever term/label is used – the more I would need to sleep.Ā  I needed to add and eat.Ā  It’s been that way for both of us – sometimes I say I feel like I’m going through my own teenage like growth spurt.Ā  I’ve spoken with enough sister’s the past two days to know it. is. collective. for they are having the same experience – sleeping and sleeping and sleeping.Ā  Or if you’re like me – needing to sleep – sleeping some – walking around in the middle of the night wondering thinking “ok what do I do next?Ā  what do i do different?”Ā  Then visions flash in my minds eyes, feels come in and I “see” what’s coming – sense it.Ā  But because of who I am I continue to focus on creating what I want here and now.

I am stubborn and persistent like that.Ā  Just oh god so ready overwhelmingly for something new and different so I can move. forward. and. ahead. with what is MY EXPERIENCE.

BTW – I pulled a card – Lightning – prepare for fast, rapid change – resulting from a Storm – that will purify and allow for a New Beginning.Ā  Let go of the past and welcome in the New.

2.28.25 ~ Reflecting on “The PILL must be easy to SWALLOW”….

 

We’ve all seen this one:

I’ve been reflecting on this statement for a long time now.Ā  And I keep coming back to that same feeeeeel within that tells me this is false.Ā  The human brain is FAR more resilient than what this statement refers to.Ā  We are talking about trauma here – how it impacts the mind, the body through the nervous system’s processing OF it.Ā  I know about this topic after having lived through enough trauma for 5 lifetimes – and learning techniques to understand, process and heal from it.Ā  In short – IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN.Ā  Because I am not nearly as resilient as some people think I am.Ā  I am seriously challenged these days.

I think back to my own experiences.Ā  Some truths I searched for – others were thrown at me.Ā  9/11 was thrown at us – and while I did a lot of digging in the weeks that followed – the trauma of that day was something I was able to handle.Ā  Then there was an event that happened in my state – someone I knew locally who served in government who had a horrifying experience happen to her.Ā  It was all over the news where she was painted as a heathen, a junkie.Ā  I struggled to believe that, and it was only after she shared with me what had really happened did my mind pull one of the biggest “OMG THIS CANNOT BE TRUE” maneuvers.Ā  It was so difficult to grasp for me – I was depressed for several weeks – difficult it was for me to even leave the house.

But you know what?Ā  I GOT THROUGH IT.

ALONE.

No one was holding my hand or saying everything was going to be ok.

I remember the time I was watching something on the otherwise benign local OPB – where there was a symposium of scientists who were talking about overpopulation (which at the time I was lost in that narrative).Ā  One of the scientists talked about the need to reduce it and one such idea was to release a virus.Ā  What followed was a standing ovation.Ā  I however was stunned.Ā  I had to turn it off.Ā  And again, process that horrid comment on my own as I began to think “What kind of a person would not only have that idea but applaud for it?”

Again – I GOT THROUGH IT on my own.

Let’s really think about this.Ā  Trauma is trauma.Ā  It doesn’t matter WHAT the trauma is – what matters is how the nervous system responds TO it.Ā  The horrors done to the children are pretty well known to anyone with a thinking brain.Ā  Drips on this have been pushed into the online community and media for years now.Ā  Even if they are denied by the propagandists – THAT SEED WAS STILL PLANTED.Ā Ā 

This is why I deeply question – and feel SO off about within – as to WHY we have not yet seen the BIG PILLS of truth dropped.Ā  While millions of us wait – so many suffering unnecessarily – alone at that – experiencing further trauma through the stress of paying to live with costs that have outpaced our incomes and means TO keep up – this “plan” to slow drip in order to make the pill(s) easy to swallow for the “normies” is inexcusable bullshit at this point.Ā Ā 

Maybe in the end I will be wrong about that.Ā  All I have to go by is my understanding of trauma and the brain and my own experiences of seeing the Truth.Ā  And as someone whom some may (and have) call as “karen” in terms of my emotional fluidity – because I am after all human and not a machine – IF I CAN HANDLE THE TRUTHS I HAVE SEEN AND THE SHEOT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THIS WORLD then so can those who at this point are willfully choosing NOT TO SEE.Ā  Those of us who have chosen otherwise are owed the RIGHT to have it all drop so we can BRING IN THE NEW we DESPERATELY need.

Whew.Ā  Man, I really feel like something is squeezing my brain/mind.Ā  It’s been near-constant the past few days.Ā  I’ve felt this before – and it has been an on/off thing, but this week has been hellish in how I feel.Ā  Feels like I’m losing my mind – and I’ve stopped and asked “am i crazy?Ā  am i mentally ill?”Ā  I look at myself in the mirror – and ask the question – today it was in the car looking in the rearview mirror asking the same.Ā  No, I don’t think so.Ā  It’s like being in a pressure cooker for too long – I’m overcooked and leaking out steam – and sometimes it’s messy – as it is today.
