I’m in the ER bc I lost two fingers today in a surfing accident. It could’ve been much worse so I’m trying my best to stay positive. My faith sure is being tested. Prayers appreciated.

I surf almost daily and I’m completely at a loss of ideas for how on earth anyone could lose fingers in a surfing accident… I don’t mean to sound crass or make light of your situation, I am sincerely sorry that you’re having to deal with this and I wish you a speedy non-eventful recovery… but please do enlighten me on how it happened!
