i awoke again feeling extreme anxiety. apparently others are feeling the same the past 2-3 days. i’m working through some of it by throwing away a lot of stuff no longer needed. anyway – gaia continues to spike above 40hz. and on we all go…

spent days of giving away things I no longer need..and and excited about it..wish I was more than one person..I could get so much more done..I find it really easy getting rid of things these days….and it feeeeels good.
