The government has started using DNA testing to reunite migrant children and parents who were separated at the U.S.-Mexico border, federal official says
editor’s note: good news! a thought i had before reading about the plan to do so. this will indeed help put an end to the horror that is human/child trafficking at the border.

- A federal official told CNN on Thursday that the government has started collecting DNA to reunite migrant families
- When the idea was suggested by Attorney General Jeff Sessions last month, non-profits raised concerns for immigrants’ privacy
- The official who spoke to CNN would not say how long testing has been going on or if the DNA is being stored in a database
- They also would not answer questions about whether children could give consent to their DNA being collected
The government has allegedly started collecting DNA to reunite migrant children with their families, a federal official told CNN on Thursday.
More than 2,000 children were ripped from their loved ones at the U.S.-Mexico border since Trump initiated his ‘zero tolerance’ immigration policy this past spring.
Federal officials are collecting DNA to make sure that these children are reunited with the correct family members.

Vatican’s 3rd most powerful figure charged with multiple child sex offences

Cardinal George Pell, former Archbishop of Sydney and Australia’s most senior figure in the Catholic Church, was charged with child sex offences Thursday by the state of Victoria.
Pell currently resides in the Vatican, according to The Guardian, where he is the third-highest ranking church official.
Last year, citing ill health, Pell declined to return to Australia to give evidence to the royal commission on child sexual abuse in person last year and instead gave evidence by videolink from Rome. He voluntarily participated in an interview with Victorian police officers in Rome last October over the alleged sexual assaults.
In February this year the Australian Senate called on the cardinal to return home “to assist the Victorian police and office of public prosecutions with their investigation into these matters”.
Pell dismissed the parliamentary resolution as “an interference on the part of the Senate in the due process of the Victoria police investigation”.
Pell is a former archbishop of Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2014 Pell has been prefect of the secretariat for the economy, the Vatican’s treasurer.

Trump: Two or three finalists for Supreme Court, decision by Sunday

President Trump said Thursday he has narrowed his search for a Supreme Court nominee to two or three candidates and will make a final decision on Sunday, one day before he makes an announcement.
“I think I have it down to four people and I think of the four people, I have it down to three or two,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One.
The president would not reveal the names on his short list, but said “they’re all outstanding.”

EPA chief Scott Pruitt resigns amid scandals, citing ‘unrelenting attacks’

“I have accepted the resignation of Scott Pruitt as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency,” Trump tweeted. “Within the Agency Scott has done an outstanding job, and I will always be thankful to him for this.”
Pruitt’s resignation follows months during which the EPA administrator has been embroiled in one ethics controversy after the next.
It also comes two days after an exclusive CNN investigation revealed a former top aide alleged Pruitt and his staffers held regular meetings to “scrub,” alter or remove controversial events from his calendar.

There is a rising demand for unexpected skills and passions. There is definitely a place in this new world for you.
The Box is burning right now and it’s a pretty good time to get out of it.
The reality is that the old world is falling away, and quickly. Industries, products, and companies that reigned supreme years ago are moving overseas, being replaced by AI & machines, or going out of business.

Why we will never get an exact date of The Event + trick to bring it on.
editor’s note: as i watched this i thought/felt “that is unless one is within the construct, knows how it works, knowing how it shuts down and when”……. in the ALL ~ the totality of ALL ~ it’s already happened. i know the new earth already is. possible that the transition itself is us still “here” playing catch-up. end of the separation. although there does seem to be 2 “separate” issues – one being the construct/simulation ending and two being the event. in my feeeeels, it is a simultaneous experience/event. it is also my feeeeeeeeel our awakening is equated as being pulled out of this simulation. kinda like being under anesthesia ~ or a coma ~ and having those experiences while in those states ~ then you are brought out from that state of consciousness into awakened state and going “oh yeah ~ now i remember!” anyway ~ just rambling/speculating ~ an interesting perspective he provides.

Flynn Judge Fumes at Mueller, Demands Flynn be in Court Within Days for Likely Showdown; Could Flynn Walk?
The federal judge in the Gen. Michael Flynn case is fuming at U.S. Special Robert Mueller.
Judge Emmet Sullivan has scheduled a hearing for next week and directed Flynn to attend.
The judge could be perturbed because Mueller has failed to initiate a pre-sentencing report from federal probation. Such a report is the backbone of all federal sentencings and according to the court docket, should have been completed months ago.
Flynn cannot be sentenced without a pre-sentencing report where he is allowed to note special circumstances for the judge to weigh prior to sentencing.
The report normally takes months to compile.
