I saw someone today talk about how taking the deep breaths now is hard (referring to the outer and inner stress). I thought – exactly. It’s like I breath it out – but it fills right back up again. Which, let’s think about that for a second. It is the OUTER stress that creates the INNER stress. And those parts of us that are not at our immediate access – the subconscious – the nervous system – can be very difficult to truly shift and heal – especially when we remain in the same environment that caused the distress to begin with. And this pay and compete to live system that is crushing most of us while this awakening or whatever it really is now continues – it sucks. It sucks even when I do my woo woo. It sucks even when I go for my bike ride or my nature walk. That pressure is now always there – ever present – which I feel serves the purpose of EASILY letting it all go when the moment arrives when we are finally liberated of this horrid frequency prison.

A federal judge removed a nationwide ban on President Trump’s sweeping mail-in voting policy Wednesday after the Supreme Court cleared the way earlier this week.
The big picture: The decision removes the last major legal obstacle to the administration’s plan, though it does not end the court challenges over the embattled rule.
President Donald Trump has broken Iran’s grip on the Strait of Hormuz after the U.S. Navy cleared mines from the strategic waterway and opened additional shipping routes in what American officials are calling a “watershed moment.”
The move has sharply diminished Tehran’s leverage over global energy markets while Washington simultaneously chokes off the regime’s own oil revenue.
Trump announced Tuesday the Navy had removed or detonated all mines from international waters in the Strait of Hormuz, capping a months-long American operation to neutralize one of Iran’s most powerful remaining tools of economic pressure.
“I have just been informed by the United States Navy that all mines have been removed and/or detonated from within the International Waters of the Strait of Hormuz,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The president coupled the announcement with a warning that Iran had been notified that any vessel attempting to lay new mines would be “immediately and systematically destroyed,” declaring a “Zero Tolerance” policy on mine placement. He added that the United States was using Space Force capabilities to watch “every square inch” of the strait, while also monitoring Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain facility and its three previously destroyed nuclear sites.

I asked for a simple past/present/future for us all. I brought in the energy of the old collapsing, seeing that, as well as the incoming New we all want. The New World. Here is what the 3 cards showed me.

THE PAST: Ace of Wands
Meaning: Inspiration. Rising to a challenge. Breakthrough in thinking. Self-reliance, spiritual strength, and confidence. Conviction and faith in vision or path. Reason reigning over impulse. Ideas empowered by desire. Creative heights and achievement. Quick thinking, humour, and balance. Revelations and transcendent thoughts. Fruitful plans and far-reaching ideas. Empathy and understanding.
What does this tell me? For a very long time now, we have had an Awakening. We have questioned everything we’ve been told. We’ve learned how to walk that Path. We’ve learned – Remembered – how to follow our own intuition. To Walk in Spirit. With this journey we have brought in New Ideas. We’ve experienced intuitive bursts of ideas never before experienced in this reality.
The Present: Four of Swords
Meaning: Reprieve. Vigil. Withdrawal and silence. Waiting. Isolation and asylum. Existence taking on a surreal feeling, as if one is veiled from life. A seemingly deathlike sleep phase in life, but a time which incubates future dreams. Exile. A freeze on life protecting one from injury or self-destructive behaviour. Recovery. Convalescence. Keeping hidden. Protection in silence. Possibly being forsaken. Need for help from others. Finding sanctuary.
My take on this: Many if not most of us are quiet at this time. Waiting. Engaged in solitude. Walking between both worlds while focused on the future New World. Resting. Keeping our energy to ourselves. The description covers it better than I can. All I can say is “YES” to that energetic read.

My take: I love this. Freedom. Release. Quickening. Salvation. The old being removed. All that was repressed and hidden and frozen – removed. Return of Our Life Force. 🙏
