At the store tonight, the clerk rang up my total and gave me the “sorry” look. She told me she always feels like apologizing these days when she rings up just a couple of bags of groceries and says, “That will be $179”. I told her she was not the one needing to apologize.

I hope I hear back. And to that experience, I say the same: Enough is enough. For now, my inbox most days is sending me messages saying, “Thank you, but unfortunately”. One last note: Copper. I only recently learned this. If you take zinc supplements regularly, especially at the 15-30/40MG daily, you need to supplement with copper (2mg perhaps more) daily to keep your copper levels up. Zinc depletes Copper from your gut. Symptoms include brain fog, sensitivity to cold, and disorientation, teeth, gum and tissue issues just for starters. I think back to the CV era from 2020. How many big-name doctors on stage were selling their protocols that included Zinc, C and D3? How many of them included copper in their protocols? Not one that I know of. Perhaps the protocols themselves lead to this “long covid” health issue we have been seeing.
