It continues to feel intense….the experience is pretty rough now (ok – REALLY rough at times) and appears to just be how it is. There is peace to be found here and there in moments….Calling on the energy to remove that heavy lid that feels like it’s over us (and has been for awhile)….schumann is showing that grid pattern….why it remains I don’t know….Don’t like the feeeeel one bit….

it was actually those plastic air-filled packaging they use. they smelled like those dryer sheets. i’ve never had that happen. ugh! lol
