I was going through the local weather sites to see what the upcoming forecast is. And there it was – reference after reference of climate change causing this and causing that.
And my mind asks “WHY does this lying narrative continue to play out? HOW are we to EVER wake up a heavily programmed mind when the more Truth filters in, the lies continue?”
The only thing I can think of?
Time Travel.
We had ONE chance to get it right, meaning the traveler’s went back to ONE POINT and in ONE move – changed everything. (Pretty sure we messed it up at least once.)
And where we are now is waiting to play catch up to the original timeline where we are headed towards.
It is a process playing out. We can’t speed it up. We can’t alter it. It is literally like a computer game – a computer program – playing out until it’s finished. It’s like taking a giant rock, throwing it over a bridge. You can’t stop it. It will hit the end point on its own because someone released it. Hence the term NCSWIC (nothing can stop what is coming).
That said it still sucks. And yet we DO have power – to create – while we’re in it. If we can remember – and stay centered within – and heal that nervous system – keep it regulated. Return it to a regulated state. THIS IS KEY to getting through this as best as we can as living in the matrix in survival mode/pay to live creates trauma in the body/soul. Practices that tell your nervous system “you’re safe. it’s ok to come back” are key. Some helpful practices to do just that include:
Humming while putting your hand on your chest. Rubbing gently if that feels good.
Sit in a quiet space and look around you. Say “I see….” Focus on your senses. What do you smell. Taste. Feel.
Rock back and forth. Sometimes I visualize myself on a giant swing set, totally supported, rocking back and forth or even side to side.
Use the butterfly hug while telling yourself “It’s ok. We’re safe.”
This may be separate and not technically considered a practice, but I find it to be so – visualize or think or sense how you WANT to feel. Calm? What does that look like. How does that FEEL in your body. Bring that feeling up and try to keep that feeling in your body as long as you can. Return over and over again if you have to.
Done regularly with love (without judgment or pushing), our nervous system will slowly come out of shutdown/dysregulation and back “online” again. You will start to become more present. New neural pathways will form. Creating that feeling of safety is where the magic is.
